A very lovingly and generously furnished apartment in a good, central location.
The apartment is very well equipped and is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children. A terrace with a view of the inner courtyard provides for a rest in the fresh air.
Enjoy your holiday directly at the recreation park, the "Great Garden" and benefit from the good connection to public transport. Thanks to its central location, you can reach all the sights without a car very well and spend relaxing holidays in our wonderful city. Should you still be traveling by car, there are enough public parking spaces in front of the house.
Internet, bed linen, hand and bath towels, accommodation and cleaning costs are included in the price.
For guests there is a double bed and a sofa bed, for 2 persons each.
In the living room there are plenty of seating and a dining table for a cozy atmosphere. Here is also the access to the terrace, which faces the quiet courtyard and invites to a meal in the fresh air.

This is a lovely apartment a few minutesa’ walk from public transportation that will take you all over Dresden. It was very clean and very quiet, and the perfect size and location for me and 17 year old daughter. I hope to return to Dresden, and when I do I will certainly try to stay here.

My partner and I stayed here in mid-December 2022 for a visit to Dresden’s Christmas Markets. The apartment is exactly as described, more spacious than I anticipated, and is lovely and comfortable. Our communications with the owner were pleasant, questions were quickly answered, and she was very helpful with information and arranging for a taxi to the airport. The apartment even had a cute little Christmas tree inside! The apartment’s location is some distance from downtown Dresden, but there is a bus stop not too far away and a tram stop about 3 blocks away, so getting around was fairly easy. The apartment building is quiet, and checking in was very easy with the owner’s instructions. The kitchen is very functional, and the combination washer/dryer was easy to use and conveniently located. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wo man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt.Ruhig gelegen und auch nicht weit weg zur Altstadt von Dresden wo man bequem mit der Straßenbahn aber auch zu Fuß gehen kann.

erster Urlaub mit Baby
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann die Altstadt fußläufig erreichen. Der Große Garten in unmittelbarer Umgebung lädt zum spazieren ein. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen kurzen Städtetrip braucht und auch ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zumachen und alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit gutem Anschluss an die Strassenbahn. Der Park in der Nähe ist einfach super. Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war sehr gut!

Mooi schoon appartement
Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Acht minuten lopen van treinstation Strehlen waar men de trein naar Hauptbahnhof kan nemen, rit duur 3 min. Vanaf Hauptbahnhof kan men lopend naar de oude stad. Communicatie met de host was prima. Wij reisden met de trein en vonden het wel een gemis dat er geen koffie, thee en wat koffiemelk/suiker was. Voor de prijs die men betaald voor de accommodatie zou dat er wel bij in mogen zitten, evenals een flesje bakolie en shampoo. Ook het gemis van een vaatdoekje en afwaskwast/sponsje met daarbij zeer weinig keukenrol vonden wij een gemis. Het geluid van de voorbij rijdende treinen was voor ons geen probleem maar kan me indenken dat het voor sommige mensen storend kan zijn. Wat voor ons erg belangrijk was, zeker in coronatijd ,dat het appartement aan onze eisen voldeed qua hygiëne.

Gute Wohnung für Erkundungen
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral so das man schnell zu ganz vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Egal ob mit Auto , Bus oder Bahn alles ist möglich und gut zu erreichen . Die Einrichtung ist schick und vollkommen ausreichend . Die Schienen sind nur durch ein weiteres Haus getrennt so das man die Züge sehen und hören kann. Das fand unser 3 jähriger Sohn super . Ich dachte erst ich könnte nicht schlafen bei dem Lärm aber es ist auch nicht lauter als wenn man an einer normalen Straße wohnt. Was für,uns unangenehm war das war der Kettenrauchende Nachbarn wegen dem man das Schlafzimmer nur selten lüften konnte und der ganze Hausflur stinkt. Leider ist dieser Nachbar auch nachts manchmal laut. Da kann zwar die Vermieterin nichts für aber ich denke es ist gut zu wissen vor der Buchung. Ansonsten gibts aber rein garnichts zu meckern die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man so braucht. Handtücher , Bettwäsche , Spülmaschinentabs, Salz&Pfegfer werden gestellt . Ein Babybett haben wir auch bekommen und auch der Kontakt zur Vermiterin lief super . Als Tipp mich für nen Bäcker in der Nähe sage ich Möbius, sehr lecker und große Auswahl.

Eine nette Unterkunft für den Kurzurlaub
Perfekt für den Stadttrip. 40 Fussminuten vom Altstadtflair entfernt. Großer Garten und Naherholung in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze wie inseriert direkt an der Straße und ausreichend verfügbar. Die Unterkunft zeitlos und gepflegt. Leider Probleme mit Internet, sowohl Wifi als auch Vodafone 4G.

Vielen Dank für die gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung; sie bietet alles was wir im Urlaub für ein paar Tage angenehm empfinden! Mit den Rädern ist die Stadt und die weitere Umgebung sehr gut zu erreichen. Und nach einem Tag wird der Großer Garten übersichtlicher ;-).
Für uns war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Aber:
Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig (Husten und Schnarchen des Nachbars).
Lüften im Schlafzimmer ist nicht möglich weil dann direkt der Zigarettenqualm des Nachbars (Kettenraucher) ins Schlafzimmer zieht. Im Hochsommer hat man die Wahl zwischen 30Grad Raumtemperatur oder Rauchgeruch.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Große Garten ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt und in weniger als zehn Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle in Strehlen, von wo aus man bequem überall in Dresden hinkommt. Auch wichtig, insbesondere im Moment: Die Wohnung war bei Übernahme tip-top sauber und die Vermieterin hat ein gut durchdachtes Hygienekonzept: kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe, Lüften bei Abreise etc. Bonus: Falls Sie mit kleinen Kindern reisen, ist diese Wohnung ideal. Viel Platz zum Spielen, wenige Verletzungsrisiken und sogar Kindersicherungen in den Steckdosen.

The apartment is super cozy and has all the amenities. The apartment is located a five-minute walk from the park Großer Garten and less than a ten-minute walk from the bus, tram, and train stop in Strehlen. From there, you can get anywhere in Dresden easily. Just as important, especially in these times: The apartment was squeaky clean when we arrived, and the the owner has a well thought-out hygiene concept: contactless key pick-up, airing the apartment before departure, etc. Plus: If you are traveling with young kids, this apartment is ideal. Lots of room to play, minimal risk for little ones to get hurt, and it even comes with child safety locks in the outlets.

Die Lage, sowieso die Ausstattung der Wohnung waren wirklich toll. Gleich um die Ecke ein riesiger Park, in dem man seine Zeit gut verbringen kann, besonders mit Kindern. Aber auch die sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist wirklich erwähnenswert! Alles in Allem ist diese Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen! Danke für Alles.

Top Lage für mittellange Aufenthalte
Die Wohnung entspricht genau dem Inserat und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich mit einem Ohr für Extrawünsche, welche allesamt erfüllt wurden. Die Lage, direkt am großen Garten, ist hervorragend, weil man stadtnah und gleich im Grünen ist. Einkaufen sowie ÖPNV ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsangebot
Wir haben drei angenehme Tage in Dresden verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2,5 km von der Altstadt entfernt. Bus und Straßenbahn liegen in 500 m Entfernung. Man konnte perfekt vor der Wohnung parken und benötigt das Auto gar nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist recht gemütlich in einem Miethaus. Schlüsselübergabe klappte perfekt per Telefonat mit der netten Vermieterin. Gern mal wieder!
