The front desk lady

Everything, the location is a bad part of town the rooms were not clean. Looked like a blood stained handprint was on the carpet. Stayed literally 10 minutes before I got my family out of there.

The stay was great and accommodated all needs

I think the air should be turned on upon arrival so that the room can be at a decent temperature especially since it’s so hot these days and it also keeps the room from smelling so closed up especially if it’s a smoking room

The lady at the desk was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I took a cold shower Sunday morning. However they are heating water, it is not adequate. There were no facial tissues or cups for coffee or water. Also, there needs to be 2 of all towels and wash cloths available.

the room was nice and clean. I only had problems with the toilet but otherwise it was fine

easy and convenient location of the room to take my dog out

The toilet did not flush unless I filled it up with water every time I used it

Fantastic front desk service on check in. All in in all, it’s better than sleeping in your car.

Very convenient location.

The bedding was riddled with cigarette burns, the carpet was badly stained and had some kind of goo beside the bathroom door. The heater sang loudly for a good portion of the night. I couldn’t deadbolt the door and the window locks were broken and only single pane so that the highway noise, on occasion, drowned out the heater.
