Suspenso. Lo peor es el staff.

Con el mal trato recibido no podríamos destacar nada bueno

El peor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado en todo Colombia (y el más caro). El trato recibido al hacer el checkin fue NEFASTO. Y, por lo que hemos leído en otros comentarios, destacan el mal trato del staff. No nos indicaron nada sobre las instalaciones (como por ejemplo el horario del gym, el cual por no estar informados nos encontramos cerrado una tarde). Cuidado porque pensábamos que teníamos desayuno incluido y NO. Igualmente, el desayuno es carísimo si lo pagas aparte. El baño no estaba limpio (había pelos de otros huéspedes) y en nuestra habitación había un ruido constante (como de lavadora) que hacía imposible conciliar el sueño. El personal no pregunta cómo ha ido la estancia ni saludan ni dan las gracias nunca. Por otro lado, en un primer momento (online) me indicaron una tarifa de recogida del aeropuerto y, una vez en recepción me indicaron otro precio más bajo. Un suspenso en relación calidad-precio.

No tengo palabras para describir lo increíble que fue . Desde el personal hasta todo el hotel increíble la experiencia vale totalmente la pena. Cerca de todo. El personal tiene un trato increíble y sobre todo la comodidad en el alojamiento. 100% RECOMENDADO VOLVERIA SIN PENSARLO.

Le restaurant même si n’y a pas de spécialités colombiennes , le confort des lits et des chambres , la vue et la piscine (+ sauna et hammam) , la phrase sur le plafond

- la piscine fermée très tôt pour une soirée privée lors de notre arrivée en fin d’après-midi , peut-être que pour les soirées privées , un accès à quelques clients pourrait être favorisé au compte gouttes :)

Centraal genieten in Medellin

Vrij centraal, veel op loopafstand te doen. Uitzicht bij zwembad/gym is fantastisch, is gedacht aan water bij de gym. Lekkere turkse bad. Bed comfortabel, zelfs memory foam kussens. Hygienisch, best ruim voor 1 kamer. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel, zowel bij de receptie, als bij het ontbijt, erg alert, werken hard. Schoonmaakster met veel geduld.

Opletten met taxi voor de deur, de helft probeert je toch uit, wij kennen medellin al, omrijden hebben wij door, maar ook meter uitgezet etc. Bij Santa fe voor zijn taxis, even stukje lopen kom je beter uit. Voor medische redennen geweest dit keer, soms nuchter naar kliniek en hele dag onderzoeken, na ingreep dag erna ziek. Ontbijt gevraagd mee te nemen 1x, en 1x op kamer te mogen eten. Uiteindelijk mocht het wel, maar keuken manager deed wel erg moeilijk. Wij hebben er wel voor betaald, dus snapten dit niet zo. 1x maar gewoon ontbijt gemist, geen zin meer in gezeur. Restaurant in het hotel is beneden maat voor zo een luxe hotel. We hebben het nog een kans gegeven, dus meerdere keren iets anders gegeten. Vlees te ver door gebakken, en koud bij bestelling op kamer, asperges verbrand, bleu cheese sauce of vergeten of???. Cevice vis viel uit elkaar, waarschijnlijk al te oud. Chicheron niet knapperig. Ontbijt daaraantegen is uitgebreid en goed. Waar ze wel op moeten letten, ze presenteren veel in 1x, de ham randjes waren soms wat droog, de rijst ook soms, had een crunsh, 1x wat zure lactose vrije melk. Tip aan keuken personeel zou zijn eerst voorproeven. Wij zijn er een maand geweest, dan merk je mogelijk ook meer op. Bij het zwembad is er vaak geen service, namen zelf maar onze drank mee. Zonde ze lopen wel wat mis. Er zijn niet vaak veel mensen boven, even langs lopen en voorstellen, vragen of je wat wilt zou extra service bieden. Nu moesten wij echt op zoek naar iemand voor een biertje waar je nog enige tijd op moet wachten ook, ging om blikjes. Een vd sauna staat echt te zacht en rammelt veel. De turkse bad was super. Op de kamer, de schoonmaakster was super, zelfs bij later de kamer verlaten nog eind vd middag alles schoon. Soms een handdoek vergeten, zeep werd alleen niet bijgevuld, omdat wij er 1mnd zaten viel dit wel op, handzeep, douchegel waren op, laatste week maar shampoo gebruikt. Extra op letten bij mensen die langer verblijven.

Excellent, Clean and Comfortable with Good Location

Our room was wonderful, with excellent comfy beds!! Definitely met our expectations for a 4 star hotel, and at a very good price. Great shower and amazing view from the 14th floor! Very good breakfast, which can get boring after a few days of being similar every day. Great rooftop pool with excellent views. My friend caught a cold and went into the Turkish steam room and loved it!!

The location seemed convenient in El Poblado and a short cab ride to the area with bars and restaurants, but it did not seem like we could walk out from our hotel. The hotel backs up to a major road that is not pedestrian friendly. I took a taxi everywhere when leaving the hotel. I think that the front desk staff need better recommendations for where to send their guests for dinner....it was a Sunday night and they sent me to a chain restaurant for my last dinner in Medellin. The restaurant was just okay, no big deal. I would have liked to go somewhere more authentic than a chain pasta/Italian restaurant. There were no tissues in our room and small bottles of shampoo. I checked with the maid in the hallway who gave me a big box of tissues, and nice bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, It would have been even better if these were just in the room to begin with....what we would expect from a 4 star hotel.

great roof top bar and pool.

we stayed for 4 days and for 3 days we never had hot water, I called the front desk and they sent someone up to look at the issue and said they will fix it, next morning same problem, no hot water , just room temp, the person who came the 2nd time said that is good temp and the water will not be hotter than this, then I asked for a room change , was told, they are all sold out, but they will look at the problem and will have it fixed, next morning I see the manager and expressed to him that we just came from Salento and we stayed in a small hotel and we had no issues with hot water, why a hotel this big has no hot water for past 3 days of my stay. He assured me they will fix it , it was fixed on the morning we were checking out .
