For a great mountain feel this, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet-friendly townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California will be your choice! This 1600 sq ft condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, deck with gas grill, cozy wood-burning stove, and wireless Internet access. The living room offers a large flat screen 4K TV with access to Netflix and Premium television channels, leather sofas, and the large deck overlooks a pleasant park-like setting with a view of the mountaintops. Perfect for the kids to play or dog walks in the Summer time! Two of the bedrooms even have decks leading out to this area. The Master bedroom features a King bed and flat screen TV. The Second bedroom has a King bed, as well as a bunk bed with 2 Twins, flat screen TV, vanity with sink, and private deck. The Third bedroom has a Queen bed, as well as a bunk bed with 2 Twins, flat screen TV, and private deck. The Villa De Los Pinos complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park and playground, walking trails, Starbucks and even the new bowling alley complete with golf simulator. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with two outdoor parking spaces, is pet-friendly (only 1 pet allowed, dogs only), and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Guests will be provided two parking passes. We were a group of 6 Adults and 1 child, and had a nice time all together in one location. The cabin had old school charm with a rustic vibe and comfortable cozy feel. Yes it isn't an updated townhome, but it completely worked for us. Suggestion for people renting...Bring your own pillows. When arriving turn ALL the heating thermostats ALL the way up..it will eventually get warm and it stayed fine thru the whole stay. Bring kindling for fire. Cabin had big logs but nothing to help get it started. Finally one peave...almost all of the electric outlets need replacing. They will not hold something plugged into them. Plugs/cords easily fall out. Bring a handful of the little plug extenders, so you can bend out the prongs on the extender to hold on to the cabin plug (without bending the prongs on your nice apple products).

First time we have stayed in this pet-friendly unit. It was super convenient to everything (we tried to learn pickle ball on the tennis courts even!). Quiet unit in the back away from the road. Good parking. I have to say the VdlP pool was freezing. So glad they upgraded the hot tub area during covid. Looks nice. Also, I wish the condos would all upgrade and add Air conditioning. One reason I love staying there is that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and stay cool all day. Must not be so great in January tho...
Had to look around to find the microwave. Very cleverly stored behind a barn-door- opening cabinet.

We were 2 families with young kids and the place was great. Access to the snowcreek athletic club was very useful during a quick rain. Green space behind the house, bed for everyone. The place was as described. The place is a bit outdated but, that did not stop us from having a good time! Great location, lots accessible by foot or a quick drive.

Affordable. Clean. Simple. I would rent this condo again. It is in a quiet area and the grocery store is only a block away. During May- November there is a free trolley that goes through town and there is a stop right in front of the complex. Couple things I would note for future renters: the main living, dining and kitchen area is on the second floor, just in case anyone in your party has an issue with stairs, it may be a problem... that and lugging up food and the ice chest is not very fun. The other thing I would note is that if you have babies/toddlers or young children, its not child proof at all. Please make sure you bring any safety items you may need. They did have a baby gate but it was broken. Thankfully we brought baby gates and moved things around so that it was safe. The balcony railing over the staircase has a gap that isnt safe for young kids, so we had to block it off. I know its not realistic to expect all the cabinets to have a child latch, but at minimum I would recommend that the cabinet under the kitchen sink should have safety latch since it has some cleaning supplies under it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location and large unit, although there is a bit too much furniture in some of the rooms (upstairs bedroom has 2 coffee tables taking up space). Overall clean but the heaters need a deep cleaning because they smelled like dust when we tried to use them.

We have stayed here many times, just because we liked the location and have gotten used to it.Pros: Very good location, close to town; TV/DVR;Washer/dryer; patio and BBQ grill; nice shower in both floors; good kitchen; Cons: Extremely old and smelly carpets in both floors; the BBQ grill was unusable (as always) and I had to disassemble the top to clean and replace the oil pan. Mattresses needs change; 2nd floor bedroom floor squeaks, unable to walk at night, wakes 1st floor sleepers. Only wine glasses and coffee mugs available. It says "sleeps 10", but the bunk beds downstairs has NO guard rail on the upper beds and the box springs are just sitting on 2 narrow side guards.The next door neighbor was doing remodeling on our arrival on Sunday, all day. Spoke with the reservation,, and were informed that it has stopped and won't continue, but it started again the next Saturday, all day as noisy as it could be! This unit is pet friendly, even though we informed that we have no pet, we still had to pay $20/night for 7 nights stay, total of $140 plus $70 cleaning fee!

