Great great

The room was Spacious and well designed. We booked two rooms with the bridge view, and it was fantastic.Staff Ivy was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was a variety and quite tasty. Definitely recommended! Best hotel in Zhuhai, will book again next time we visit!

Not sure if it were us not knowing how to adjust the temperature of the air conditioning, sometimes a bit warm in winter. And hope the ocean can get a bit of clean instead of muddy.

Good hotel let down by smelly room

Breakfast was fine. Location excellent. Let down by room cleanliness and bad smell of cigarettes.

Asked for non smoking room. Room stunk of cigarette smoke. Asked to move to another room. Second room just as bad.

A relaxing weekend stay.

Location is good. Lots of choice in breakfast. Good quality interior inside the room.

Very windy swimming pool that you can’t really hang around long. But very nice view to take photo.

Great stay overall and will return / recommend to others as well

The hotel is very new, great view and in-room amenities as well. It is very convenience if you travel from HK / Macau. Within a 25 mins taxi ride there are over 3 shopping malls to choose from. There is also a great bar located next to the hotel as well.

It takes awhile to wait for the lift as it seems like only 1 / 2 lift is operating. And I mean it takes at least 5-7 mins.

The service and view are top notch ! Very kid friendly. Our kid got sick and they provided all the help and flexibility we needed to deal with it (late check out due to kid sleep and information regarding hospitals nearby)

there where no issues or anything we didn’t like.

If I come back in Zhuhai, I want to be in Intercontinental again!

I definitely recommend this hotel. Nice facilities, excellent staff and restaurants.

Overpriced hotel

Sea view if the room was offered.

Nothing was seriously wrong, but every small details added up to poor experience. At entrance, bellboy misdirected me to another part of hotel lobby, so I had to drag my luggage across the hotel hall to reception for registration. At registration I asked about express check out but was told not available and alternatives offered were simply formal check-out in one form or another. Shower stall in room was not sufficiently cleaned and water stains were visible. At night when I was about to rest, hotel reception proactively called to inform me that the hotel restaurant had to be closed due to COVID restriction. That call was particularly annoying and not required at all. After check-out during my office hours, the hotel called again to ask for my opinion about stay. Why can't the staff be less annoying?

Great hotel with fantastic facilities, cleanliness, amenities and customer service

The customer service was excellent. When I needed to exchange money at a money changer, the staff personally escorted me to one 5 mins walk from the hotel
