About this apartment rental
OUR CONDO IS AN OCEAN FRONT UNIT, Coronado 1406 (building closest to the beach), It is on the 14th floor, right below the penthouses. Coronado has the easiest access to the beach and pools of all the buildings. 2000 sq feet total, including the 400 sq ' deck.
Las Palomas is following Federal and local guidelines and recommendations relating to cleaning and disinfection procedures to ensure the safety and health of our guests. This includes lobbies, restaurants, common areas and individual units. Social distancing and protective equipment for the resort employee who interact with customers will be required, as well as cleaning and disinfecting protocols and cleaning the high traffic areas and surfaces of the public areas. The frequency of cleaning rental units during a guest stay may be altered based upon guest requirements.
Our condo is a premium unit, given size, proximity to beach, extra sleeping options with bunkroom, Phase 2 location and amenities. It also has 'STUNNING VIEW FROM A HUGE BALCONY DOWN THE LONG SANDY BEACH' of the Sea of Cortez?
OUR CONDO BOASTS THE LARGEST GREAT ROOM AND IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE FLOOR PLANS AT LAS PALOMAS RESORT. It is a total of 2,000 sq'. (400 of it is the patio!) Both bedrooms provide King beds for your comfort! This condo has very easy access to the beach and to both Phase I and Phase II pool areas.
Four flat screen smart TV's with HD channels including HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime, plus ESPN, Fox Sports, PHX local channels (Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC), plus high speed internet. You can log into your movie services (ex. Netflix) if available in Mexico.
Sleeps six comfortably, with two King sized beds, two bunk beds and a couch that folds down to a single sleeping area. This condo has two master suites, each with king size beds; wall mounted smart flat screen TVs, and two luxurious travertine marble bathrooms. The bonus bunkroom even has its own flatscreen TV, plus air/heat, great fan, reading lights, and peg board to hang clothes. It is a small room without a window, but a great sleeping room. The kitchen has updated SS appliances.
One of the very closest condos to the beach. Fantastic views from the huge great room and MBR¸ and the view from the kitchen is all water. There is a laundry room in the unit with washer/dryer, detergent and a utility sink. Another special feature is the hammock on the balcony to swing your day away.

I almost hesitate to say how amazing this place was because I don’t want it to book out for our future stays. But this was hands down the best property experience we have had yet- and we have been vacationing yearly at Puerto Penasco for the past 17 years. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and more, and the communication from the owner was the best! Things are a little pricier at this resort than the others (poolside food and drinks , beach massages, water crafts etc so be prepared for that ), but the room service food was much better and more reasonable than poolside. We ordered in one night and everything was delicious and came quickly. My family kept going on about how nicely the condo was decorated (which means a lot bc they are use to nice hotels) and my 17 year old loved the bunk room! It was like her own little hideout with a TV and a wall mounted fan, mounted lights by the bed, and a pegged shelf to hang things. There really isn’t anything these owners didn’t think of to make your stay comfortable! They even thought of luggage racks!

The condo and property were great! The view was amazing. Only issue was the tv in the main room obtaining a signal, though we learned quickly if we unplugged the tv and waited 10 second and plugged it back in the tv regained its signal. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

We've been coming to Las Palomas since it opened, and have stayed at many condos in various locations. This ranks as one of the best. The view is spectacular and the condo is large, beautiful, and well stocked. The patio has very nice furniture - not always the case at Las Palomas - so enjoy the view in comfort! The true test of a quality rental is when there is a problem. We had an issue with the A/C, and the host literally had an A/C repair person there in less than 2 hours. Thank you Terry!

I can't say enough good things about this unit and the Owners. It was an absolutely perfect vacation from start to finish. The unit was in a perfect location with all amenities as described. The Owners were very welcoming and communicated through the entire process. Can't wait to come back!

We loved staying here Las Palomas is a favorite of ours and the condo was perfect for our family. Weather was still cool but the pool was heated. Not all pools are heated just FYI. The lazy river is not heated but the kids didn’t care weather was warm enough. The beach was perfect and clean. We will definitely keep coming back. Condo was exactly as pictured, comfortable beds and nice large rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed as well.

We had an amazing time at the resort and the unit was great! The only downside was that the security guards by the pool have gotten crankier as time goes on and try to stop any fun owners and renters have.

We have stayed in numerous units at Las Palomas over the years and this unit is one of the best! The unit was very clean and well-stocked for cooking and entertaining. The patio and view are perfect for watching the sun set over the Sea of Cortez. We will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5- we had tons of room and the view can’t be beat! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The resort was very family friendly with several pools, a beautiful beach, and a calm ocean. We are already talking about revisiting next year!

The Condo was beautiful and very spacious. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We did a girl cousin trip and had so much fun. The coffee place on the property was very good and the beach access was easy. We are looking forward to planning our next trip here.

We love Las Palomas! This was our second stay and everything was smooth. The condo was beautiful! Spacious and accommodating. The sand toys and pool inflatables in the closet was one extra thing I didn't have to pack and that was a blessing. They had every type of kitchen gadget I desired to cook with. We all enjoyed our stay.

The space was clean and included all of the little thing you didn’t know you needed until you did! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances which we appreciate as we like to prepare our meals. TVs in every room allowed everyone to enjoy their own shows amd the hammock on the balcony was a favorite for all!

The condo was very clean, well stocked with all cooking utensils and toiletries. The balcony was very spacious , great view and well furnished. Vonda was situated on 14th floor but had very easy and short access to the pool area. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property. Great views. Large area room. The king size bed in main suite was very comfortable. We forgot our pack n play and there wasn’t one in the room so that was a bummer that there wasn’t a crib but that was our own fault for forgetting it. Slept one night in the bunk room with my baby and I thought the bottom bunk was a little cramped. I’m 5’8” and felt like it was short for me. Not as comfortable as the main suite bed for sure. Views off balcony were awesome! I should have checked what was on the guest closet beforehand because I didn’t need to bring sand toys or tubes because they had those there. We didn’t use anything out of the guest closest but there were beach chairs and plenty of things to use. When I first showered there the main suite shower was clogged but there was a plunger so I was able to remedy that right away. This is not a room specific thing but a Las Palomas thing was that the balconies are not kid friendly. There is spacing between the rails that my 2 year old and 9 month old could have fit through so that was scary but we made sure to lock the doors but that’s just something to know ahead of time if you have littles with you. Overall, a great stay with great instructions. Would stay again!
