Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania Wrocławia. Duży, wygodnie rozplanowany apartament pomieścił czterosobową rodzinę. Wiele udogodnień w postaci zmywarki, pralki, kosmetyków do mycia, suszarki do włosów, żelazka i deski do prasowania czy wiatraka, ułatwia nawet dłuższy pobyt.

Nie mam uwag.

No fue la mejor elección

Ubicación buena, a unos minutos caminando del Old Town. Muy cerca de cafés para tomar desayuno y seguro de caminar durante la noche. El motivo principal fue tener lavadora y pudimos usarla. La limpieza del apartamento fue medianamente aceptable.

Hicimos reservación para 3 apartamentos... 2 de ellos fueron en edificio con elevador, 1 apartamento fue en el edificio sin elevador y en el 4to piso, con maletas bastante grandes y 2 parejas de personas de 70+ años. Las unidades no cuentan con sistema de ventilación ni A/C, por lo que hay que abrir las ventanas... Al menos nos tocó clima fresco. Sin embargo al estar tan cerca de la universidad, el descanso es pobre ya que al tener que dejar abiertas ventanas durante la noche, se escucha ruido hasta muy tarde y más en fin de semana! El acceso es por la parte posterior y la iluminación es deficiente al circular por el área común durante la noche. Reportamos uno de los WC tapados... pero como el reporte fue en Domingo, no hubo respuesta hasta el Lunes alrededor de las 11am con un número de teléfono para reportar urgencias. Bastante incómoda situación.

Highly recommend. They care a lot about apartments, and you cannot get better localization.

Great localization. Excellent and clean apartment. Simple decor, which I appreciate a lot. Everything you need is there, without extravagant decorations. Sofa! Usually, there is only a bed and a chair in the rooms, but having the ability to spend time or nap on the couch is next level which I never thought I would miss.

- Not sure if that was available, but an extra towel would be great (just in case). However, the towel I received for three days was enough. - I would warn guests about opening windows at night. Flies/bugs/mosquitoes were flying in.

Nice stay, perfect location

Our second stay here. The location is great. The apartment itself was clean, had everything you could need (even the washing machine and dish washer). Everything is new and nice looking.

It was hot in the apartment. One fan was provided (all shaky and wobbly), but it definitely wasn't enough to cool down the rooms. It wasn't a major issue for us, but keep that in mind if you're traveling in the summer and prefer to be in a cool room.

Great location at reasonable prices.

Close to everything. Clean. Responsive replies when emailed, good entry exit instructions. We enjoyed our stay.

Few small things that could have been better: A microwave Some air-conditioning Better pillows A bedside table Sheets for sofa bed. None that we could find.

Great place to stay in the centre of Wroclaw

The apartment was quite good with an exceptional location, it had all the all appliances you need (more than you need actually) and it was clean. They also left us water which was much appreciated. It was easy to get within as the whole "key receival process" is fully automatic and there's no physical key you could potentially loose, so thumbs up for that. The Giselle place for breakfast in front was amazing too, as well as the coffee places towards the University.

It kinda looked bigger on the pictures, but it was enough for a couple (it would have been marvellous if it had a terrace). It gets noisy from the street on Friday and Saturday nights as the area is quite party. However, we slept quite good, I guess the bed and all was comfy enough :) I think there's no AC, the fan inside was doing a good job, but the frontal apartments are West-facing, so make sure to keep the blinds down in the afternoon.

Cheap apartment for couples in central location in a booming city.

Central location in the city. Amazing breakfast in the neighboring cafés. Easy check-in.

Bad was a bit too small for 2 people, but romantic.

All good except inability to contact apartment owners after normal office hours.

Excellent at both recommended bistro restaurants. Great location in centre. 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in tram from railway station / 106 airport bus stance.

Can be ok if you got clear apartment 1-37

Location really good

Looks like I'm was unlucky. Third floor without elevator and heavyweight luggage not make it pleasant. And as cherry on top apartment has no sign of any cleaning. Dirty towels and not changed bad. Trash in beans.

they only give one pillow per person and a small blanket but we couldn’t find some spear pillows or blanket anywhere..

I selected one bedroom one living I had bedroom only so I slept in my friends place. Bathroom lock was not working and door handle inside was broken. The washing machine was full. One of the worst place, even I could not stay, because it was studio..I have pictures but cannot add

Disappointed. Wouldn't recommend for a family

Great location. Happy with service. Liked the door code system.

No dining or coffee table in studio room, despite coffee table shown in photos and dining table listed in the room description. Only a bar table with two bar stools available which wasn't a great option for a family of 3 with a small child. Very dirty rug on the floor.

Nice hotel, but no internet an too small bed

Central location. Nice room. There is a washing machine, stove, fridge.

WiFi connection was absent. We tried to connect, but even couldn’t send a text message. For us it was a work trip, so it was a real problem. Bed was extremely small. There is not enough place for two people to sleep comfortably. Also it was to soft, so you can feel each movement of your partner. Very noisy street and no air conditioning. So we had to listen to the screams or people, because it is not okay for us to sleep without fresh air. Maybe rooms with the windows to the yard side can be better.

The room and its location was great. Clean and comfortable. Unformtunately, for the weekend, there was a party in another room in the building, definately more people than registered, noise until late at night, vomit on the stairs, the lift was broken after the party. This made it unpleasant, the caretaker should not make this happen. Otherwise, satisfied

Good location (8min walk to the nearest tram station). Perfect room! Excellent washing room! Nice kitchen and washing machine! Certainly would recommend this apartment to everyone!

It is said that this apartment is equipped with an elevator, but my building (Room 41) doesn't have one. I had to carry my heavy luggage upstairs.
