Why spend a lot of money for hotels, expensive accommodations, or when it is much better, more spacious and above all cheaper? Do you live in rather cozy and fully equipped 3 rooms (divided into living room, 1 bedrooms and a large kitchen / bathroom) apartment on the 2nd floor. Enjoying a central, yet very quiet location.
Without parking problems. Free parking directly in front of the house. With all the comforts.
This condo liegtin city of Essen, centrally located in the district Katerberg, Meybuschhof. There are all the shops in the immediate vicinity on foot.
After eating the center it takes about 15 minutes by car or public 25 mins., Shopping as Rewe, Lidl, Aldi or Rossmann, church, mosque Post Hairdresser banks etc. within about 200 m.

Accessibility to public transportation, such as bus, tram or train is excellent.
The distance to the South Railway Station are about 3 minutes walk.
Right at Kohlenpott and European Capital of Culture Essen.

Viel Platz, sehr ruhig, netter Vermieter,
Bad vielleicht etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber ok
Insgesamt darf man die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.
Bäckerei um die Ecke, Bus und Strassenbahn Anbindung genauso.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage. Supermärkte, Restaurants sind gut erreichbar, ebenso die Zeche Zollverein.

We came for the Messe in Essence, the apartment accommodated our needs very well. Location made driving easy, kitchen had working appliances, beds were okay, bathroom was okay could use more supports to accommodate elderly people. Clean and neat when we arrived.

schöne Wohnung
Ich hatte für 2 Nächte das Appartment 1 im Erdgeschoß gemietet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet, mein Bett extrem bequem . Leider ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig, sodass man das Herumgehen der Obermieter hören kann. Trotzdem kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen.

Gut mit leichten Abstrichen
Große. helle, geräumige Wohnung. Platz für locker sieben Personen. Im Detail einige Schwächen, wie offene Rolladenkästen oder Löcher in den Wänden nicht benutzbare, vermüllte Terrasse. Kühlschrank war stark verschmutzt mit Gegenständen vom Vormieter. Waschmaschine und Trockner sollten mit Hinweisen versehen werden, diese offen stehen zu lassen. So starke Stockflecken und Gerüche. Aber Ansonsten sauber und zu Empfehlen.

Ruhige Fewo in zentraler Lage - Weltlulturerbe Zeche Zollverein fußläufig gut erreichbar
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Selbst an die ganz Kleinen wurde gedacht und ein paar Spiele sind vorhanden. Wir haben von dort aus fußläufig das Weltkulturerbe Zeche Zollverein besuchen können und Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter hat sehr nett und zuverlässig mit uns kommuniziert und Schlüssel konnten pünktlich abgeholt und wieder abgegeben werden. Rundum - sollten wir nochmal in Essen sein werden wir gerne wiederkommen. Wenn dann noch die Terrasse fertig gebaut ist wäre es perfekt. Gott sei Dank konnten wir dennoch bequem draußen sitzen und den Abend genießen.

De supermarkt, bakkerij is op korte loopafstand te bereiken. Tevens heb je in de ochtenduren een kleine markt.
You can park you're car in the front of the house. The supermarket and bakery is nearby. There was also a market in the morning.
- Moviepark en Essen centrum (Limbeckerplatz) en Grugapark is makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Dat geldt ook voor Ruhrpark centrum en Dortmund.
