Belvedere's elevation on South Beach's Dune Ridge provides spectacular ocean vistas from the home’s screen porches and decks on the first two levels as well as the widow's walk/porch on the property's third floor. The home's rich, dark walnut floors are the first thing you notice upon entering Belvedere and they hint of all the magnificent touches this gem has in store for you. The first level of this reverse floor-plan opens into a gathering/entertainment area. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen. Off this hub are three bedrooms-each spotlighting ocean views. A Queen Suite features a sitting area, large flat screen, desk for jotting postcards (while relishing the view) and a private ensuite bath. Another Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom use the two convenient nearby hall full baths. In addition, the laundry room is on this floor as well as access to this level's screened porch.

The house is lovely and great spaces. The cart carts were terrible, we did not explore the Island is in other years because of their unreliability. Wendy Wilmot was great in responding to any problems/questions we had but the golf carts remain a problem thru out our stay. Thank you.

Great house! It’s our2nd time in this house and like the remodeling that was completed. The living room needs 2 lamps on the end tables and need mirror and bead spread in master and downstairs bedrooms. Seems like the remodel is still occurring. Biggest issue is the golf carts. The 6 passenger is slow and issue with the front axel. The 4 passenger is not safe. Unstable sway when driving, extreme,y jumpy when starting off. We had all adults but would not have felt safe with children due to jerky take off. Also the headlight is very weak and completely went out on the opposite side of the island the only night we took it out. Drove back without a headlight. Kitchen floor was very dirty. Needed mopping.

We’ve stayed at the Belvedere twice now and absolutely love it. It was perfect each time for the number of people we had and every bedroom having their own bath is a huge plus. The first floor is fantastic for gathering, nice and open and well appointed. Great location on the island. Wonderful outdoor shower and grill.

We loved our time & Belvedere! It's obvious there has been a lot of care put into this property. Only advice we'd give is in the kitchen ... It could use a few utensils like a box grater, salad spinner, cocktail shaker (pieces are missing), and sharp knives.

We had a great time at this property we would rent the home again. There are a few things that would make the stay more comfortable. Several of the beach chairs were in poor condition. One of the bicycles also was in poor repair. One bedroom where two single beds were put together to make a king bed had a very poor mattress which needs to be replaced. The house is extremely nice and the beach is close by and easy to get too

It was in the perfect location, beautiful, very clean, and well stocked with everything that two busy families could need for a week! We were so happy with the house we are considering renting for longer next summer! Very nice beach home, good views but not the best. Excellent porches and lots of natural light. Kitchen is very well equipped with more than you could ever need to prepare any meal. Beds were not very comfortable. One hair dryer for 4 bathrooms was very odd also. Good golf carts, 2 bikes were a nice surprise. Very quiet street, 2 memberships available.

The house has very nice details, is clean and new. Nice views and good outdoor decking for drinks etc. It's in a nice location near some beautiful beaches! On the downside, the owners are quite inflexible when trying to change dates. They won't work with you. There is a compound right behind the houses 2-4 full families as guests. You just hope they are good neighbors. There were 20 plus people when we were there. There were no bikes as advertised and the golf carts need new batteries as they were slow and plodding. We had one maintenance issue that was never resolved.

Like the house as its our 4th summer renting. Staff at WWP are great and responsive! We are a little disappointed to see the gradual wear from renters as some don't care as if it was their home. Most noticeable on the hardwood floors, open food items in cupboards and some broken window shades. Had a cockroach this trip but WWP came and sprayed the next day.

The Miller Beach House is perfect. It is not on the beach but has incredible views of the water since it is situated on a bluff. It catches refreshing ocean breezes and makes sitting on the deck or in the screened-in porch extremely comfortable. All the appliances in the house are up-to-date and along with the kitchen design makes food preparation easy and fun. Unexpectedly, we enjoyed the "Widow's Walk" very much. At first we thought, there are no views of the water so what is the point? Then we sat up there at night and found instantly that the attraction is the stars. It was magical! We witnessed many shooting stars and were able to pick out several constellations. Everything about Miller Beach House was comfortable and made for a perfect beach vacation. We hated to leave.
