Water views and peace and quiet are what you will enjoy in this charming one-bedroom, two-bath ground floor condo in a 55+ community. Located on a deep water boat channel, this newly remodeled condo offers a beautifully renovated kitchen with new granite counter tops, New cabinets, two newly renovated bathrooms, complete new wood look plank tile flooring throughout, new hurricane and impact resistant windows and an open dining/living room area with all new furnishings throughout and water views from every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, a full-size range/oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The unit offers two full bathrooms, one with a combination tub/shower and the other with a generous-sized fully-tiled stand-alone shower. This condominium complex requires a minimum rental period of one month which further adds to the peaceful enjoyment of this relaxing setting. The living room is comfortably furnished with ample seating for tenants and guests, along with a 50” flat-screen TV. Over-night guests can be accommodated on the queen-size sleeper sofa. The spacious bedroom has a king-sized bed, a bureau, and another flat screen TV along with many cubbies for extra storage. Internet is provided. A large-walk-in closet provides plenty of space for clothes and luggage, and the primary bathroom conveniently opens directly into the bedroom. This light and bright unit offers a completely enclosed all season sun room fully encased with new and secure sliders with screens that can be opened to allow ocean breezes to engulf the entire unit. Sit in the comfortable barrel round swivel chairs and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while watching for boaters, dolphins, jumping fish and water birds on the boat channel off the inter-coastal waterway that provides quick and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. The inter-coastal waterway runs directly in back of the complex where you will find a fishing pier. Also, depending on availability, directly outside of this unit is a boat dock with shore power capable of handling up to a 30 foot vessel. The condo is generously supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils, serving pieces, and small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, blender, a citrus fruit juicer, electric hand mixer, and electric slow-cooker. All linens are provided, including beach towels. A designated covered parking spot in the parking area right next to the building makes for easy access. This condo provides direct access to the best of all that Florida has to offer. The facility includes on premise laundry facilities in each building, a heated swimming pool with a spa/hot tub, a shuffleboard court, a BBQ picnic area, a fitness room and sauna. A deeded walkway to the white sugar sand of Crescent Beach at the #1 rated Siesta Key Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street. Beach chairs, a beach cart, floating noodles and an umbrella are provided for your use. Regularly scheduled activities in the Club House are open to all. A number of beach shops, restaurants, and convenience stores are within short walking distance. Free shuttles for only the cost of a tip are available to transport you anywhere on Siesta Key Island you desire to go or you may hop on the free trolley that runs from one end of the island to the other daily from 8AM to Midnight. Golf courses, cultural attractions, and excellent shopping are all just a short drive away. No smoking or pets allowed.

We are extremely pleased with every aspect of our rental experience here in Siesta Key. The condo is beautiful, clean and conveniently located to the essentials you want for a relaxing and stress free vacation. We love the less than 5 minute walk to the beach using the awesome large wheeled cart the owner left for us, which allows us to roll our chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc. to the beach. The private beach is the most beautiful we have ever seen... the soft sand is as white as talc powder and stays cool to the touch no matter what the temperature. Because it is a private beach there is never, ever a problem getting a primo seat right next to the water if you'd like. The beach is kept clean, and the site of diving pelicans, playful jumping dolphins and spectacular sunsets will leave visual memories you will never forget. In front of the condo complex is a trolley stop where you can take a FREE ride from one end of the key to the other. Drop off in Siesta Village, where restaurants and quaint shops are in abundance, allows you to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot during busy times. Hope on the trolley for a site-seeing adventure or to get to and from restaurants and shops... a valuable benefit we did not even know existed when we decided to rent this terrific property. Lastly, but most importantly, the owners (John and Irene) are incredibly responsive, no matter how big or small our request. They have helped make our stay even more delightful. Siesta Key is an incredible vacation destination, the condo we rented is a hidden gem!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this extremely clean and beautifully appointed condo on Siesta Key and we loved everything about it. The location is fantastic as its private beach is right across the street and restaurants and stores are just a very short walk away. Having our morning coffee overlooking the boat canal was a great way to start each day and we can't wait to go back again. John & Carol Ross
