We didn’t like it and they should of gave me a full refund…

it was close to where we were going

The ants,in the bed and crawling all over the place.we switched to 4 rooms , Sheets were dirty.

Bad employee entered my room while I was undressed and continuing staring at me after I was charged

Nothing no as mentioned amenities for the price. Local community engagements and convenient location is the only thing that I don't have a complaint with.

A poor representation from what you would expect from a quality inn. Point blank.

Honestly, I did not like this experience I booked the room late so when I got in it, I didn’t really inspect or felt I should have to inspect the room the draws were missing. The lamp was broken. The refrigerator had so much frost in it the curtain store beverages it much to my chagrin. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet and I fell lol then the staff treated me less than a paying guest

Did not try the breakfast. My first meeting did not allow time. In room alarm clock was set incorrectly..

the facility is severely dated. The furnishings such as lights are also dated and damaged but operable.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

it was close to where I needed to be early the next morning. The 24 hour reception came in handy as I was on a late flight into Baltimore.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. I called to ask if the reception was open late and she hung up on me. When I arrived she insisted I pay with the card I made the reservation with. I know this is not a rule but she wouldn’t budge on it and snapped at me when I questioned it. She then gave me a room with a door that didn’t lock but I was so worn out from the first dealing with her that I wedged the ironing board under the door rather than approach her again.

location, cleanliness, and comfort was all terrible. the building itself smells terrible inside. we left a whole day early.

The standard was bad and it smelled of smoke as soon you walk in the building and in the room. it was terrible.

everything, the bathroom was clean and smelly, the carpet needed to be vaccinated a d it smelled of Cigarettes

worse place I’ve ever seen

first my wife and I pulled up to the place and the outside was dirty and trash everywhere workers sitting outside and the place looked like something out of the bates motel. it looked so bad I refused to even walk into the place the neighborhood doesn’t look safe at all and I’ve stayed in hotel’s in the Borough of New York that were safer looking. it was only for one night but it was so bad of a place I didn’t even ask for a refund I just left , they need the money more then I do by the looks of this place but I’ll never try to book a room there again.
