Não gostei de vários detalhes principalmente das áreas da piscina faltou mais animação

E bom.o honrem porém a piscina que informa que é 24h quando da 20h eles esvazia tudo a sauna que é até 20h fiquei 5 dias dois não foi ligada o tabor água e para ser ligado as 9h foi ligado às 14h e 17h não tem mais nada funcionando a música ambiente ligam quando quer os funcionarios tido mal humorado falta muita coisa

Apartamento confortável.

Não ficamos no apartamento que reservamos, nos colocaram em um familiar, faltou shampoo nos banheiros, deveria ter toalha para piscina.

Da proximidade do centro, fácil acesso ao clube,.

Internet fraca, só uma diária no clube, elevadores muito demorados, não tinha apartamento casal, precisamos ficar no familiar, falta de shampoo nos banheiros, as águas das piscinas não estavam boas, um pouco fria, o sistema de interruptores não funcionam em paralelos.

O quarto com banheiro muito pequeno Sem espelho no quarto Cama desconfortável Chuveiro com defeito Fiquei presa no elevador do bloco A Faltam ponto de recarga na área comum,pois a gente tem que ir na recepção pra fazer a recarga do cartão de uso de consumo

Ótimo café da manhã, localização em frente ao Acqua Park, muito bom. A atendente do Villas é muito gentil e consegue passar informações com facilidade. Fizemos uma reserva de excursão para 53 pessoas, todos gostaram. Hotel bem equipado, TV, secador de cabelo, Ar.. No quarto de 3 pessoas possui varanda. Para o de 4 Pessoas há dois ambientes separados, com janelas.

A Piscina do hotel, mesmo chovendo, poderia ser um pouco menos quente, achamos exageradamente quente. Fora isso atendeu as expectativas.

Desagradável experiência

Piscinas quentes, ambientes limpos..

Desorganização quanto ao pedido de camas nos quartos, sem solução pelos funcionários do hotel. Foi a 3ª vez que fui ao hotel e a 1ª vez que tive tantos problemas. As camas não foram organizadas como solicitado no ato da reserva.As fechaduras eletrônicas estavam com defeito em um dos quartos, tivemos que acionar a recepção várias vezes pra tentar resolver. Funcionários que não deram a mínima atenção para a aquilo que foi reservado, um verdadeiro absurdo.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Perto de supermercados, padarias, farmácias. 8 minutos do Centro (de carro). Tem um café da manhã delicioso e com muita variedade. Os funcionários são excepcionais, sempre muito educados e prestativos.

Todo o hotel tem um conforto excelente. O quarto com camas confortáveis, espaço amplo entre elas, roupas de cama e banho sempre cheirosas, varanda com vista pra piscina. Porém o quarto só deixou a desejar no banheiro. Muito pequeno. A pia e o box.

Gostei muito do quarto, com o ar condicionado e das piscinas quentes e mornas.Todo local é muito agradável, e os funcionários da limpeza estão de parabéns, deixando o local sempre impecável. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções

Não gostei do funcionamento das piscinas somente até às 22h. Seria muito melhor se fosse liberado pelo menos até às 00:00 (meia noite) A sauna e o tobogã deveriam ter mais tempo de funcionalidade

A comunicação com os administradores da Bancorbrás Turismo S.A. foi difícil pelo booking, uma vez que a reserva era para participar de um evento. Fizemos reserva para quatro pessoas, uma vez que o apartamento tinha essa opção, mas não tinha cama para as quatro pessoas. A emissão de nota fiscal com CNPJ foi muito difícil e demorada.

Bom café da manhã. Excelente localização. Espaço excelente para crianças.

Não gostei da administração do apartamento. A comunicação foi difícil pelo booking, uma vez que a reserva era para participar de um evento. A emissão de nota fiscal com CNPJ foi muito difícil, uma vez que precisava comprovar os gastos. Tivemos que ficar cobrando uma semana o envio da Nota Fiscal com os dados de pagamento.

Excellent location and very spacious!

Excellent location! The room was big and spacious perfect for my family of 5. Pools were nice and warm. Kids loved the slides the only downside was that it closed too early. It was very close to downtown where the kids had so much fun at the park. The building itself is old need some upgrading.

It was a great experience, it would be nice if the building get some upgrading and the kids slides stay open for more hours.

Not perfect but we had a great time

The location is amazing to go to DiRoma, commerce, restaurants, and the center of the city. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty, the bottled water price is reasonable, parking is great, room cleaning service is very good, and the view is beautiful if you ask to be turned to the city.

Rooms for 3 people are door to door with other rooms like they split one room in two and if the other room next to your room has people in it you will hear everything they do, talking, hairdryer. The safe wasn't working, the shower had a little issue and the TV had very few channels, we complained about the noise and they moved us to another room where the conjoined room was empty, safe, shower and TV worked.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was well located to the water park and great entertainment at night. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good
