Close to the bars and restaurants, but make sure you don't mind steep hills!

The location is good, close to the bars and restaurants. You only get one key so you need to message the host for another but they responded quickly and provided another set. Great Air conditioning.

The fridge is basically a freezer! and the place could do with a bit of attention! The apartment is up some steep hills so make sure you are mobile enough. Parking is confusing you get a message from the host saying you can park in any bay with white lines but there are local authority signs saying when and when you can park but they are confusing! Kettle is tiny!

It was in a good location, very quiet and spacious. The space was worth the money we paid - good price as it is. Also 5/10min walk from shops, supermarket, restaurants etc

The shower door was broken in one of the bathrooms so was a bit of an inconvenience, as well as the front door but the host was very responsive luckily.

Air condition did not work in one of the room. There was not hot water in one of the bathroom. The problem with the electricity - circuit breakers. Last night in the dark. Not recomendable

OK for 1-2 nights, good location, but terrible experience in general..

The location of this place is really good so if you're heading to Malta for a day or two, it is just fine. This property could be a much pleasant place if the owner cared more about the guest experience. For us, the only positive thing to say about the place was location and that's it.

- The property was booked by our business manager so we couldn't receive the instructions. When we contacted to the owner, he replied us late. He didn't meet us. It took several messages to convince him to send us the instructions. We had to walk to another address with all the bags etc. As we entered, we figured he sent us to the wrong property. We had to walk back all the way. We spend 1 hour to step in to the place we paid hundreds of euros. - The kitchen didn't have enough utilities. We couldn't drink coffee as 4 people because there were only 3 cups. - There was only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people during an 8-day stay. We asked for supplies but the owner didn't reply. - The soap bottles in the bathrooms were filled with water and they smelled terrible. During Covid-19 pandemic, we had to buy our own soaps in a property as we couldn't even wash our hands properly. We asked the owner to provide soaps but he didn't reply. - We had to use the same set of towels for 8 days. No replacement or cleaning service was offered during our stay. - The place is moldy and humid although we kept the windows open. Both bedrooms were uncomfortable to sleep due to bad air quality. - The refrigerator turned our food into ice pieces. This was also written by someone else who stayed there 2 years ago. Nothing changed. - The neighbors in that apartment are loud. It's next to the entrance so you can hear people talking in the corridor. Moreover, all day long you can hear their TV sounds or in the night, there were people talking loudly. Not a quiet place for sure. - The owner didn't answer our requests. I can back all my experience with screen shots and photos from the property. I can't believe how this place can be listed on booking.com. I kindly ask for simple improvements to the owner but as mentioned, he didn't care to respond. - If you're going there for a few night - you get what you pay.

Good, comfortable, great location a few minor improvements would make it excellent.

Great location, easy to walk in to town, a comfortable well proportioned apartment that is great for a base to sleep, shower and eat light meals. It has with 2 good sized bedrooms, loads of wardrobe space if you need it (we live out of our bags!), double/ king size beds, nice bedding, plenty of towels, good shower rooms with decent sized shower cubicles, wifi, TV (although we didn't get it to work so used laptops, a HDMI cable is provided) and air conditioning. Nice kitchen with all the main appliances: fridge with small freezer, oven, hob, washing machine (no dishwasher but that wasn't a problem) microwave, kettle. Very grateful of the toilet paper, washing up liquid and scrub and tea towel provided). Really nice terrace but weather in October prevented us from using it! A great base and location.

This is minor to most people if all you want is a base to sleep, shower and spend your days eating out. The essentials are all there in this apartment. However, if you go out of season and/or want to stay in for meals then a few items would make this apartment excellent. These include more cooking utensils: sharp cooking knives (there were none which was a surprise) scissors, flat spatula, toaster, pans, bread board to cut bread / veg on, coasters to protect worktop from hot dishes, trays that fit the runners in the oven, oven gloves (we used the tea towel but not ideal). Other minor points would be a sweeping brush, an extra comfy chair (sofa only seats 3 people). A lock box for the key or the provision of 2 door keys. We were a party of four doing separate activities so we had to juggle the key as no-where safe to leave it, if there was a lock box outside near the postboxes (as others have done) this would solve that problem and make collecting / leaving the key safer. The apartment is advertised as on street parking yet there are residential parking notices everywhere, when we queried this we were told to park anyway and we didn't get a ticket but I wouldn't want to put this to the test in the high season. As I say, great location and good apartment, it has the essentials and the above comments are meant to help make it better not to annoy.

Close proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, and highway. Well kept, modern interior. Very nice place!

Not a dislike, but something good to know--bring a laptop or an HDMI-to-phone adapter in order to watch the television.

Everything was so great! The apartment is a high standard, there was everything that we needed. The apartment is situated in the heat of St. Julian’s- the best town for people who like night life. The owners are as wonderful! Always ready to help, fast in answering the emails. Best place in St Julian’s!
