Amazing stay- really could not fault the apartment.

Apartment was very nice, like on the photos. The room was clean and tidy and had all the facilities I could have needed. Great value for money, comfortable and was very easy to get hold of the property manager with queries. Easy to access and check in as well with clear instructions. Will definitely be returning :)

Location is good but a little bit far from the port/ bus station. Still within walking distance though!

Wir waren für eine halbe Nacht dort, da wir Nachts keine 150 km zum Flughafen fahren wollten für den Rückflug unseres Ur

-günstiger Preis -viele Sachen in der Nähe -Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar -online wurde bei einem Problem geholfen. -sauber bis auf eine dicke Staubschicht auf dem Regal im Eingangsbereich

-durchgelegene fleckige Matratze -Schimmel in dem Schrank der Küchenzeile -marode Küchenzeile -trotz Lüften ist nach kurzer Zeit die Wohnung wieder sehr schwül. -sehr laut von der Straße

Save yourself

Do not recommend! This is a basement with a window which is a door to the street and cannot be opened without people from the street directly walking into the basement. The host was rude as when we wanted to cut our stay short from 1 to 2 nights, they refused and tried to come up with arguments to why the apartment is fine. The temperature is very high since the wondow does not open and it only has a fan, which is a joke at 40 degrees in Crete. We could not sleep at all due to the noise from the fan and the heat. The bathroom and toilet door does not close and are directly in the same basement room. You can see the toilet from the bed! To add insult to injury, there is a single electric socket in the whole thing

enough close to downtown by walking, and also from airport. this is perfect for a night stay for a couple or single person. a little bit too hot inside but for one night it’s okay.

the shower should have a better evacuation system..

Very good

Place was clean, communication with the owner was great and responsive. Location is great, shops close by, center about 15min walk away.

It's not a complaint but more of a constructive criticism. The shower could use a remodel. It's badly planned, it is very small, IMHO it should have a small bath put in the very back against the wall and the toilet should be moved to the bottom left corner with an integrated sink in it. Taking a shower is pretty uncomfortable, not sure why the floor isn't slanted and the drain for some reason is in the center, making the whole bathroom floor wet.

Exceptional

The bed was really soft and comfortable, we fell asleep immediately. The host was super friendly to let us check out later than announced so we could bridge the waiting time till our departure at the harbor very comfortably.

Perhaps to offer some simple earplugs since cars passing by the street sometimes are noisy.

Nice apartment

Everything was okay. Apartmant was nice, bed is comfortable. City center is around 20 minutes walk away, thats not too bad. There is a supermarket around the corner and we found parking without a problem.

Good location / Uncomfortable

Location. 20min away (walking) from city centre. We checked in 30min before the stipulated hour (despite it was 20:00) and the guest came fast to open us.

Cleanliness of the dust in general, the fridge was dirty... The shower was uncomfortable... Almost impossible to leave the window open, the flat is under the ground.
