Stunning construction ocean view home just completed in 2014. The 3600 sq feet raised beach house is perfect spot for family reunions or groups. You will have every necessity and more to make your family vacation perfect. This will be your home away from home 300 feet from the beach, less than 2 minute walk with children!
KITCHEN AND GAME ROOM: The kitchen is a cook's dream with an unbelievable abundance of custom cabinets complemented with granite counter tops. There is enough cookware, plates, and kitchen utensils for a family of 16 to cook any meal you desire. The game room located on the second floor has an oversized air hockey table and a wood foosball table to entertain the kids, there is also a wet bar and 55’ TV in case some of the adults want to be on the second floor.
PORCH: New in 2019, we added outdoor couch and chair and breakfast table to read your book or drink your coffee as you watch the waves roll in.
NEW SALT WATER POOL AND SPA and Gas Heater: The salt water pool has a smooth and silky feel to the touch, much like rain water and its gentle on your eyes and skin. We have a heater for the pool for the early spring and late fall. The Spa will reach 100+ degrees year around and the new GAS heater will heat the pool up to over 86 degrees. The 12x28 pool is flat bottomed so the kids can enjoy the entire length! There is plenty of lounge chairs to relax in the sun or the shade and comfy durable tables to enjoy your snack and meals on those fun summer days.

Myself and my in laws (group of 12) stayed at the house for 4 days and we loved it! Super quick 3 minute walk to the beach, we spent everyday at the beach. We hardly left the house because we also spent most of the days at the beautiful pool on the property! We very much enjoyed the entertainment space near the pool. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working so the kids would swim in it and called it the cool tub. Wish it was working for night, but didn’t impact our trip, had a fabulous time. Would recommend getting more towels for both the showers and pool. There were 12 of us and only 10 bath towels. There was no swim towels but the property manager did buy 6 new ones and dropped them off! The property manager was very nice, very communicative and helped out anytime we needed it. The other suggestion would be to add dressers in every room. Not much space to store clothing, we just ended up leaving our suitcases on the floor. The elevator was an amazing touch, worked well having a 1 year old and with luggage. We loved everything about the house, the location and would come back!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 small children enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The large common spaces, layout, bathrooms with each bedroom, large kitchen, Kitchen appliances and furnishings, the house decor, comfortable beds, big closets, the balconies with couches, dining area and rocking chairs with beach view, all with a great back yard space with pool, master grilling area, shaded comfortable seating and the location location location was perfect for our wide ages, nap schedules, etc. to all enjoy our shared family time and our down time/alone times as well.
It felt like having a beachfront property with the view and close proximity to a non-crowded section of the wide beach (complete with small tidepools for the kiddos) without the extra costs of a beachfront property with a pool. The property manager was also great and communicated quickly and accurately with any questions we had about the property, check in, check out, etc. He was very helpful and always responsive but without being overbearing. We will definitely be back.

Very accommodating for a large group. Outdoor pool area was wonderful. Elevator was key for older guests and running food to or from upstairs kitchen. If traveling with walking/crawling infants, I would suggest bringing own secure baby gates. Location was very easy walk to beach, corner store was super close and convenient. Everyone enjoyed their stay! Property manager was very helpful and attentive.

House is great. Close proximity to the beach. Loved Roku in every room. Elevator was super helpful. Scott was very helpful. Had a grill issue, and he even tarped the area off due to heavy winds. Scott was very responsive and pleasant. Only feedback would be hiring new pool cleaners, they did a lousy job. Highly recommend this property.

The property overall was great! Some minor repairs happening outside, which was discussed with us by the property manager, but did not effect our stay. Plenty of space, double fridge was great. Location good, safe neighborhood and close to the beach entrance. Would love to see the master bedroom mattress upgraded before our next stay!

We had a great time at Sea Stars with our kids and grandkids. Big kitchen, lots of bedrooms, fantastic heated pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen. Could not have been better. The property manager was very welcoming and offered his assistance for anything we needed. Great location close to the beach, ice cream store and other shops. Very peaceful area, no traffic. This was our second time at Sea Stars and we will likely return again

This was our second time staying at this location. We love this house. There is so much space, everyone can spread out. The layout is great for families of all sizes. There is a space to suit every need. Love the addition of the bunk beds. We are a family that loves the pool and all the outdoor space has to offer. After a bit of a communication mix-up regarding the pool heater, Scott made it a point to get it sorted out and get us back to swimming as soon as he could! There are so many small details that made this stay even better than last time. Scott has done so much with this property! Every interaction we have had with the owners has been amazing! They are so responsive and helpful!
We've rented other vacation homes with elevators and this one is definitely my families favorite. It's great for Gramma, but also when bringing in groceries and luggage. Coffee on the third floor deck is a must at least once as the sun comes up over the houses/hotels, while listening to the waves! Love this quiet time!
The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture in every space. The couch on the porch is great for an afternoon nap!
We are a family that eats most meals at home and this kitchen is perfect! Plenty of room for multiple people in the same space and the double refrigerators is so nice to have. We LOVE this house and plan to visit for years to come.

Property was as advertised and more. Plenty of room and amenities. Property was well prepared for our visit. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The pool area was extremely enjoyable and the elevator was a great convience. The property manager Scott provided a great personal touch prior to and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay at this home again.

