I was extremely disappointed with my stay, as the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked basi

Overall, the experience was underwhelming. There was nothing particularly impressive about the property, and it did not meet the expectations I had. The service and amenities were average, leaving room for significant improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was a bad smell at the entrance, and my room was super dirty—it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, as the same paper tissues remained on the floor for three days. The room felt old and poorly maintained, and the condition of the toilet was also not up to standard; everything looked worn out. Additionally, the toilet tissue and facial tissues ran out, and they weren’t replaced—I had to ask for them myself. This was far from what I expected based on the hotel’s rating. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff, but unfortunately, that alone won’t bring me back to stay here again.

We didn’t like that we can hear the people next door talk, and they probably could hear us as well.

Staycation Near SM by the Bay

I like the coffee shop on the 2nd floor and the resto at the 3rd floor which also serves buffet breakfast and you can both dine on their alfresco sections.

The mini fridge on my room is too small which can only accommodate 3 small bottles so I wasn't able to store enough cold refreshments during my stay.

Over all, our stary was very comfortable.

Our room was upgraded. We were assigned to a huge room with a very nice view.

Choices of breakfast were very limited. I think it's over priced.

We stayed! We slept and we left! Lol

It's close to the airport & to the stores where I bought few items I need for our trip. The view at night is spectacular. We left so early for our flight so we didn't have a chance to taste their breakfast. But the dinner we had is good.

I didn't like the seperate elevator to go to my room.

Great choice!

ACU at Room 1709...we experienced some malfunctioning (not getting cold as the motor stops even if set at 18degCelsius). However, it's just fine, perhaps just need to check as that ACU brand really has this issue even on other sites.

Pillow is a bit high for the head.

Perfect stay for the next part of my journey.

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Ideal location close to malls and amenities.

Really great stay because of all the staff!

The whole stay was awesome! From the moment we checked in - the front desk officer (Carl) was very helpful. He provided all needed information that’s essential for our stay (breakfast schedule, WiFi details, etc) and also graciously grant our request for early check in. Then the entire stay was really nice and comfortable as all the staff members we had the chance to interact with were very helpful and polite. Breakfast menu was good, but made special by all the smiling faces of all the staff in this restaurant. Truly a nice place to stay within the area. I was with my family - and they love the place too! Will be staying here again next time if we need to be in this area. Thanks Tryp by Wyndhm team!

The room was overall fine, small but cheap. But would not return or recommend.

Staff at the entrance to help with bags and rides were very helpful.

As we check in, there were 3 staff members chatting and did not acknowledge us. The had to ask if they were available/open to check us in. I was given a bit of an attitude when she finally checked us in. Also the hallway smelled of sewage. I don’t know if they had a problem but the smell was horrible.

It's a hotel with nothing special

The restaurant food was horrible. Walking to burger King ended up being my only choice and that was after 10pm the first day. NO NETFLIX OR SMART TV here

The view across Manila Bay is superb, the rooftop pool and bar helps makes this hotel very special.

Enjoyable Stay with Minor Privacy Concerns

I had a positive experience during my one-night stay at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia Manila hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel and room were clean, and the location was convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing the airport. The prompt and efficient room service was also commendable.

The only aspect that I didn't fully appreciate was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Despite indicating a preference for a quiet room, the close proximity of the rooms allowed for noise transfer, compromising privacy.

My family has stayed at this hotel once before. We greatly enjoyed both our stays. Location is great. Food is good. We especially appreciated being able to get adjoining rooms.

From my booking experience, it would have been nice to request adjoining rooms on the app/website when you make the booking. I booked 2 rooms then when we got to the hotel, I asked if I could upgrade to adjoining rooms. They granted the rrquest without any problems but it'd be nice if the booking app could somehow take care of that.

Overall, it was an okay stay! Staff and guards were very kind and helpful which was a big plus.

Friendly staff, accommodated to our needs. Beautiful views, great location.

Escalators weren’t working for half the time during our stay, toilet leaking, stains on bed sheets, door badges weren’t working at times, cleanliness wasn’t the best.
