Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2 full bath minutes from Historic St. Charles Main Street, Lindenwood, Ameristar and many other amazing St. Charles destinations! Main floor has a full eat-in kitchen with all the necessities to make a meal, a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, books, boardgames, and tv and a master suite with a full bath. Lower level offers 2 cozy bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry room. 1,500 sq ft townhome can accommodate up to 8. Lots of natural light and beautifully updated! Historic Main Street is full of fun shops, great places to eat, and tons of events every weekend! We absolutely loved this quaint little house so close to everything in St. Charles! It was a great location, great house, very clean, exactly how it appeared in the listing, and was overall a fantastic stay!

This home was just lovely! Great location and easy to find. Well stocked kitchen including a few basic spices (this is not true of a lot of VRBOs). Ample towels, blankets, etc. provided. We also felt that the check-out expectations were extremely fair. Often VRBOs expect you to do a ton of housework before you leave and then still charge an astronomical cleaning fee. This one was right on the "money" in both what we should do and fee. A couple of quirks in this house to be aware of that are in no way a reflection on the property, but worth mentioning to make your stay a little more pleasant if they affect you: refrigerator is noisy! Turn the TV up loud and if you're a light sleeper and are in the upstairs bedroom, bring earplugs. Also, semi-steep stairs to get into the home (approximately 8?) and then two of the bedrooms are downstairs. Keep this in consideration if stairs are an issue. Again, this is NOT a reflection of the PROPERTY, just mentioning from a frequent traveler's observation. The four of us loved this home from start to finish and will definitely stay again if we head that way!!! SIDE NOTE: If you want the BEST MASSAGE EVER at an EXTREMELY reasonable price, check out Lily's in St. Charles. OMG! 3 of the 4 of us booked massages at the last minute on our last day and all agreed that they were the best we've ever had anywhere in this country at any price!!!!!! FANTASTIC!

The property was great and the home was very cozy! The pictures show a sectional couch in the living room which is no longer there. We were hoping to have a section for more seating, but overall the property was great.

The reason for the low rating is that there were a few cockroaches. We had no chive but to stay. The bed on the main floor was extremely uncomfortable. No wonder the rate was low. Next time we’ll look for a more expensive place. The stairs up to the door are dangerous for seniors. The person in charge is not taking care of this place.

My family and my niece’s family rented both sides of this duplex home for my son’s wedding. We could not have been happier with both spaces. This place is adorable and cozy. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs had a living room, kitchen/dining area and a bedroom and bath that was perfect for my elderly parents who do not do stairs well. There are quite a few stairs to get into the home, but my parents did ok with that as they took their time. You can see these stairs in their pictures, so it is something to determine for your own family’s needs. Downstairs there are 2 other bedrooms and a full bath. They are all very private. I would stay here again if I ended up in the area again. Don’t hesitate!

Great location close to the Saint Charles historic district. Plenty of room for our family and the remodeled home has excellent water pressure for a nice hot shower after shopping the streets of downtown.

We stayed for a week, 2 adults and 4 kids....we loved that the kids got their space downstairs with their own bathroom and the adults their own space upstairs. Clean, close to food, groceries. We were there for travel soccer so the washer/dryer was a must! A great stay, highly recommend!
