Disappointing

Rooms really needs a upgrade. No toiletries, basic facilities are missing.in this price range there are many other good options. Only positive point goes for staff.

The stay was very good and it was upto the mark what we expected, And the staffs were very helpful .

The room was quite spacious clean and tidy per expectations.It was centrally located as well.

Value for money, centrally located, helpful staff

We booked one Luxury Quadruple room and one executive Triple room for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were also comfy in the Luxury quadruple room. The hotel was centrally located and within 1 km of the Golden Temple. e-rickshaws were available as soon as you come out of the hotel room. Hotel staff helped us to book the cab to the railway station even for a 4 am morning pick up. Breakfast is available from 8 am -12 noon which was helpful.

We would have loved to have the rooms nearby each other instead got in 2 different floors. The extra bed in the executive triple room for the 3rd adult can be a bit bigger as it can fit only kids of age 8-12 yrs. Being winter, heater service could have been provided as it is currently unavailable.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.

VERY GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL . ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT.

NO TISSUE PAPER & TOILET PAPERS IN THE ROOM. PHONE BETWEEN ROOM AND STAFF WAS NOT WORKING.
