La colazione era splendida, forse la migliore di sempre per gli hotel 5 stelle che ho frequentato. La posizione e l'affaccio della mia camera era semplicemente stupenda. La piscina all'apice del hotel, di acqua calda, magnifica, come la sauna e la jacuzzi

Wonderful place to stay in Medellin....food and rooms were exceptional.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast included, rooftop pool with bar and restaurant both upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. Staff inctedibly helpful...but at times a bit too much...

breakfast attendant hovered a bit too much, but that is only thing that wasn't close to spectacular

Good potential but staff needs better training in terms of customer care

Restaurant staff, rooftop view

Front desk Staff unprofessional: after ruining our clothes at their laundry, they questioned us and insinuated they were ruined prior despite us even having photos. Utterly unprofessional behavior. Bathrooms too small

Good Choice

The hotel is quite a better quality than the price would suggest. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Walking to and back from City Center with all the restaurants and bars etc is not possible (partly due to safety concerns partly due to climbing uphill on the way back)..

Amazing staff in the perfect location!

The staff really makes this place exceptional; what a fantastic team. We were there for 10 days and really felt at home. Medellin is a great city to visit, but the staff at Binn, from reception, to restaurant, everyone made this trip special. Thank you Lilly, Adolfo, Raul, Juan Camilo, Jorge, Daisy and the rest of the team!

Nice views, friendly staff and great neighborhood. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing.

Amazing stay in nice area of Medellin

Amazing stay in a nice location of Medellin! 20 mins walking to El parque lleras where you can find pretty much everything you need! Also super friendly staff, helpful and willing to put you in the right direction regarding tours and places to go

In good conscious…. Cannot recommend

This hotel is modern and had all the conveniences you might expect

Our room with a city view was changed to a mountain view. They argued but in the end relented and upgraded our room to a suite with a city view. We are finding that often the room that has been described is not what we end up with on booking.com. It was difficult to find the wifi password. We had to ask a staff member for this information as it was not provided with our key or anywhere in our room. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast but it was very frustrating to get a glass of white wine with dinner. They didn’t seem to have any proper supply or choice or even know what the price was. Finally, we did some laundry and were shocked that they charged us over $135.00 for our small bundle. There was no price list in the room or online and so we made the assumption (mistake) it would be similar to what we paid in Peru or Mexico…$15 to $25 for three times as much clothes. This was a major “gotcha”.

Spectacular!!!!

Eduardo (desk clerk) was extremely courteous, patient and helpful regarding the fact that I lost my debit card shortly before I arrived to the hotel. He assisted me with checking in and insured that I was able to stay and purchase meals with my virtual debit card.

decent stay in medellin

interior was nice, facilities were new, gym was better than typical hotel gym

the Wifi isn’t usable for work, the staff speaks very little English, limited selection for breakfast. also at check in they couldn’t find my reservation and sent me to a room where people were sleeping. will probably not stay there again.
