Beautiful 1450 sq ft. condo with 350 sq ft. ocean view patio/balcony in the Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. Located on 5th floor of Cabrillo building in Phase II (newest and most desired); it has great access to elevator, restaurants, lobby, beach and pools. Recently refurnished and tastefully decorated.
Master Bedroom - stunning décor with all new furniture and new top of the line king hybrid mattress (memory foam, coils and cooling gel). New 50" 4k UHD LCD smart TV with built-in Roku (you can watch movies on your favorite app). Walk-in closet with built-in shelves and tons of storage. Built-in safe with easy security access/programming to store your important documents and valuables if needed. Plenty of hangers included for your convenience. Wall to wall sliding door opens up to beautiful balcony with stunning views of the pools and ocean.

The resort offers multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, kiddie pools, Jacuzzis, swim up bar, and grills. The Phase II courtyard/pool area has Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, towel service, a lazy river and shady Ramada's. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the Palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.
As per resort rental regulations, this is a NON-SMOKING, and NO PETs condo. The unit is in the Las Palomas rental pool, we will be offering the best rates allowed which entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. We maintain our condo with pride of ownership and you can be assured that the quality of our condo has met and exceeds all of Las Palomas high standards.

The unit was so nice and had really nice upgrades. The bathroom sinks do not drain. We could not pull the plugs up to release The water after washing your hands. The washer takes a while to wash one load but overall it was ok. Didn’t know how to use The surround sound. But TV was good and we were able to use the family room tv for baseball.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The balcony and the full view were so nice of the pools and ocean. The beds were comfortable, we didn’t do any cooking. It’s worth mentioning that there is only one fork in the kitchen but I’m sure that was an oversight and will be remedied. We would recommend this unit to our family and friends.

There was some confusion about housekeeping service as our friends received it daily but we had to call the front desk to get anyone to come out. That's on the HOA, though.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to allow us to stay in your condo unit. Our stay was very satisfying my other 2 brothers also booked 2 other units. The only issue is that I have management trying to charge me $45 dollars for a coffee maker that we didn't use and I got a picture of a broken coffee maker cup glass. We did not use the kitchen but once just to warm water for instant coffee. If I we had broken the cup I would have said something at the time of checkout. We did check out at 10am for the same reason to give house keeping time to check out unit and make sure everything was fine. The next morning I received an email with a picture of a broken coffee cup. I am going back and forth with management. I sent an email on friday I and have yet heard back from them. Other than that our stay was awesome. Thank you so much. Hope to be able to go back next year. Wendy

My family of 5 had plenty of room and tons of fun! The condo was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to make all kinds of meals. We had an an amazing time and this Property a true gem!! The location was perfect!! Near elevator which made it easy to travel from car and visit with friends. The unit itself was better than the pictures!! The furnishings were well appointed, kitchen and baths had everything you needed, beds comfy and the furniture was high quality. View was beautiful as well. Owner was so attentive to us as it was our first trip to Las Palomas. Highly recommend and would absolutely love to stay here again!!
