About this apartment rental
Complete kitchen renovation in 2023 with new wood vinyl flooring!
My beautiful home is nicely equipped with 2 master bedrooms plus loft, forced heat and an on-demand (tank-less) water heater that will sleep 8 comfortably. Bedroom one has a King bed, TV, and full bathroom; bedroom two has a Queen bed, TV, and full bathroom; loft has 2 twin beds and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, large couch, power recliner, swivel chair, wood burning fireplace, and TV. All TV's have Roku Guest-mode Streaming service access. Off the living room is a kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and an extra-large deck with a private BBQ. I provide complimentary internet and in-unit laundry. There are two parking spaces at the front door followed by a mudroom for all your winter and summer equipment. The complex hosts a heated swimming pool & BBQ (summer only), two spas, and sauna all year round. A free shuttle bus stop at my complex runs every 15-minutes during the winter (green line) and gets you to Eagle Lodge within minutes (1.7 miles). Another shuttle bus stop (red line) around the corner runs all year long and throughout the town. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. (BTC/TOT: 7337)

Had a great stay. 2 families. Cooked daily. 18 in dishwasher which was an interesting design choice but no big deal. We just ran it more often. Fully stocked kitchen.
Appreciated the spacious breezeway to store our ski gear. Also appreciated the 2 dedicated parking spots out front. We had stayed at places before without dedicated parking. Washer and dryer inside was great.
We took the soft foam mattress topper off the queen mattress and slept much better on the firm mattress underneath. Loft full mattress could use an upgrade but my 10 year old managed fine on it!
We have stayed in other places with indoor hot tubs and saunas which we prefer. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying a soak after a long day on the slopes.
Overall would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

From the moment we booked, it was a easy fluid process.
from the emails/text messages to finding the location and parking right in front. Once we walked into the property, we were very impressed. We loved the layout, it was clean, warm & welcoming. Everything we expected & more. Thank you so much for a great stay. We will definitely be coming back to this specific location & telling friends and family.

Kevin was extremely accommodating and responsive. Unit was in a great location. The unit was nice, clean and modern. Mud room is a definite plus. I would love to stay here again.

The property was very clean and well kept, nice kitchen , new or updated appliances. nice large TVs in the family and bedroom with All the Streaming services was great. The host was very accommodating since there was a snow storm. We had a great stay….Will look to book place again.

Thanks to Kevin's attention and care we had the best time on our ski vacation! His cabin was perfect for our family and it provided every amenity and comfort we had hoped for! We will definitely be back!

Condo is great, lots of comfy places to sleep and spread out. Mud room is so handy when coming in from the snow and being able to leave skis, snowboards, and boots somewhere separate. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Host is super responsive and was exceptionally helpful with our travel setbacks during a blizzard. Cannot wait to return and we will definitely be staying here again.

Loved staying at Kevin’s condo at Mammoth Sierra. Very well stocked and very comfortable beds. Great location and a few steps to shuttle was very easy. Love to stay here again.

Kevin's place is absolutely perfect for a stay in Mammoth. I love this location and have stayed at many similar properties, but this one is above and beyond. Every detail is just about perfect, all the amenities you'll need, very clean, and the shot ski just takes it to another level! Kevin was very responsive. Perfect for two couples in the downstairs bedrooms + baths, and 2-3 others in the comfy loft and a 3rd full bath upstairs.

This place had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival, close to the grocery store, and shopping, and had a washer and dryer in the condo. We were able to use the hot tub in the complex with towels provided in the condo. Would stay here every time we visit Mammoth. Great communication with owner.

Enjoyed the property very much
Renting this property was very nice. The only issue we had was some of the sheets in the loft were dirty. There was hair and other unknown things I’m the sheets. I realize this is not the owners fault. Maybe just contact the cleaners and make sure they are being thorough. Thank you for letting us rent your property, we had an awesome time and your condo was amazing.

Great, quiet and comfy stay!
This property was perfect for our family! We loved how comfy and quiet the bedrooms were and we loved being able to stay 2 floors away from our kids! Centrally located to the stores and lifts, we got everywhere we wanted within 10 minutes. Would definitely book again the next time we go to Mammoth. Kevin was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay.

We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years and this was one of our favorites! From the second we walked in we felt at home. The place was warm, very comfortable, and in a great location. Kevin was also very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to going back!

Great host, great place, very close to town
First off the host was amazing (10 out of 10!); he responded quickly to all of our questions before we finalized our stay, as well as once we had paid. He was very helpful, even brought in a fan for the loft to help combat the heat. Now moving on to the cabin itself, I would have to say the cabin was also a ten out of ten; there were three full bathrooms (the two bedrooms each had their own full bathroom), the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils, there were games to play, a grill to cook on, and in the showers there were even dispensers for body wash and shampoo. It was very clear that this host cares about his guests and how to make the stay a comfortable one. My family and I would without a doubt stay here again.

Kevin’s property is clean and very organize. The property is easy to locate. He is easy to contact and just the whole check in and out process is very easy! We and our other family enjoyed our stay. Also, the beds are comfortable!

First trip to Mammoth
We visited Mammoth over MLK weekend for the first time and had an amazing time! Kevin’s property was perfect for us. Great location, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and the layout of the place was perfect for my husband, myself and our 5 children- 3 of them young adults. We hope to return soon and often and this will be our first choice for accommodations- why mess with perfection?

Great spot for a ski vacation
My family and I very much enjoyed staying at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, accommodating and close to the mountain! I particularly liked the framed notes around the condo with instructions and information. It was similar to staying at a hotel with the little touches (lotion, shampoo, and even chocolate mints!). Thanks again Kevin!

Everything was perfect
Great place to stay. Check in process was seamless and the place was very clean. We were surprised by the amount of room we had since we had the whole family. We did most of our cooking at home and every dish you can imagine was there. The TV was great with Netflix, Hulu, and everything else. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and Kevin the owner was so nice and so helpful with anything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We will definitely come back. Home away from home.

Fantastic place for families
We rent places through Airbnb and Home Away a lot, and can honestly say this is one of the best experiences we’ve had. Kevin’s place was well-appointed with thoughtful little touches like a welcome kit, products in the bathrooms and simple condiments in the kitchen. Can’t tell you how many places we’ve been in where the cupboards and refrigerator is wiped out and everything thrown out with every new renter. Why not share some of the items with other renters? The kitchen also does have everything. I’m not talking some cursory stuff from Target, but a real kitchen set up with all the stuff you have in your kitchen at home, plus.
It’s really about feeling at home and having everything you need on a ski weekend. We appreciated everything Kevin’s put into this place to make it an ideal experience for the 7 of us. Thank you!

Awesome place!
Had a great time at Kevin's cabin with a group of friends for a week of awesome snowboarding! Location was perfect with the shuttle to the mountain/town right across the street, kitchen was great with all necessary utensils and appliances provided and then some, there were 3 great showers with plenty of hot water, beds were very comfy, and the place was very spacious and fit 8 with gear and luggage comfortably. We will definitely look to book again if we end up back at Mammoth in the future!
