Enjoy a OCEANFRONT duplex with amazing 270 degree south-facing views for all day sun on the beach! This family-friendly and immaculate home boasts an open main level with living/dining space, a renovated kitchen, and main level queen bedroom. This versatile floor plan includes a 2nd floor with master suite with oceanfront views and two additional well-appointed bedrooms. The kitchen features granite countertops, tile backsplash, newer appliances, and is well stocked with every gadget and utensil needed to prepare large meals or accommodate take-out from the many restaurants on the island.
Sit on the covered deck and watch the sun rise and set over the sparkling water. The house is positioned closer to the dunes and ocean than the neighboring houses for unobstructed views up and down the island. Watch the kids play on the beach from the deck or the many ocean-view windows in the house.
Enjoy an evening walk on the beach to multiple restaurants on the island serving fresh seafood, steaks and refreshing island drinks. Have dessert at the local ice cream shop before heading back for a relaxing night listing to the ocean surf.

We loved our stay. The location is awesome and the beach was perfect. The condo had all we needed for a wonderful family vacation. They had baby gates for the stairs and a booster seat as well, which was helpful for families with toddlers.

This beach front home was lovely. Location was perfect. Amount of space in home was excellent. The beach views from inside were beautiful.
My family rented both sides of the home with my sister staying in the “West” side while my family was in the “East” side. The west side did not have as strong of a WiFi/streaming signal as the east side did .

This property was everything we had hoped for. Very clean and neat. Everything was in working order. This property has four bedrooms, all of them were a nice size. If you filled all those bedrooms, the living area would become very small. The porch is very nice but again, would become small in size if you fill the house. Of course the beach is beautiful. This property does not provide any beach equipment but a little shop just down the street will rent you everything you need. We also found there really isn’t any fine dining in the area. The casual restaurants close by are nice with the beach vibe. Fine dining is 30-40 minutes away. Over all we enjoyed the space and will not think twice about staying there again.

Cannot rave enough about how perfect this stay was. Wonderful helpful hosts and a perfect property to stay at! Beautiful beach view with a wonderful front porch to sit on. Just perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely duplex very much. Very clean, decorated beachy, and right on the oceanfront. The amenities were great and conveniently located near areas like Calabash where we enjoyed shopping and dining. This was our second time at this beautiful home away from home. No regrets!!

This property was just as described. This was our first oceanfront rental but it will not be our last! Our only concern was that you could not access under the house from the beach side to store our beach accessories. Fortunately, we felt comfortable leaving everything at the bottom of the stairs leading to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 9. We found Holden to be much quieter than the Myrtle Beach area. It’s a little crazy with everyone trying to come in at the same
time on Saturday but after that it did not seem crowded at all.

This location is perfect! Right on the beach with full windows so we could watch the kids playing in the sand while cooking supper. Kitchen was well stocked and very organized. First rental we've been asked to bring things like hand soap or toilet paper but honestly this house makes up for that. Book it! You will love this house.

This was such a great place to stay. We loved the decor, the cleanliness, and the location was perfect. Our 10 and 5 year old had so much fun. It was close enough for us to bike to get coffee and treats and the hosts were available right away to answer our questions. Fun family memory!

We enjoyed a long weekend at the end of the summer with our family of 5 and our best friends from college with their two young children. The property was a great fit for our needs with enough bedrooms and bathrooms, and right on the beach, making it so easy to enjoy lots of time playing in the water and sand. We wouldn’t change a thing about this property and are so grateful to have been able to stay here for a wonderful time.

This was a great time with my family. The property was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location close to stores and restaurants. The location on the beach was exactly what we wanted. I will definitely be booking at this property again next year.

Nice beachfront property with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. I will say I was glad there were only six of us because the living area and porch are both a bit small. It was just the right size for our group, though. Would stay there again.

Nice house and town, beautiful beach.
The house is very nice. We had 7 adults fit comfortably. Comfortable close to the beach with private access. The only slightly unique feature is the washer and dryer being outside.

Best Rental On Holden Beach
We have rented on HB for over 25 years. From being youg parents looking for a bargain price to going all in as 50 somethings & inviting adult kids and friends for large $$ rentals. This was by far the most convenient, clean, high value property we have rented. Simply outstanding. The owners know their stuff and have a winner here...

This house was great for having kids at; close to the beach for back and forth nap times/snacks/potty breaks, comfortable accommodations, up to date and well decorated. You will just need to bring your own baby gates!

Great family area
Good stay, vrbo didn’t update with check-in information so we got off to a bumpy start. Co-owner Andy never responded to any of my communication. Co-owner Jason was contacted day of check in to assist us. Should ensure vrbo updates check in info as many travelers rely on the app. Other than that, we would definitely return to this property.

View was amazing. Walk to the beach was almost non-existent, and the beach itself was as amazing as pictured. Kitchen was easily most stocked in terms of quality pans, dishes, etc I’ve ever stayed in from VRBO. Owners who respond quickly and helpfully to any questions you may have. Only thing to note - walls are thin. So if you end up with inconsiderate neighbors on the other side of house up and yelling at 7 AM may want some ear plugs. Even still, gave us an excuse to be up and on the beach early. Great stay!

Absolutely Perfect
You can’t beat the location and waking up everyday to the ocean at your steps. The kitchen is well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

After spending time cleaning, it was VERY relaxing!!
The house was very comfortable and right on the beach! Would have liked for it to be cleaner. Perhaps the cleaning service needs an audit? There was trash left in several of the king bedroom drawers & on the floor, the blinds in the king bedroom had small "animal hair"? all over them, and the bathroom had not been cleaned - the tub had grime in it and around the top and the shower curtain was not clean. After a thorough cleaning myself, we could then go have fun! If I am paying for cleaning, I want to walk into a CLEAN place. Especially during this time of Covid-19.

The house was perfect for each Individual family to have Their own room to house their stuff/sleep. Kitchen was well stocked, great views of ocean inside or from rocking chair porch and easy beach access. Perfect house for kids and adults to enjoy.

Great Location
We loved the house and the location. Can’t get any closer to the ocean, so if laying around on the beach all week is your thing then I highly recommend! We had 2 families (9 total people) and still had plenty of room. The deck and rocking chairs were awesome to start and finish the days. Communication with the owner was very good.

Great choice for family vacation
Overall great choice for family vacation. A few things if we had to point out... the white couch in the living room has definitely seen its fair share of vacations. It is pretty heavily stained. The entrance to the beach house and path to the beach could use some trimming as branches were overgrown on to the staircases. We were under the impression that the master bedroom would have been on the ground level, but not a big deal. We could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work, but again, not a huge issue. You can hear your neighbors very well, ours were pretty noisy.
The house itself was very clean, and had plenty of room. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The location is great, you have a lot of room on the beach to yourselves.
I do wish there was a way to lock the backdoor when going to the beach. We ended up having to use a private walkway/locking items it the car because we didn't want to leave them in the house unattended and unlocked.
