I loved the location..right on the boardwalk..perfect. Nice big pool. But closed at 6pm.we like to night swim. Water pressure was good..hot shower..

Our room, 228 had an odor. Kind of smell of sewer..room was dated. But not horrible..AC was ok..seemed warm in our room. Maybe needed some maintenance. Minus the smell...it was comfortable..queen beds instead of fulls would be more comfortable. Would stay there again..simply because of location. And as long as that smell is gone. We used air freshner..

Was only there one night. Employees are very very kind! Rooms could be updated though.

The property is right on the boardwalk and beach.

Didn’t realize my room didn’t have a fridge or microwave until after I booked. But that’s my fault.

The WIFI was terrible. The TV was still analog, not good reception. The air conditioner was so loud had to turn up the volume on the tv to hear.

rude staff, not clean, bed not comfortable, tv not working, no hair dryer, no shampoo, not refrigerador, not coffee maker, smell bad and very expensive, when I try to cancel my second night explaining why, the staff was completely rude.

I would recommend the place for those who are ok with a small room, and who are younger.

Location, view, maid service, front desk, maintenance, pool, parking.

Bathroom could have been cleaner when we arrived and toilet seat needed repaired. Beds were very old/worn or poor quality.

The Staff was very unprofessional and rude. I had an employee try to push his way in my room. Horrib

The staff was horrible; I was told by a supervisor my guest that was visiting was allow to visit and then sent a guy to try and barge in my room. We felt very unsafe and there was no consideration or common courtesy. Had the worst experience and was unable to find another hotel due to it being the holiday weekend. Staff service was horrible supervisor Trish was nasty and unhelpful. Would never go again.

Would definitely stay again!

Location was amazing right on the beach but close to food, shops and mini golf. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with our large family and we’re more than happy to do it. Our toilet was clogged and there was no plunger in the room and they came right up and plunged it and replaced the “flapper” in the back of the toilet for precautionary. Which I thought was awesome! Then it was my nephews birthday while we were there and it was said in conversation in front of the woman and she asked if it was out to put his name on the board wishing Him a happy birthday which was his favorite part of the trip! Awesome staff!

It was convient, located right on the boardwalk a hop skip and jump from the beach. The pool area was clean and well kept

The property was clean but dated. in my opinion it could have used new carpet or take it out completely. It smelled a little moldy which I know happens at the beach. That’s why I would recommend the carpet to be removed
