Pour 2 nuits , c’est un logement très correct

La situation, la propreté, le calme, l’accueil de la standardiste.

Manque d’ustensiles dans la kitchenette. Pas envisageable de cuisiner seulement un petit peu, mais juste prendre un café . Les draps n’avaient pas une bonne odeur.

Struttura ricettiva.. con molti problemi

La posizione, vicina al centro

Pulizia, cucina, odore nelle varie stanze. Il bagno di una camera si è allagato il primo giorno, nessuna assistenza per i giorni successivi. La direzione che risponde solo via watsapp con false promesse (non si è mai visto un idraulico nonostante il grosso guasto). Non è questa la professionalità che ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva, non ci tornerei.

NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ

- Las toallas y las sábanas huelen mal, a HUMEDAD. Dudo que siquiera las laven. - El personal es grosero y poco flexible. Llegamos 20 minutos antes de las 4 y nos dejaron esperando en la calle con sol y calor. Entiendo que no nos dejen pasar a la habitación, pero ni siquiera pudimos pasar a recepción a esperar 20 minutos en la sombra. A las 4 en punto nos abrieron la puerta de recepción para hacer check in. NO ANTES. - El aire acondicionado NO ENFRÍA y nunca enfrió. Los huéspedes de otras habitaciones tuvieron el mismo problema. Nos pusimos en contacto y nunca nos resolvieron nada, acudimos a la recepción que está a un lado del alojamiento y nos trataron mal, fueron groseros y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, si queríamos cancelar lo podíamos hacer sin ningún reembolso. A solo 3 horas de haber hecho el check in. Vimos que los otros huéspedes se fueron por este problema, incluso hubo gritos por parte del personal de estas “suites”. De verdad háganse un favor y NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ

Das Bad war super, große Dusche, Handtücher vorhanden. Großer Fernseher. SUPERMARKT in der Nähe,.

Das Appartement war sehr klein für 3 Personen. Tisch stand in der Ecke und es war zu wenig Platz für 3 Personen zum Essen.Öfdentlicher Parkplatz gegen reguläre Parkgebühr.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Petit appartement qui suffisait pour une nuit de passage avec nos enfants, le quartier de 1er abord est plutôt flippant autour de la gare mais en se rapprochant de la ville c’est mieux. On peut se garer en bas de l’immeuble (payant) et nous n’avons pas eu de pb de bruit comme certains l’ont décrit. S’agissant de plusieurs appartements loués sur un même pallier cela dépend des voisins du jour. Ensuite on est à pied en moins de 10 min dans le centre historique

Les lits ne sont pas des plus confortables (lattes espacées) et même si les draps étaient propres, la literie ne sentait pas très bon. Nous sommes arrivés 1h après le Check in et le ménage n’était pas fini (la pauvre dame était seule et en avait bcp à faire) en fait c’est une usine à location mais pour une nuit c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix

paid money, but no room, no accommodation, no service!!!!

there was no one. we did not get the key and room.

I called customer service. she couldnt reach the property. we waited for booking email for a new status of property or a new offer. we didnt receive any email from booking. till 3 a.m. were we wandering in the streets, finally we booked another more expensive hotel. only for 3:30 a.m. till 11 a.m. booking did not return our money yet

Veldig bra beliggenhet for togturister

Veldig bra beliggenhet for oss som kom med tog. Bare 5 minutter å gå til en matbutikk. 10-15 minutter til sentrum. Dette er veldig bra om du kommer med tog.

Sengene var ikke behagelige. De var for harde.

Economico e essenziale.

Economico, comodo, completo. C'è parecchio parcheggio in strada tutto intorno alla struttura. La stanza era piuttosto grande, un appartamento monolocale. Con frigo, fornello e tutto il necessario, stovoglie e Nespresso. Senza cibo, ne caffe o tea. Molto essenziale. Nel mio c'era anche un terrazzo con tavolino. Non c'è un armadio, solo un appendiabiti. Nonostante non si potesse regolare la temperatura, era ben caldo e piacevole.

La biancheria in fantasia grigia non permette di percepire se è effettivamente pulita e disinfettata. Lo stesso vale per le lenzuola e federe in flanella. Il tappetino in bagno era fradicio, appena lavato o bagnato dai clienti precedenti? I cuscini di cortesia sono appoggiati su un ripiano aperto sotto l'appendiabiti, non molto igienico, sarebbe stato meglio metterli in un sacchetto o simile. Il sapone mani ed il sapone doccia, in contenitori usati, non erano un gran che, anche se abbondanti. La stanza non è assolutamente insonorizzata, ho sentito tutta notte cosa accadeva nelle stanze vicine.

The host seemed nice on the phone

Not recommendable! -we couldnt reach the host per phone, after she gave us instructions how to get in the apartment. They are only available for a few hours during the day -the towels were wet, when we arrived -the airconditioning didnt work -the couch and the bed sheets were smelling sweaty -the neighboorhood is really unfriendly -the bathroom was flooded in the morning -the bed was not very comfortable Really not to recommend

Location very good. Rooms small but clean. Good for spending the night in Padova. Bathroom very nice. Spacious shower. Good location - 10 minute walk from center. Parking options available right in front of property. We were also told there is a public garage nearby.

The rooms can sleep 4 but for more than one night that situation is quite cramped. In our room the sofa bed was in the kitchen. Personally, I don't appreciate having to take my rubbish out before I leave but we were asked to do so. We also had to leave 2 euros per person for tax purposes.

Very good location close to city center as well as to train station. It was easy to find and access to the appt. Appt was nice, clean. We spent there 2nigths, 2 adults and 2 kids and have to say reasonable accomodation for that price.There is parking spots right next to the entrance always with some free space.

The fee for parking was quite expensive. It was 21€ per day. You can pay by coins or by card.
