Very cute and home away from home with minor adjustments

It was truly a home away from home. The views from the balcony was beautiful; however, when someone has little children I wouldn’t suggest placing them on the highest level. The room was truly a compact apartment. Refrigerator was clean as well and stove came clean. The bathroom was also clean to come degree. I like that it also came fully stocked with dishes and silverware with a dishwasher. The process for checking in and out was extremely simple and convenient.

The bedroom area was soon as you walk into the room which I feel should be the living room. The room was sort of backwards as you can hear everything going on outdoors and the hallway from the other guests which is very disturbing. The stove was also tiny so cooking a large meal for your family isn’t ideal. The oven door popped up easily when pulled open making it easy to get burnt. Large pans also cannot fit into the oven due to the size. The bedrooms also did not come with spare blankets. Upon arriving the room was set to frozen which was not comfortable. There also wasn’t any declared space for smokers at all which makes it extremely difficult but not a break it or make it. Lastly, there should be a swiffer or mop in the room for guests as well due to tracking in sand and water from the beaches and pool pipes to an old utilized broom.

There was a dripping by the bathroom the floor kept getting wet randomly , the tvs were very small, and the kitchen was small the freezer door would get stuck on the bar piece and no cabinet space to shop for food.

The convenience to the beach and to other attractions. It was a very quite place.

The refrigerator was not working properly. Our milk ,lunch meat spoiled. Stove was rusted and the condo needs to be updated.

Old, dated, peeling paint, poor water pressure, floor was dirty, the elevator sounds and feels like it’s ancient, indoor pool and hot tub were closed for repairs.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. All the other guests I spoke with hated their rooms also.

I didn’t like anything about the property. Lobby was shut down. No front desk staff. Very inconvenient. Absolutely nothing good to say.

The pictures on the website are very deceitful. My room did not look anything like the pictures. My room was very outdated and not cozy at all. In fact, it gave me anxiety due to the look of uncleanliness. The beds were broken and squeaky. Impossible to get a good nights sleep. Every time you rolled over or moved it squeaked loudly and you could feel the springs in your back. When I complained to the property manager I was asked to leave the property. This was at midnight with no where to go, with my kids. He was very upset because I stated I wanted a better room and more comfortable bed. So he threatened to make me leave the property with nowhere else to go. Very unprofessional. No help was offered to my complaints. By far, the worst place I’ve ever stayed at Myrtle Beach. I’ve stayed in Super 8’s or Motel 6 that are better and cleaner. Expected way more for my money. Will never stay there again. And I can’t express enough the dissatisfaction with my entire experience.

Very relaxing stay.Just a little bit of a bump in getting the place rented.

I liked the outdoor seating and grassy area. I like the beatiful landscaping that welcomed you into the property from the beach. I liked that I had a coffee maker and a fridge. I liked having a code to get in the building and in my condo.

I didn't like how the front entrance was not open, it looked unwelcoming, (if that's a word). I didn't like the mattress, it was not comfortable at all. I didn't like the decor of the condo, it looked old and worn out. I didn't like the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom and the two sinks took up too much room. A walk in shower would be nicer, more modern and add to a more spacious feel. The furniture was old and dated. This place has so much potential! I also didn't like that I couldn't check in early.

The location, and the security. They where helpful.

Well my Mom's bed and my bed both had dips right in the middle. Very uncomfortable for 5 days. We didn't say anything cause we were lied to by one of the staff member about a simple hair dryer. We didn't see the one that belongs to the room and we didn't want to get charged for something that wasn't there to start with. We was told we was going to receive a phone call back by the man that owns the building, and I told them if they would tell me where the registration office is, I'll just go there, and I was told there isn't one, but another visitor said there was cause they went there. Also there was no call back. That's why we just tough the beds out. The staff doesn't let you finish your sentences AT ALL. One guy did help us about getting back into our room. So I was very thankful for that. But whoever the two females were, they were rude.
