Very nice place to stay.

Nice clean, new apartment hotel. Spacious rooms. High quality service.

没有柔软的被子，只有硬邦邦的非棉质毯子和床单，在阴冷的天气里，晚上睡觉不舒服。

Outstanding!

Outstanding hotel with luxurious, spacious and clean rooms.

We had a lot of nuisance from a large group of children/youngsters, but this was only the last night. It didn't change how we feel about this hotel.

Great for stays both long and short!

Great service, lots of well lit parking, good location, clean and comfortable room, well stocked breakfast bar. Just about perfect!

Great will go again and again

Staff is great. Free coffee 24/7. Spacy rooms. TV have many channels. Easy to put in chromcast or andriod Stick, no password needed to connect, which is great if you have those. Location near Pearson St and all the shopping in South Common. Note to anyone not knowing where to stay in Edmonton: Stay at this hotel and choose south Edmonton, always.

The pillows not comfy, and I asked for extra pillows and all I got is used pillows from another room! Thats was a turn off really! Other than that, nearly flawless. Oh yes, breakfast is good but not like wow, just normal…. have the good and bad in it. The bad in breakfast is egg sandwiches are not made fresh, but you put them in the microwave to heat them. If they just let someone do the sandwiches fresh, can be best breakfast ever. 9 out of 10 and will stay there anytime I go Edmonton.

Friendly staff, on going cleaning in the common area -- a positive. Good fresh coffee available.

The breakfast provided variety for most people. But some GF options and Dairy free options were minimal if any. Rooms were very clean, friendly cleaning staff -- appreciated. All staff very friendly and available. Available fresh fruit appreciated.

Requests upon registering being looked at & considered would be a good idea. A room in a quiet area was the request and the room faced the highways. Also, the windows need a good cleaning inside with a good window cleaning spray. Very streaky.

Overall excellent experience and value - will stay again!

The early check in and late check out (3pm and 12pm). Pleasantly surprised at how equipped the room was with the kitchenette, 2 beds, couch, curtain to separate the beds from the living space, closet, all the counter, cupboard and drawer space. Extremely clean, more than enough towels. The breakfast was a highlight. Best ‘Complimentary Breakfast’ I’ve had in years. It really added major value to our stay at this hotel for our family of 4. Hours for the pool, hot tub and gym were 5am to 12am. And the gym was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly which was so lovely. Overall great stay.

I am in the beauty industry so although I always have all my toiletries with me I do enjoy being pleasantly surprised when a niche or up and coming Brand is supplied in a hotel. This place still had what you needed from a trusted Brand though! For this particular stay be enjoyed the location for what we needed, however it is definitely the very south end of the city.

Very nice place to stay in. Close to a lot of restaurants and close to airport.

I loved everything about our stay. The staffs were friendly, the room was so clean and comfy, and the room was so spacious (that my kids loved). I love the fact that they have free welcome drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, tea) (that's also part of their breakfast), and you could get them anytime. I craved for hot chocolate late at night, and my husband got it for me for free. Thank you! It helped me with my sweet cravings.

The room service, me and my daughter tried grabbing towels from the cart and she got mad at us saying no no no when the front said to grab some if the cart was in the hallway. She scared my girl.

Great place to stay for a family

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and they even had gluten free options for my son who is Celiac.
