This unit has a master bedroom, a loft that serves as a second bedroom (bedding and towels provided), and a full kitchen. Amenities include free internet access (Wi-Fi), Hi-Def TV with HBO, free Netflix, parking in the ski trails parking area, and access to the exclusive homeowners recreation center ($3 per person per day).

The location of the condo was perfect. True ski in/ ski out. Ski lockers downstairs were very nice to have. The cabin is older but well maintained, kitchen appliances were nice. Beds were comfortable. The recreation center was really nice. The prices are now $10/ per person per day (all day in/ out use). The owners were very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Al & Debbie’s place is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath with additional sleeping loft. The loft holds 1 double bed and two singles. All kitchen essentials were provided, basic spices, cooking utensils, and plenty of dish ware. The ski trail to the gondola is located directly behind the building. The condo is on the upper floor and there is a convenient ski locker downstairs off the hallway. A true ski in ski out place to stay at Northstar.

This is a great location for skiing. The trail is literally steps from the bottom of the condo. I like how there are plenty of dishes and utensils so we did not have to run the dishwasher often. The owners are really easy to work with.
The only complaints had to do with the housekeeping. Two of the beds were clearly not made up with clean sheets because they were dirty, wrinkled, and had A LOT of hair all over them. There were no extra sheets to be found for me to put clean sheets on, so I washed all the bedding the next day. Also, there were only 3 sets of towels for our family of 4. Since we only stayed for 2 days, we just dealt with it. Finally, all of us had really bad allergies while we stayed here. I think there's a lot of dust everywhere. I think the housekeepers just need to vacuum the hard to reach areas better because I saw a lot of dust under the beds.
None of these problems will prevent us from renting this place in the future. The owners are great, it's a nice unit, and the location is amazing. The housekeeping just needs to be made aware of these issues and all will be good.

This is a true ski in/ski out location with the village run literally just outside. The accommodation itself is really good - the loft area is great for kids and has plenty space.
TV/wifi and kitchen appliances modern and plenty of space to make dinner and prepare snacks for the day.
It was very clean too.
Communication with the owner was excellent and there were clear check in/out procedures to follow.
Will definitely be back next year.

Location and property were ideal. Steps from skiing, and the property had a loft with beds for the kids. Sufficient TV, internet, streaming options kept kids entertained in the evenings. The check in/out process was organized and easy to follow. Great stay.

Location was unbelievable for ski in ski out and easy walk down the hill to the village. Place was clean but a bit outdated. Very comfortable for a family of four to six.

We unfortunately were not able to use the condo for our scheduled stay over NYE weekend (severe weather/road closures), but we have stayed in this general complex before and it's so conveniently located to the village and ski runs! Owner was very thorough with check-in information/instructions, very appreciated!

Location of the condo was the best thing for me since we were a short walk away from Northstar. It has 4 very comfortable beds and a cosy living area and kitchen , more than enough for me and 3 of my friends to hang out . The property managers responded to messages very quickly and were really accommodating. Would definitely rent this place again.

To our surprise
To our surprise there were rodents and droppings on the floor and throughout the kitchen countertops. Great location and access to all the shops within minutes of walking but could not get passed the unwelcomed guests.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay in the condo more! Perfectly appointed, great accommodations. You couldn’t ask for a better ski in - ski out setup. A short walk into the Northstar Village is also a huge plus. Thanks very much!

Excellent location and very cozy place
Located directly on the slopes and right by Northstar village, it was really a pleasure to stay there. The place itself was well maintained and very comfortable. Definitely, one of our best stays around Tahoe.

Great Location!
These condos are older but can’t beat the location. Can ski out and ski in right to the property. The condo is on the smaller side but very cozy for our family of 5. The owners responded quickly to our questions and the property is very well furnished. Would definitely stay there again.

Best Location for NorthStar Ski
Location, location, location. It is so easy to get to the ski run. We can even come back for lunch because of the convenience. The owners are very responsive, we left the wifi information at home and got an immediate response when we contacted them.
However, there are a few things I need to point out: 1) they used twin size bed sheet for the queen size bed downstairs 2) spatula is broken but no replacement 3) one of the frying pans was so dirty (for that I removed a star), the water was completely brown when we washed it 4) you have to hold the toilet handle down for a very long time (about 30 seconds) to flush anything.
Obviously most of these should be taken care of by the cleaners but it looks like they are not very thorough

Amazing location and responsive, friendly owners.
We have stayed at this condo for several years in a row. We have an amazing time every year. Northstar has incredible skiing but also a host of other activities for families. Ice skating, snow shoeing,, shopping, movies and dining. The condo also has access to the recreation center, with a great game room, gym and hot tub. The condo has the beat location on the mountain…..ski right down to the lift from the building. And the skiing is fantastic. The condo is well appointed and has enough beds for you and your family. Come in for lunch and ski right out again. Debbie and Al are great…responsive and helpful. Overall great experience.

Great location, could use some updating
We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 kids ages 14 and 11. The location of the condo is fantastic, right behind one of the ski trails. Very easy to ski in and ski out, and a few minute walk to the village. We wished the condo were updated a bit. The tv and streaming equipment is older and didn’t work while we were there. But overall, the unit is comfortable and the location can’t be beat.

Fabulous condo at NorthStar
My teen daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. My daughter and her friend loved having their own space in the loft. We enjoyed the Rec center and jacuzzis. The proximity to the Village was perfect. We made s’mores and enjoyed the fire pits. Nice and cozy evenings. Thank you Al and Debbie!

Super clean & functional Condo. Only 6 miles south of Hwy 80 & 20min to hwy 28. Great location for all your summer vacation needs. Right in the heart of Northstar Village. Definitely recommend 👌.

Great Northstar village ski condo
Second story unit with loft is perfect for a small crowd that plans to spend the days and nights outside the unit. Clean, basic unit that is in mostly original condition. The beds are not great but it is priced accordingly and the location is amazing for summer or winter Northstar fun Ski lift is right outside the family room window and village is steps out the front door. (well quite a few steps, but still stupid close). Renting process was super easy.

Condo was perfect for our family. Comms were easy with the owners, self check-in a snap, and it was an easy walk to the Northstar Village. Great launch point for our summer weekend in North Lake Tahoe.

Amazing retreat
Centrally located, and very quiet as opposed to nearby Overcrowded Kings Beach. We stayed for a family wedding in Incline village, very homey and perfect oasis.

Owner is responding quickly - much appreciated.Walls are paper thin and the bathroom floor is super squeaky. If you are a light sleeper you need earplugs.A new bar soap would have been nice, as well as a new sponge in the kitchen. Overall it’s a well maintained, clean unit. Minus the squeaky floor. Great location and great hosts
We love this property. The location is fantastic -- steps from the village. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We had question about wifi quality, COVID precautions, and even adjusted our departure date and the owners were wonderful to work with.
