You pay what you pay for!

The location

Smelly room and bathroom (I guess bec of the condition of the house) the bed is not that comfortable. Old small towels- so make sure to bring all your own. Hand wash soap on the bathroom are more like water and soap mix - bring your own!) Parking lot’s instructions unclear (basically figure out on your on) being from a small town— not exactly understanding the city/downtown parking rules & regulations. Property owners responded to my question after few hours with a short answer of basically “read the signs”..which wasn’t very helpful.

Safe, best value for money. Easy check-in. Perfect for a place to rest while you hustle rest of the day around JHU!

Safety, proximity to JHU, walking distance to food options. Needed a place for few days for my son to finish his summer class at JHU. Worked out perfect.

I’m not confident with shared bathroom and kitchen

Just iron and related table

Full fridge, no lighter or matches to turn the stove on, Clogged kitchen sink. Noisy cooler, No ceiling light, you have to exchange your parked car when the suitable location is available.

The offer does not include private parking. Parking is on the street and the neighborhood is not safe at all. I chose not to stay and the owner (Chinese) rejected my claim for a refund even though the offer is a lie. So I was left at midnight without place to stay in Baltimore.

Proximity to my location.

I was not oriented what do during my stay, example getting the right address, pick up of the airport. I paid for tax which was included during my booking I was not picked and taken my money for nothing. This is not fair at all. How can I get back my money?

The location was good.

The stay was a complete nightmare and i will never come back even if it was free. The other tenants were blasting music and movies, banging the floors and walls till 3am, it was so loud that it vibrated the furniture in my room, and then engage loud intercourse at 5am. At some point during the night, one of the tenant was crying and screaming help. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. Also the WiFi was very slow and the mattress was overused, felt like the bed was swallowing me.
