Room service menu very disappointing, staff forgot to prepare our advance order food. QR code on TV for room service menu links to out of date menu! Tv in our room 1223 has lines across the screen.

Would have been great had the aircon not leaked

The location

The aircon leaked in our room and we had to request a transfer. Hotel was accommodating but the next day before we checked out the aircon again was leaking.

Great place, friendly staff, very clean rooms

The staff is very friendly, the food is good, room is clean , good service

There is only one thing I hope the management work on it … when I enter the hotel the smell is amazing freshly and beautiful but when I leave the lift to any level the smell is really bad otherwise everything is great

Superb! I'll stay here again

Service was exceptional. Restaurant was very good. The staff is the nicest I've ever encountered and to get anything you need only to ask. They will get it done for you!

Food was good but not great. Had a very old AC in the room that didn't always work.

My hotel of choice in the area

Cant remember how many times I have stayed here. Got to check in a bit early, had a problem with the sink and shower drain and they were fixed immediately.location is perfect if you have a show to watch in moa arena. There's also a lot of food options in the area

Fine for 1 night if you’re staying over in Manila to catch the next flight.

It’s rather close to the airport and to the biggest mall in Manila.

If you’re looking for a stay in Manila to see the city, I probably wouldn’t recommend the location. There is nothing much around than the big mall. Otherwise the staff was friendly but a little slow. We didn’t have toilet paper and towels and it took them quite some time to bring them. Unfortunately our room also smelled not very nice.

Good value hotel in a good location and with a nice staff

Good value hotel in the Manila Bay area - and much nicer than the Cebu Ciry Citadines. Lovely staff. Good breakfast etc. We didnt use any of the facilities so cant comment on those. 5 mins taxi to the Manila Bay walkway and restaurants etc.

Amazing stay at Citadines Bay City Manila

Beautifully designed hotel with great location in Manila. We stayed here only 2 nights but everything was amazing. Staff was super kind and attentive. Rooms were spacious. We found ourselves booking citadines throughout philippines and Japan. We love citadines

Only thing is that the room had a weird musky smell when we got in, so we had our Aircon working all the time. Maybe its carpets that need changing. Curtains old and with some stains on them.

One of the best travel decisions we have made.

The breakfast buffet is well worth the cost compared to the ala carte menu and the food is fresh and contains a range of western and Pilipino foods. Only thing lacking is oatmeal. The room was roomier than I expected considering our other stays in the area over the last few years. the location is excellent as several features such as the harbor front, MOA and Ayalla malls are within a 15 minute walk. The work out facility is much better than any I have seen and there was never a line to use the laundry facilities which are co-located with the gym so you have something to do while the washing machine runs.

Oatmeal for breakfast.

Great location, great and friendly staff!

The location was great, within walking distance of the Mall of Asia. Kudos to their friendly and accommodating staff.

I forgot to mention to the front desk that the AC in our room smells bad and moldy. A small problem that could easily be corrected. Overall the stay was good.

Disappointing,although few staff members we’re pretty good & exceptional. Very good customer service.

Location,location. Easy access to the shops, mall, pretty decent buffet breakfast.

Very disappointed with one particular staff( front desk ) does not possess good customer service skills , with that attitude & how to deal with customers & us being seniors doesn’t belong to this kind of profession. Unfortunately, that bad performance of one particular staff affected the entire performance of the staff, which is pretty unfair, having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to take it out on your customers , because being rude and disrespectful has no place in the company.

Really nice property, great dog and cat.

Everything was good about this hotel. I loved the dog that hangs out in the lobby and also the cat.

All the staff where great apart from 1 staff member at reception when I was checking out. Also the location didn’t really suit me but that’s just a personal thing.

I had an excellent overnight stay in this hotel with its excellent staff!

The property was very clean and accessible to the airport and malls. It’s best feature is its staff from reception, restaurant/coffee shop to customer service. Ben of reception is very friendly and helpful. The security guards were very courteous and polite. All you can eat breakfast was good and reasonable for the price. Rich of customer service went above and beyond! He assisted us the moment we arrived until we left. Thank you so much for the very personalized warm care you all have extended!

Location (practically unlimited choices of shopping and restaurants, also near airport), spacious and luxurious room, polite staff, nice ambience of lobby, price is also cheap relative to the room and amenities

If I were to nitpick, the sink drainage was quite weak. Nothing a simple maintenance couldn't fix. Other than that, it's hard to find any fault
