Excelente

Ficamos sem internet e tv (ja que eram uma coisa so). Embora nao fosse problema do local e sim da região, havia wi-fi na recepção. Não tivemos grandes transtornos, mas e sempre bom ter o Plano B, pois para turistas é essencial ter essa facilidade no quarto. demais solocitações foram prontamente atendidas pelas meninas , super simpaticas e solicitas

La fachada del edificio

Olor impresionante a cigarro dentro y fuera de la habitación durante los 3 días. No tuvimos nunca limpieza durante las 3 noches. No había colchas en las camas. No había ni una sola botella con agua (servicio básico) Meter y sacar el vehículo del garaje es un peligro , pésimamente diseñado. Nunca cambiaron toallas. Las persianas y nada es lo mismo, entra la luz del dia y el descanso se acaba a las 6.15am que sale el sol. Pésimo. En general, muy mala atención a los detalles mínimos para una estancia cómoda. Barato no es y con ese servicio, muchomenos. Jamas volvería al menos que alguna vez supiera que han mejorado en todo.

Buen lugar, pésimo check out.

El departamento está muy lindo, la cocina es amplia y está super ubicado, me encantó el lugar.

El personal en general, aun cuando la mayoría son amables y atentos, se les olvidó hacernos check in y aparentemente era super importante ya que al irnos una empleada muy prepotente subió a revisar la habitación y nos quería cobrar por una toalla sucia que estaba en la lavandería, que nunca vimos y nunca usamos, si son meticulosos para el chek out deberían hacer un check in exhaustivo y explicativo en el que te entreguen la habitación, amenidades y firmes de recibido, esto para evitar malos entendidos y sobre todo un mal momento al huésped que, antes de ese altercado, tenía un muy bien sabor de boca del hospedaje.

Era un appartamento spazioso con cucina quindi era accogliente e anche nuovo .la piscina sul tetto molto carina e non tanto lontano dal mare.

Le finestre troppo sottili quindi si sentivano molto i rumori della strada

Horrible experience. Don’t book this place

This place was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Do not stay in this place. Horrible host and even worse property.

The whole experience in this property was HORRIBLE and we DO NOT recommend this place under any circumstance. Attached is a video we took of the property. The minute we came in the apartment we noticed a very very bad smell, which we later realised was due to lack of ventilation. Turns out the apartment had no proper windows!! No access to fresh air and no access to any natural light. The apartment is a concrete box inside another concrete box, which is not the way the apartment is advertised. You can see the video we took of it. The smell was so bad you couldn’t really be inside, and the airco would’ve had to be on nonstop all day and all night. You would think that access to air and light are a minimum requirement for a holiday stay, but apparently it’s not. There are only 2 “windows” in the apartment: The window in the master bedroom goes to the hallway where the elevator is, and if you open the blinds anyone walking to the elevator can see inside. The window in the second bedroom goes out to a weird space, it’s a shaft made of concrete. From any of this places you get any air or sunlight. This host is falsely advertising the apartment without providing a real description of it. If we would have known this was what we were getting, we would’ve never booked it. When we came down to speak with the ladies at the desk we were quickly dismissed. They were very rude and said the apartment was perfect. We requested a cancellation of our booking since we considered the place not to be accurate to what was advertised, but we were again told it was not possible and to deal directly through Booking. We did, we filed a complaint and Booking sent requests to do the cancellation on 3 different occasions, via email and phone calls. Customer Service at Booking told us the property already has multiple complaints in the system and they are waiting for a couple more to take action.

Favoloso

Appartamento molto grande, camere belle e spaziose, ci sono 2 bagni grandi. La piscina all ultimo piano con vista città/mare è bellissima. Tutto bello, anzi meglio delle aspettative. La posizione è buona, sei nel mezzo tra le vie della movida e le spiagge più belle di playa del Carmen, in 20 minuti a piedi arrivi ovunque.

My stay was a bad experience was not able to rest on my vacation.

The location was nice and modern

The horrible noise from the construction workers, woke up every morning at 6am with none stop noise had to leave the facility to be able to rest.

We really felt comfortable

Very enjoyable stay. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great location seconds from 5th Ave but near but not near the loud area. Quiet and nice area. We really like the place. The host left coffee for us which was great.

nice quiet & comfy base to explore playa del carmen

great location, on 5th avenue next to quaint restaurants and healthy smoothy cafes / coffee shops but far enough away from the noisy clubs so they don’t keep you awake. 5min walk for the beach clubs or 10/15 min walk for the local beaches with kite surfing etc (88 street). The rooftop pool is lovely. 24 hour front desk is really helpful & they can book day trips if needed. 7/11 downstairs for easy snacks & bottles water

nothing, it was great. we stayed for 6 nights, would have been nice to have a clean bathroom mat / towel after 3 days

For the price we paid, I would expect the apartment to be a little more comfortable.

Location is good, away from the hustle.

The second bathroom smell was awful. We stayed here when Macondo was new, obviously when new everything is good. The apartment did not have enough chairs for my family, 1 couch and 1 uncomfortable chair. The kitchen did not have drinking glasses.

Clean, comfortable stay in a great location

beautifully clean and nice welcome from the staff. we loved the massive comfy bed and wonderful view. Good location in a quiet area but still within a few steps from a little shop, bars and restaurants. Also fantastic pool on the roof

Just very very bad

The location is great here and close to cafés and the beach (away from noisy centre) The shower was hot/powerful The general look of the place was good with mostly good amenities/appliances Some staff were more helpful than other. One receptionist helped me when I lost my phone as an example. The pool is nice and big (I'll also explain the area around it)

I have various complaints in which I will also air to Booking.com Really poor hotel/managed hotel. This is somewhere in between a hotel-airbnb because these units are sub-let and the poor management company supposedly take care of them. That's why room 402 was so badly taken care of. I will write much more to booking.com about this. Examples from... - unfriendly staff/one receptionist stinking of marijuana - poorly managed/maintained hotel in pool area. Guests allowed to smoke weed pipes on roof - general trashy guests that are allowed rottweilers and play reggaeton really loud - bottled beers left around pool - I cleaned daily - Zero wifi in room 402 (staff told me it had been 2 years with same problems). We were forced to use next door's wifi in the corridor which is super embarrassing. - lack of cooking utensils, towels, bedding, etc. - no cleaning of apartment during stay - no instructions in general as in; who cleans, are bed changed, etc. - bathroom mat never replaced Some things only done when I complained but in general it was not enough. Hotel staff didn't really care. There's a sense that if you're young and don't care about a sub-standard place then you won't complain. The staff try to serve people looking at buying property in this place yet we had no real help in my opinion. It was the worst experiences I've had on booking and the first time I've ever written a complaint.

Great big bed and a great big view!

That bed and that view! I barely wanted to leave it. Perfect black out remote controlled blinds and massive memory foam bed to watch the sky change.

WiFi in my room didn't work so I connected to next door so wasn't really up to the job.

Who wld pay to sleep in a construction site?

The apartment was nicely decorated and modern

Building work, loud hammering and drilling everyday from early morning until 9-10pm. Inconsiderate guests partying all night. The place is not quite. Cleaners do not clean your room once.
