Ivo the host was so welcoming & friendly.The property very spacious & clean.

Great location to Cavtat restaurants & also spotlessly clean. The host Ivo was so friendly & helpful & the cleaning lady was a delight & so attentive, always smiling & asking if we needed anything for our apartment. We will definitely return.

Great place highly recomended wish we had morw days

An amaizing complex in cavtat with a pool and beautiful grounds very very close to the center of town and the beach. The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms both with aircon which was great! Also a large living room and kitchen with everything we needex. The owner was super helpful with parking and carrying the luggage, and any other help we needed.

Only minus is that its up an alley not easly accesable with lots of luggage but the owner was helpful with that.

Tranquil with everything we needed yards away.

The setting was idyllic. There were about 5 apartments set among kiwi and orange trees with lots of privacy. The restaurants and shops were yards away but there was no noise. The apartment was very spacious, modern and spotless and picture perfect from outside. The back gate brought you to a beautiful beach with a beach bar. The pool wasn't very big but served our needs. Wonderful visit, amazing hosts, beautiful apartment

Location excellent. Apartment amazing - just as described. Received a very warm welcome from Ivo and received a lovely drink and sweet treat while advised us on best spots to visit. Hosts amazing, could do not do enough for us. Treated us to some beautiful barbecued fish one evening. (cooked by Igor) We could not recommend this visit highly enough. We will definitely return.

Quality apartment in a fabulous setting with wonderful hosts !

Fantastic and helpful hosts. They were so kind and cooked us a wonderful fish BBQ before we left. The apartment was large, with comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and beautiful terrace. The apartments were set in a peaceful courtyard, with pool, but was in a brilliant location. Outstanding in every way!

Superb

The apartment (Kralj 2) is modern, comfortable and quite spacious. We enjoyed the common area on the 1st floor which is a kitchen open to a living room with an amazing view on Cavtat’s little harbour. The kitchen is very well equipped, including an ice cube maker fridge which we loved during hot days of August. We cannot be more thankful to the owners, who are extremely nice and good people, friendly, helpful and talkative. They make sure you are having all you need. They organized a barbeque for us and prepared everything, joined us and shared some interesting stories, we loved the evening. The property is well situated, right in the center of Cavat. The swimming pool is a plus, shared with some other apartments of the same property but not crowdy and you can meet some nice people there too!

The only little minus we give is for the unpleasant smell from the bathrooms if you don’t leave all the doors and windows open. An iron in the room would be appreciated but you can ask for it anytime.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views only a few minutes from the sea front.

Our host Djuro greeted us with a delicious platter of meats and cheeses, plus a jar of home made Kiwi marmalade :) He was very friendly and kind.

Towels were changed half way through our week, however sheets were not. We would have like fresh sheets. The apartment was not cleaned at all during our weeks stay. We would have liked the bins emptied, floors swept and bathrooms cleaned at least once during our stay.

We had a super stay and would definitely stay here again.

We arranged a tranfer through Duro and when we arrived at the apartment Duro was waiting. The grounds of the apartment are beautiful with fruit trees all around. While checking passports etc Duro brought us wine, beer and a lovely platter of meats,cheese bread etc. He then told us information about the property and the area. During our stay one lunch time we were surprised with fish cooked on the BBQ with potatoes (delicious) and a nice chilled bottle of wine. We thought this was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