Great place to stay for a group of up to 10 people. The condo is conveniently located close to the supermarket, shops, and restaurants, and in the area you have beautiful hiking trails, lakes, spectacular scenery, and Yosemite Nat'l Park only 20 minutes away! The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with large showers. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living area, and a spacious deck overlooking the tennis court and common area. I appreciate that it is a pet friendly unit, and is an easy area to take them on walks. The area is quiet, with plenty of parking close to the unit. The kitchen was well stocked, and the decor is warm and inviting.

This unit had one of the best equipped kitchens I've experienced in a rental. I found everything I needed with the exception of an ice cream scoop. I'm betting they had one, and I just didn't find it.It worked well for us because one couple could be upstairs and the other downstairs--each with our own bathroom.The only concern were the mattresses. While I was quite happy with my bed, the others felt the mattresses were too soft. That is a personal preference and depends on how heavy you are and whether or not you sleep on your back, side, or stomach.The master bedroom was quite roomy. The two other bedrooms were small but had ample closet space and dressers. Lighting was also good.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The onsite manager was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean. The bathrooms have been updated and seemed clean ( a must for me!) The free wi-fi worked well. There was plenty of hot water, the condo was relatively easy to keep warm. There was a nice area in the back for the kids to play when we were not skiing. One small critique....bring extra towels. The condo is advertised as "will sleep 10" but there are not 10 towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is very nice, but the dryer does not work well so it is hard to wash the towels and get them dry in a timely manner, especially when coming back from skiing and everyone wants to shower. The condo is VERY convenient to the bus line which takes you to the village where you can take the Gondola to Canyon lodge. The bus does get VERY crowded at peak times, but the drivers were very nice and as accommodating as possible.

Fantastic unit! Great location : tennis court, pool/Jacuzzi, horseshoe pits, volleyball court all just outside the deck. Walking distance to grocery store, home cooking restaurant, sporting goods store. Super clean with ALL the amenities that this family of 4 + 1 dog needed. My 17 yr old said it was "sick!" <--that means GOOD! And our 6 yr old said, "I wish WE lived here!" We will be requesting this particular unit every time we come to the great Mammoth Lakes : )

We cooked here and the full kitchen provided so much. Walking distance to Vons/restaurants (I recommend Mammoth Brasserie - great food). Shuttle was right outside and convenient to the lifts. Loved it!
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (3 young adults and us--their mom and dad) and our dog.
The layout is so great--an upper and lower balcony that opens to a good view of the mountains and an inner courtyard of grass, pool, tennis court, and horseshoe pits. The condo was clean, well stocked with all the kitchen utensils, pans, plates, glasses, etc... we could every need. The appliances are "newish" and all in great condition. We cook most meals in, so this is important to us. The beds were very comfortable. We watched the Olympics each evening on their nice big TV. I highly, highly recommend this condo for families and especially families who want to travel with their doggies. We've stayed in a lot of condos in Mammoth over the years and this was our favorite. It's not the newest, but it is well maintained and the layout was perfect for us. We hope to stay there again. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Location is good. The unit is “Very Clean” as reviews said. Good floor plans for 8-10 people. We are 2 families w/ teens and the floor plan was perfect for us in terms of privacy. First floor 2 bedrooms w/ patio give access to yard and easy access to pool/spa. Kitchen is fully equipped. They even gave a big bag of ice in freezer. Nice clean Bathrooms w/ enough towels. Community pool and spa area(also super clean) close to our unit and so nice. Owner furnished and decorated the place w/ native American decors and nice comfortable furnitures I love it. During our 4 days stay we were so comfortable and wished we could stay one more night. Only items that we not sure it’s working were TV in living and dryer and AC. It’s possible we didn’t know how to operate.

Townhome was in a very convenient locations, walking distance to Vons, Distant Brewing, among other major locations. Also a shuttle stop right outside the property. We had a group of 8, and there is easily enough space for 10 if you sleep 2 per full bed or larger. One of the small bedrooms has it's own sink and the Master is very large. It is also pet friendly and our dog had the time of his life. There was everything we needed. There were some spots we could tell there were previous dogs, but it wasn't anything that turned us off. The only thing we found was that the light fixture in the master did not work, but we notified the office. The property management should check all appliances/lights before check-in.

Nothing luxurious but this is a great condo with lots of room. Very comfortable and clean and had everything you need. Only complaint is the beds were a bit soft and the pillows were stiff. Other than that we really liked this place and would book again.
