Great revamp on an older hotel. The pizza i had in the restaurant was amazing & delicious.

Dumpster dive at its finest.

I called the hotel via the ph number you provided on the listing, i was unable to contact anyone for 3 hours, as the number you gave was for the chain, and the coast hotel chain no longer looks after this facility... aparently its been bought out by radisson. I opened the room door, there was 17 pizza menu's under the door, that tells me nobody has checked that room in months ! The towels were dirt stained,, bedding is stained yellow, carpets are horribly filthy, ceiling and walls have brown dripp parks looks like human body decomposition from the room above, exterior of building has shitty signage, infact none at all, dark lighting in parking lot, definitely a 1970s trap house with some lipstick. The restaurant was empty. I ordered a pizza that was undercooked, and I ended up with food poisoning. I took the pizza back to room, and put it in fridge, I decided to open the freezer portion to have a look and the frost buildup was rotten black !

Not worth it

Paid for full kitchen suite... No table to sit at, Zero cutlery or dishes, all empty cabinets. Pool was freezing

Won't recommend anyone and won't go back again.

Location is good.

Clean better, too smells bad, housekeeping staff needs to have more training. They came into the room to clean even we put a no disturbing sign on the room and also knocked on the door around 9 to ask us when will us be leaving even though the check out time is 12pm.

Not good value for money.

Breakfast and underground parking were good. Staff friendly.

The room I paid premium price for was across from the elevator and next to conference room which had a seminar at 7 am With doors open was very noisy.

The room had a terriblr smell. Old outdated furniture. Pubic hair on the bed sheets. Disgusting

There was no breakfast

There were children running up and down corridors shouting and screaming until 2.30 am. Parents were in corridor laughing and talking at same time . I had a medical appointment next day and was so tired with lack of sleep.i had stayed here before and it was fine, this time was awful

Avoid like the rest of West Edmonton

The price

drunk loiterers were allowed to just hang out, outside of the lobby entrance drinking and intimidating my wife. We booked a standard king room which upon entering was like an oven. The AC was not working. We were then offered the only other available room which was a bizarre kitchenette with no microwave or tv remote, that we were told was reserved for some "long term tenant". despite paying for a king bed, this room had a double bed which was uncomfortable to share with two people. When we tried to get a room more suitable to our needs the next morning, the clerk told us that they're was nothing they could do for us. no cancellation, no discount, nothing. We paid for something we did not receive We normally assume good things from The Coast chain but this one is an absolute dud.

Excellent, will stay there again

The front staff was amazing. The lady that checked us in Friday was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for where we were going.

The pool was very small and my kids didn’t want to go because there was a family in it already and not really any where for us to be.

Disappointing

The staff

The dirt in the fridge, the broken tv, the fixtures were all pretty much broken, the restaurant lady encouraged us not to get what I wanted to make it a heftier cost, so we left. Pool was shut down when the kids were ready to go in, told it would be fixed by 7, was still full of dog hair or whatever was floating in it.

Comfy bed and friendly staff. Very clean, great location. Good amenities such as pool and restaurant. We would stay again.

The air conditioning didn't work and we needed it on as the thermostat was set at 23 and wouldn't turn down. Also, the tv remote didn't work. We got a replacement from the front desk but we still had to do the changing manually.

Good price, average hotel. Nothing great that stands out

Liked the price. Best price in that area.

Lobby is freezing cold because of the rotating door. Luggage cart has to go down a tight, icy ramp to vehicle. Other patrons smoking marijuana, floor smelled really strong of it.

Exceptional

The friendly staff and the location was great very convenient close to all stores 👍

I didn't like where the swimming pool was located, it was right by the main entrance which made it cold in lobby, my Littles didn't have a chance to swim 😕. One more thing is that the heater in our room wasn't working but I was happy they moved us to a different room.
