Summary:
Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite with jaw-dropping views from your private six-person hot tub.
This is one of five Penthouse Suites that we own and operate on the same floor of the same building. Please see all of them for options or if you are travelling with friends and need additional room.
The Space:
Two Story Penthouse loft with 1733 sq. ft. of living space inside and a large deck with outdoor living space and 6-person hot tub.
The suite boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet, large bathroom and king sized bed. The main floor bedroom comes with a King size bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request (Please give 48 hours notice for that or a charge may apply) while the den offers a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed. The main floor also features a large bathroom, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living room and dining area. The suite offers a private rooftop patio complete with a six-person hot tub as well as a balcony on the main floor equipped with a barbecue.
We offer guests free WiFi as well as access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.
Also included are two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, PlayStation, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.
Please note that we do not allow pets and the suite is a smoke-free environment.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.
Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible and guest will need to use stairs once inside the suite. The suite is split level. You will need to use the stairs to get down to the main floor and to get up to the second level of the suite. There is an elevator adjacent to the underground heated parking spots so getting luggage to the room is easy. It's just that the suite itself has stairs.
Don't forget to check out the indoor/outdoor pool, water slide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor (especially if you travel with children).
Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.
The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! it's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (10-15 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities. Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community center. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We've seen kids as young as 2 years' old climbing there.

Getting Around:
The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.
The main part of town is less than 1km from your front door if you use the pedestrian rail crossing and has great dining and small shops.
Other Things to Note:
There is an upscale restaurant (The Grande) in the building. We have always had fantastic meals there and have never been disappointed. Still, the restaurant gets mixed reviews, so check out how it's doing during your stay at TripAdvisor.
Interaction with Guests:
We have an excellent onsite team to assist you. If for some reason, they are not available, you can (almost always) reach us on cell anytime. We have a guidebook of recommended activities and restaurants. If you’re looking for something specific or need more information, the building also has front desk staff that are very helpful.
Non-emergency support and amenities top-ups are available 11 am - 4 pm daily.
***Please note the Techno showers on the main floor are getting a little bit old, and we cannot guarantee their continued performance. The shower will work as a regular shower, but the remote and additional functions may not always work. The steam function no longer works in any of the showers. We recently stayed here for 5 nights and the unit was amazing! We had plenty of room for all 5 of us to have our own space. The unit was beautiful, clean, and very quiet! After being out all day exploring it was relaxing to come back to use our own hot tub. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Everything worked out well. The only downside is we were moved to another unit right before we checked in and the walls were filled with blue tape for a painting project that must have been on the books. Very fun and relaxing place for our family, really enjoyed our first trip to Canmore/Banff and will hopefully return some day.

This penthouse was exactly like it was stated in the previews. It is a great location from walking distance to downtown and short drives to all the adventures you can handle. The rooms were immaculate and organized. I love the jacuzzi with an absolutely gorgeous view of the Canadian Rockies. It has a secure and private parking lot next to the elevator that takes you almost directly to your penthouse. We will definitely stay there again. Everyone we had to contact was great, respectful, and had all the answers. We had a Perfect time.

First of all, I would like to say the that this property is properly managed. I run and short term rental and I know when there’s a good management in place. This one has it. Communication was a breeze and the house manual was complete.
The place was amazing. The view of the 3 sisters from the penthouse suite was spectacular. We loved waking up to that view everyday. The balcony with the view elevated our barbecuing experience for sure. The penthouse private bathtub was very relaxing and again has the views of the 3 sisters. All 3 of us fit comfortably with lots of room to spare. The jets made the whole hot tub experience very very relaxing. The water in it was cleaned and looks to be maintained.
The kitchen was very well stocked! All utensils, cutleries, bbq utensils and coffee maker is there at your disposal. They even have Beamers coffee ready to brew! Like I said, bring nothing!
The bathrooms were very clean and had all the towels and bath essentials covered. I didn’t get to try the steam shower (which is my only regret because I didn’t have time).
My daughter loved the pool area which is an amenity included in the condotel. The pool is about 5 1/2 feet at the deep end. There’s a massive water slide that made it extra fun and a wading pool for the smaller ones.
There’s a restaurant in the main floor of the building called La Grand and they served up some good food. The poutine and burgers were good and my wife really liked their pasta.

This is a great location, easy to get around. View from the porch and hot tub is great. Very clean space, has everything you need to make food, coffee, etc. appreciated having washer/dryer in the unit. We had an issue with the microwave not working and they were very responsive, sent someone out the next day. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint, not even a complaint really, is the walls are a little thin so you can hear people next door at times. Overall love this place!

The photos of this condo don't do it justice! All of the rooms are a great size (even the room with the pull down bed which my adult son slept on quite comfortably). The views of the mountains every morning was breathtaking and the hot tub was an added bonus! We were kept informed promptly by Bill of any issues we needed to know about. Glad we chose to stay in Canmore during our trip to Banff National Park. This VRBO was a short walk from all Canmore has to offer and had gorgeous views of the mountains. The accommodations were clean and high quality. The hot tub was very nice - clean and very powerful, and was hot when we arrived so we pop right in after a long drive.
Great communication, easy check in. The parking was a little confusing at first but no problem after we found the garage.
They even had a pack and play for the toddler accompanying us on our trip.

The location was great and made it easy not only to walk to local restaurants and stores, but also convenient to get to Banff and a lot of the nearby tour destinations.
The penthouse was beautiful and had everything we needed (including access to a pool we couldn’t convince the kids to leave)! It was also one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in.

This place is so beautiful and has everything you need! It is spacious, clean and in a great location. Perfect penthouse for our family vacation
Beautiful penthouse with views of the rockies from the balcony and open roof hot tub. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the Canmore grocery, coffee shops and town center. Our kids loved the easy access to the pool, water slides and hot tub on the first floor of the resort. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill on the balcony worked great. The on site management staff was very quick to respond to a request to fix the hot tub and provide more laundry detergent. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids.
