Okay, but not great

Location and large rooms

Mould growing on bath panels and flooring, damp. I am asthmatic and problematic for me. Noise from neighbour above from 5am paving the floorboards and moving furniture?!?

En general, el apartamento está bien y aunque está alejado del centro, nosotros íbamos y volvíamos andando a pesar de estar todo el día lloviendo. Sitios para aparcar sin problema (zona del supermercado).

Llegamos y no teníamos toallas (lo solucionaron enseguida) y el papel higiénico estaba tirado en el suelo, a la entrada. Nos dió la sensación de que habían hecho la limpieza a todo correr. Debajo de las camas de la habitación de la bañera con cristal había unos pelusones... El edificio no está insonorizado y como son varios apartamentos nos tocó un grupo en el de arriba que no nos dejaron dormir. El suelo es de madera antigua y chirría, y si andan, saltan, etc. pues te dan la noche. Mi marido tuvo que coger el colchón y bajar a dormir al salón. Dimos queja pero tampoco tengo claro que les llamasen la atención. Cubertería escasa, humedad y ¡cuidado al salir de la bañera!

Falta de produtos como sabonete líquido, shampoo, detergente da loiça, panos…. É um apartamento mas temos de levar tudo!!!

Poco satisfecho

Es cómodo y limpio

Fue difícil ingresar, nos ayudaron otros huéspedes. Pedimos apoyo para guardar nuestras maletas unas horas y primero dijeron que no podían y luego que si podían pero que nos cobrarían por hora 5 euros. Tuvimos que irnos con nuestras maletas por la ciudad. Pensamos que tendrían consideración siendo que ingresamos al cuarto 10 horas después de la hora del check in.

3 łazienki to na pewno atut tego mieszkania, dobra lokalizacja

Szkoda że apartamenty na Bookingu nie są ponumerowane lub wystawione osobno. Ciężko jest się domyślić które mieszkanie się rezerwuje w momencie kiedy wszystkie zdjęcia z wszystkich apartamentów umieszczone są razem Zależało nam na dużej przestrzeni wspólnej... niestety dostaliśmy małą klitkę. Niestety czystość nie jest na najwyższym poziomie.... w szafie ubrania osób z wcześniejszego wynajmu, łazienka z odchodzącymi listwami i wychodzącą z pod nich pleśnią. Pasowało by posprzątać taras na który wychodzą okna.

Bon pour un court séjour

Propre et sécuritaire.

L’unité n’a pas été préparé pour 3 personnes comme nous avons payé pour. Il avait la literie juste pour 2 pax. Il y a une cuisinette mais pas de détergent pour la lave-vaisselle ni pour laver à la main. et il n’y avait aucune linge à vaisselle.

Nice apartment and good communication with staff.

Location was a bit far from everything but manageable. Upon arrival to the apartment we missed details like body wash and shampoo/ conditioner like we have had in other locations. Some lamps were hanging with exposed wires.

Good place to spend the night, not good to have meals in

Great location, comfy beds.

We booked and paid for 6 people and there were only 3 chairs and 2 mugs. Staff was super kind but unable to solve the problem. It’s a good place to stay if you’re going to be out all day, but forget about having meals at home, unless you don’t mind standing while eating haha

Home away from home in Porto

Fantastic host and fantastic apartment ! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay ! The rooms are spacious with a lot of natural light coming in. The apartment was clean and smell good. The host a very accommodating right from check in to check out. I even got locked in one of the toilets and this was in the middle of the night. The host happily came along to help me out all in all this place is highly recommend . A big shout out to the staff the two ladies and the gentlemen very kind and helpful. I don’t recall their name as I lost the card on which I had it written down on.

Although they had the hairdryer and soaps at the bottom of the package would love if they had shampoo conditioner and body wash.

Great location and decent place

Central location - close to bakery, supermarket, restaurants and 10-15 min walking up hills to the bars and clubs (Galeria Paris area) or less than a fiver by Uber!

Hated the fact we had to collect the keys on a different location which is miles way from the property!

check in and service need to improve a lot

position is ok , a

nyhow the way to check in is extremally unfair, u need to move 30minutes far to get the key. Moreover comunication is not clear at all. For 6 nights the owner provide only 1 towel for each person , thats is really wired considering shower and usage of the towels.

It was a very pleasant place and great value for money! Almost below you can eat some of the best “Francesinhas” in town

very spacious and cozy! Very bright! The apartment was clean and there were basic welcome items!

One of the showers had a broken hose and the tv didn’t work.

Reasonable price, spacious but sparse.

Location very convenient. Close to grocery. Plenty of space. 2 beds and 2 baths.

Sparse supplies in kitchen. Very basic furniture. Toilet leaked at base. Water leak from apartment above. No clothes dryer.

Location (near the river), very close to the supermarket, spacious

TV didn't work, air conditioner remote had ran out of batteries, very few kitchenware (no cutting board, only 1 knife, very little dish soap), the living room where the sofa bed had no curtains so hard to sleep in the morning

Perfect

Everything was perfect. We had one problem which was immediately solved by the host. A lot of space, everything was spotlessly clean. Definitely made our stay in Porto perfect.

Maybe the rubbish matter should we solved differently. We stayed here for a week and produced quite an amount. I would have been happier if I could have disposed of that and not kept in the apartment.

Great location with a supermarket and coffee shop very close by.

What an amazing apartment with connections to the Calem family. Quirky but clean and comfortable and great for a couple. Excellent location to explore this beautiful city.

Easily reachable, two floors flat with two barhrooms. The appartment was fully furnished, so we've found everything we needed.

Enough to spend a few days in Porto...

The apartment was equipped basically. The place was quiet next to the river and the bus stop was near the apartment. There was very easy to park the car.

There wasn't an ironing board and a clothesline that we requested several times, but they could not gives it to us.
