An extraordinary hotel in the heart of Dubai

The MO is a five star plus hotel , so the hotel is exquisite. But what makes the difference is the genuinely friendly staff which go a step further and satisfy their customers’ needs by meeting their customers’ expectations and beyond. From the concierge, reception, guest relations, F&B , housekeeping and particularly the lounge on the lounge level, the service is five star and more.

Simplesmente divinal. Melhor atendimento de sempre!

Melhor hotel de sempre. Eu adoro a cadeia de hotéis Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, os hotéis são sempre excepcionais mas este em particular eu não consegui encontrar um único defeito de tão perfeito que é (ainda cá estou), desde a decoração, o atendimento perfeito, a simpatia de todo os funcionários, até na piscina o atendimento é impecável e não deixa nada a desejar. O nosso voo chegou ao Dubai às 5h da manhã, então às 6h da manhã já estávamos no Hotel, o Luidgi tão rapidamente nos acomodou sem cobrar taxa extra e por eu já ser cliente da cadeia de hotéis ofereceu-nos um upgrade com um quarto com uma vista melhor daquela que eu tinha reservado. O atendimento é tão bom que eles nem deixam sequer o teu quarto ficar muito tempo desarrumado, fazem pelo menos 2 serviços de limpeza ao quarto. É impressionante, nós saímos para jantar às 8 pm e quando regressamos às 10 pm o quarto já estava novamente todo arrumado. É de uma excelência impressionante que vale cada centavo. Ontem jantamos no restaurante Netsu, uma stakehouse japonesa e o restaurante era simplesmente top, tudo o que comemos era extremamente delicioso desde os sushis às carnes que são a especialidade deles. Amanhã vou para Mandarin Oriental de Abu Dhabi e estou ansiosa pela experiência. Mas até agora este é sem dúvidas o melhor que já estive.

It was nice stay relaxing just would nice if they can separate some pools to adults only.

Clean and nice restaurants and staff are very kind and nice.

The adult pool on the roof doesn’t have a background music and was dusty and dirty.

Absolute joy!

We had a fantastic experience staying at the MO for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful when communicating with me prior to our arrival and helping me with very last minute requests, such as organising a birthday surprise for my sister who was also staying in the hotel. To our surprise we also got a multitude of wonderful treats to congratulate us on our honeymoon upon our arrival which was extremely kind and much appreciated. Our room had club access and I cannot recommend it enough: the food, the view, the ambience, the service - all amazing! Overall, we loved our stay: the room was incredible, so spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and huge(you can get lost in it). Everything in the room is state of the art and well thought through. Even the bathtubs are spectacularly comfortable. The food is incredible in most outlets of the hotel, although we didn’t love the Netsu, but Tasca is very good. And the pastries shop in the lobby-to die for! All in all - best property we have stayed in in Dubai.

Wonderfull

Very spacious bedroom with nice view over the city. Top amenities, top service. With a warm and nice beach right in front. A must. They don't have slings and water park like others in Dubai, so it's quite and polite everywhere you go. Breakfast with everything you can have in mind, green juices, especial diet breads, healthy and no so much dishes. All included on a fixed price. Cannot ask for more....

Lovely! Get a club room - it’s worth it.

Beautiful! So stunning. The lady (I’m so sorry I misplaced your card) who runs the club is amazing. The club is sooo nice. The afternoon tea is great and so are the canapés and cocktails - we didn’t even need dinner afterwards. I loved it so much. The cake! The cakes at breakfast were amazing!! Much better than the Atlantis. The roof pool is great. The mocktails at the pool were really good - also better than the Royal. The room is stunning - also nicer than the Atlantis Royal IMO. The presents on arrival and checkout! Such a lovely nice touch - was truly impressed and will come back even just for the cake.

No hotel “bar” - you can sit in the restaurant and have a drink but that’s a bit odd. We got some funny looks when we went up stairs to the pool on the roof in our swim clothes. The view from the beach isn’t as good as further down Jumeirah.

Maybe too long of a stay

Kids Club is our priority at this hotel! Good breakfast both at the club lounge and the bay restaurant. Great location, nice beach. Professional and very helpful concierge

We spent 11 nights at the hotel, and after 3 nights stopped getting fruits, or the minibar sometimes wasn't renewed. Just small things like forgetting about our inquiry or something not working made the stay not perfect as the first time. If we decide to stay again we will choose a different room location for sure

The design and building location

Horrible service, wifi is paid, room service takes one hour. An employee came inside the room while I was asleep for checkout yet I requested a late checkout l. Concierge confirmed a booking at a restaurant and when we arrived there was no booking.
