Palmetto Dream has 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, sleeps 20 Approximately 4000 sq. ft!
Welcome to Palmetto Dream our newest vacation rental property with 8 bedrooms. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen (2 fridges), dining, and living area. The kitchen has new utensils, new glasses, new towels oven mitts. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch Sony TV's and blue ray DVD players and cable boxes with a DVR. There's HS internet. All the bedrooms have wood flooring and the other area's have tile! There is a master on the first floor with a balcony facing the Ocean it has a spa tub and separate shower. The other bedroom down has a king bed and another full bath. There are 4 king bedrooms upstairs with 3 of the balconies facing the ocean! The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 bunk beds in each room (sleeps 4 in each room). There are tv's and dvd players in all bedrooms. There is a new full size LG front loading washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs and any baby items that are needed: a crib, high chair, packnplays, stroller, etc.There is an outdoor grilling area. There is a nice pool and hot tub! You will love the Villa!
There are only 12 units in the building We have a couple who takes care of the villa. We do not use a cleaning or linen service. We use the same linens that we use in our personal home. The couple who clean them do an excellent job. We try to provide you with items that will make your vacation easier so when you arrive you can relax, go to the beach or whatever you choose to do. We have lots of baby items for your use such as: a full size crib, 2 packnplays, a high chair, booster seats, baby swing, exersaucer, stroller, etc... If you need something for a baby that is not there please let us know, we have 6 grandchildren that are very young so we totally understand. We also provide beach chairs and towels. We have 8 chairs and 12 beach towels for your use. We do not provide beach umbrellas. You would need to bring your own. Tents are no longer allowed on the beach. We put a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and put out a roll or paper towels as well as trash bags so you will have some to use until you have time to buy more. We do provide hand soap in each bathroom as well as dish soap. There are usually coffee filters, some spices, that we leave for your use. There are 2 refrigerators in each villa as well as 2 coffee makers, 2 blenders, lots of dishes and silverware, a pancake griddle, a waffle maker, lots of cooking items, and utensils. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have hd tv's as well as hd cable boxes in each living area one of them is a dvr for recording shows. There is wifi which has a secure line so the password is given to you before you arrive. There are books and dvd's for you use as well as games. My husband and I are looking forward to making your Palmetto Dream stay a reality. If there is an issue, we are here to take care of it right away. We strive to make your vacation experience as relaxing and carefree as possible.
Parking: We will provide 4 parking passes. this is the maximum number we are allowed by the HOA. There are no motorcycles or trailers allowed in the parking garage.

The condo was very clean. Cleaning staff was superb. More than enough space in bedrooms and closets. The second floor family room was great for the teenagers to have their own space. Plenty of supplies for the baby. Cribs, stiller and high chairs. Fully loaded kitchen. All in all a very lovely place to vacation.

Great location, easy beach access. The unit itself had everything we needed. Plenty of room for family to spread out and the 2 refrigerators were essential. We had all 4 grown children, their spouses and 6 grandkids ages 1-7.
There were lots of beach equipment and baby stuff. There was also a lot of kitchen equipment and plenty of dishware.

It was our first family vacation since Covid! Everyone came except for two granddaughters who had to work. We had a 4 week old grandson all the way up to the 83 year old Grandad and these accommodations were perfect! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Lindsey for everything!!

The rental was clean and very spacious. It worked out great for our vacation group. It was quiet and in a nice location. Parking was ample. Overall a great place to enjoy North Myrtle Beach. The host was responsive and accommodating.

We came in for family time My husband & I with 4 adult children, their spouses & 7 grandchildren. The condo was perfectly clean with plenty of space for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals. We were very pleased with our stay & are already planning to return the next time we all can get together

This was the perfect place for a large group. Everyone easily had their own space. The kitchen was huge (with a bonus second refrigerator) and well stocked. Having 6 king size beds was perfect. Everything was just as listed. Our host was quick to respond to questions and made everything so easy. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend some light maintenance be done to enhance the atmosphere. Light over dining table has numerous blown bulbs as does the livingroom track lights. Master bedroom lamp does not work and all cabinets could used some attention with bumpers and possibly adjusting slides! Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

We loved our stay in this spacious villa! We traveled with 12 adults and it was great for every couple to have their own room! The rooms are spacious and we loved the king beds! The second entertaining living area gave the adult kids a place to game while we could enjoy a movie. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Having two refrigerators for our large family was a must! The beach chairs, beach towels and wagons were so thoughtful and helpful! The best part was that we got to bring our fur babies, who always travel with us! We have found our “go-to” place! The host was very prompt with all responses! We highly recommend! Thank you!

Upon entrance to the unit, it smells clean. After inspection, everything was legitimate. Lindsay was quick to respond too our messages and questions/ concerns. One block from the beach, right down the street from everything. Kitchen stocked with emerging you need. Beach chairs, towels, you name it, its there. For 13 people, we had More Than Enough space, beds, bathrooms. Close enough to the action bur far enough to have a peaceful night sleep. Thank you for providing your home to us to make our vacation a success!