This home is great for a large family (there were nearly 18 of us) who have a family member in a wheelchair. The elevator worked every time. The bars at the commode were placed exactly right. The shower worked well with a slide bath chair. The house is well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. The house is near the beach. The old folks who cannot travel to the beach anymore can sit on the porch and see and hear the waves of the ocean. It's perfect.

We loved everything about this property! The house is extremely comfortable for a large family. The pool area is so inviting and allows for many different activities even during inclement weather. The front porch is spacious and comfortable, and the ocean views were wonderful. The walk to the beach is literally only two minutes. The elevator was a must for my elderly mother. There are many stairs to navigate otherwise. Every bedroom was very comfortable and had its own private bath which was awesome. The only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure all rooms have a little dresser or somewhere to store things that can’t be easily hung in a closet.
You can easily walk to small mini-marts, a wonderful ice cream shop, souvenir shop, and local pub. Just perfect! Having an attentive and friendly property manager (Scott) also really added to the experience. He was helpful even in advance of check in, and was super attentive during our stay. We had a couple of minor issues which he responded to and addressed immediately. It was beyond appreciated!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The maintenance man was always there to help us out with anything and the owners want out there to make you feel welcome and make sure everything was working properly! They want over and beyond our expectations!

The house is WONDERFUL. Very spacious and well equipped for a very large gathering of family and friends. Lots of places within the home to get away to quiet place to relax and a large open area for all to get together. The elevator was very helpful for our wheelchair bound member and the elderly family members. The only downfall was the rest of the family members whined because their legs were so sore going up and down the stairs. But they got over it soon. The pool and hot tub are great. The outdoor kitchen was a great benefit. The linen service was another benefit and well stocked. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals for the large gathering. Two large refrigerators made grocery shopping much easier. I only had to grocery shop twice with this great amount of cold storage. The house was very clean when we arrived. To sum it up ... WE LOVE SEA STARS IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH!!!

We had many issues unrelated to the property. Cancelled flights and COVID. It definitely impacted our time in the house. We ended up shortening our vacation and leaving on the 14th. The house was very nice. Liked the proximity to the beach. Our only issue was we had no cable or internet for almost two days. They did finally resolve it, but by the time it was resolved we were headed home. They were very responsive and did their best to correct the problem. I would recommend the property in the future.

Our family of six adults and two children decided to stretch our Myrtle Beach vacation budget to stay in this lovely property. Although the house is about a block and a half from the beach, we were able to enjoy ocean views from the balcony and the ocean-facing rooms. The house is spacious and clean, with an absolutely HUGE kitchen and dining area. Things we loved: strong WI-FI, the outdoor kitchen, the covered area downstairs, the pool and hot tub. Some suggested improvements: hooks in the bathroom for wet towels and swimsuits, dressers for unpacking our clothes, cable tv service, and mattress upgrades. The owners have done so much to make this property enjoyable for their guests, including baby gates, a portable crib, “starter” amounts of paper and cleaning supplies, and ample sheets and towels, so I wouldn’t let my suggestions impact your decision to book your vacation here!

Great family vacation!
This was the perfect house for our 3 generation family vacation. We had 8 adults and 10 kids ages 1,1,1,2,3,5,6,7,9,9 and it was 3 minutes walk to the beach and the perfect pool when we were back at the house to keep the kids busy! The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything you need for all your cooking. 5 bathrooms were a must and the one by the pool saved us many stairs. We used the elevator primarily for loading and unloading. The manager Alair was great and answered any questions we had.. Highly recommend this home!!

Precious Time Together
We had a wonderful time at this property. It had plenty of room for everyone. The pool, living areas, bathrooms, kitchen, porches, dining areas both inside and out were perfect for our family. The elevator was also very handy. It was easy to communicate with questions. It was great to have a laundry area also. I would highly recommend this rental!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation House!
Our group ranged from ages 3-75 and all had a fantastic time at this house! The pool was wonderful, awesome outdoor kitchen for a BBQ, great supply of beach items, enough rooms all with own bathroom (which the teenagers loved), and a surprise playhouse for the little ones by the pool! The beach was a short 2 streets away straight across with direct access. The only thing we wish it had was some dressers to store our clothes while staying instead of rummaging through our luggage each time. Overall, a wonderful vacation had by all!

Beautiful property
Loved the house, pool and easy walk to the beach. House is incredibly spacious with so much room in the kitchen and common areas. Beds were cozy and all bedrooms have an attached bathroom- a huge plus! Best part was a great pool and hang out space on the ground level. We all loved night swims!

This was the best beach house.!! We absolutely loved the house & the location. We spent a lot of time outside at the pool/hot tub or on the top deck when we weren’t at the beach. The walk to the beach was short & easy. The owner was very nice & helpful. Thank you for sharing this beautiful beach house with our family. We had an excellent vacation!

Stunning and great location
We absolutely loved this house. It had everything you needed, towels, pots & pans, even the small things like tape or aluminum foil etc. The pool was at perfect temperature and always clean and the hot tub warmed up quickly. The grilling station is amazing. The rainy days allowed us some down time which we played board games, air hockey and watched movies on the Roku (all provided in the house) the water pressure and temperature were perfect. 5 star all the way!!

Just Perfect!
The review title says it all, but this rental was truly everything we needed for this trip. The owners were amazing to work with, as well. The house is very well kept, clean, and felt like a second home. And the pool! THE POOL! Doesn't get much better than this rental here, and we can't recommend it enough.