House was great. Distance to beach excellent. Only negative thing that there was no place to eat at walking distance. Other than that it is a good place to meet your family for vacations.

Condo itself was clean and enjoyable. Communication with property manager was great. Surrounding shared property (pool etc) could use updated with more frequent cleaning.

Miscommunication about cleaning so showed up to it not being done. Cleaned it ourselves and got sheets/towels late Saturday evening.
Property manager is very good with communication and made things right with a partial refund. Promised an edible arrangement that never came.
It was just disappointing that many of the basic upkeep things that we mentioned last year had not been addressed and even though we mentioned some new things at the beginning of our stay, they were not taken care of (broken leg on a chair upstairs, broken ceiling fan, missing and super sticky cabinet doors, front door badly misaligned to the point of it blowing open unless we had the deadbolt on at all times). Toward the end of our stay the doorknob to our patio kept coming off in my hand, owner was great about that, sent someone out immediately to fix it the next day. While they were there my cousin asked about front door and they were able to make it better, but we only had 2 days left at that point.
Bottom line is that the owner is super nice but our recommendation is that some money into the place for upkeep is in order. Maybe stay there for a week off season and see all the things that need repair?
Overall this is a fantastic property for proximity to beach and accommodating a large family. We really enjoyed each other for our two weeks!

We were all impressed with the place. The rooms were large, modern and well furnished. I loved the bed in the main suite and slept like a baby every night. We were a large family with grandkids and the close access to the beach was huge. We cooked many nights and the kitchen was well equipped plus the grills were a big plus. I would recommend this place to everyone and the owner was sweet and caring

We had 16 adults spanning 3 generations and the property was perfect. The large kitchen, dining, and living room area is supplied for a large gathering. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Plenty of chairs and bar stools so everyone could eat together. Going to the beach was easy too. You do have to cross a road, but we had no issues being able to get across and the beach was not very crowded. Also there were several beach chairs in great shape available in the condo. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed the stay, Very nice condo. The only problem is that the condo was , full of fruit flies, or gnats. We Also had problem with the down stair and up stair working properly. But our overall stay was great and we will stay again. Thank you for Lindsey sharing your home with us.

We had three family’s staying in this condo and it was more then enough room. We had a fruit fly issue when we arrived but the owner was VERY quick to handle the issue. Location is great and the beach beautiful.

The condo is so roomy, the beds very comfortable and plenty of kitchen supplies (dishes, silverware etc). The tv remote batteries need to be checked because the living room tv remote and one of the downstairs bedroom remotes didn’t work. The decks are great but be careful sitting in the plastic Adirondack chairs. One broke when I sat down and the plastic stuck me in the side. The beds were VERY comfortable! All in all it was a great vacation in a beautiful home away from home.

We scheduled this property rental for a golf outing for a group of (12) men. There were (8) bedrooms and plenty of beds for all attending to have their own bed and in most cases their own bedroom. There was plenty of room for gathering in two living room areas. The kitchen area was also plenty large enough to accomodate all of us. The overall cleanliness of the property was good. We were less than a block from the ocean and it was a very easy walk. We will look to book this property again for future trips.

This property was perfect for our family of 15. Plenty of space, outdoor area, all the things you could possibly need in a very large kitchen, large living room and plenty of seating! The property owner was amazing. If we had any questions she answered them so quickly. This place was very clean and spacious. Everything you would hope a property you were renting would be. My family and I would highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful time celebrating our mom’s 80th Birthday ♥️

The property is within a short two minute walk to the beach. They provide wagons and beach chairs and beach towels. The unit is very spacious with two separate living areas. There are plenty of dishes and flatware for a large group. Lindsey was very quick to respond to any questions! She was a very attentive host. Loved our stay!

Everything about this stay and property was excellent. The unit is spacious, clean, ideally located. Our group of 14 teens and adults had tons of room personally and together. Located right across from the beach. We would definitely do this again. Lindsey was a responsive host and had thought of everything.

Amazing beach accommodations
This property has it all. We traveled with 12 adults (3 newlyweds, 2 singles, and 2 "old fart" couples lol), our normal family vaca, meeting in between PA and FL. From the table that seats 12 to the two refrigerators, various rooms to spread out, 2 living rooms for watching/gaming needs, views of the ocean from the deck, and being only one street crossing away from the beach itself, the property was so good we already booked it for next year. But the gem of this place was the owner, Lindsey, who responded better than anyone we have rented from (been going w my fam since I was a baby), truly was concerned about our comfort and happiness with the place, and even ordered new coffee pots when it had only one instead of the advertised two. Honestly we have never had anyone do this well with any rental we have ever had. We feel lucky to have found this property!

Great Beach Experience
Great communication with Lindsey (owner)l regarding an issue that arose.
Family loved the unit. No one felt cramped in this spacious home. Everyone had their own bed. Access to the beach was easy. Beach time was great for the little ones as we had low tides most of the week.
Weather was good. Humidity levels were up and the last few days we had a Tropical Storm form over the water and came in Saturday after most got on the road home. Unit was very clean and there were ample utensils, dishes and pans for our large group.
Our family says thanks for a great vacation on Beach Home.
