This 500 square foot, third floor beachfront condo, with rear westerly exposure, sleeps two with one king bed and it has one bathroom.
The spaciousness and Tommy Bahama style furnishings blend together to give you coastal style luxury at its best. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround you with the mesmerizing view of the beach.
This unit comes with three different cooling devices: air conditioning, ceiling fans and night winds off the ocean. That way you can make sure the temperature’s just the way you like while you’re using the free wi-fi to email all those pictures that are worth more than a thousand words to your friends.
The fully appointed kitchen comes with everything you need, from a refrigerator, stove and microwave to a coffee maker and blender. I live in Tampa, Fl so I’ve been to many beaches, shells and beautiful sunsets but Marco islands has the best of all three! I enjoy finding shells but I don’t think my mind was prepared to find so many! I was in shell heaven! Everything about the stay was perfect from the room to the people to the pool. One of the male staff members that was cleaning in the mornings was kind enough to help us with the doors multiple times and we all got a good laugh. He just happen to be right there to open the doors every time we were struggling. We appreciated the little things. There was some construction but appreciate them updating this beautiful gem so it will up kept for years to come. I’m hoping to come back in October of this year.

The confusion during check in, we were an hour early no one could tell us if our room was ready yet, but gave us keys and said if the cleaning people weren’t done we could just drop our luggage in the room. Cleaning people were very unhappy with that when we went to our room.
There was one giant pull down shade for the balcony and very thin. During turtle season it has to be dark and although I pulled the shade we were reprimanded by staff because our room was still too bright. So when the sun went down we used our phones as flash lights and if you wanted to sit out on the balcony you had to pull the entire shade up to get out instead of room darkening curtains. Bed was like sleeping on a brick and one washcloth per person was a bit ridiculous. Also zero privacy on balcony. Hope your neighbors are nice. Won’t stay there again. They are under construction right now. Also the keys for everything was crazy. I had to fight with the keys to get in and out of my room, beach, elevator and pool. It was all just a pain.

Loved the ocean view and beach access. The condominium complex was nice with a nice pool and restaurant, but Apollo 302 was very dated and not very comfortable. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, decor was very old, and furniture in the living room was not comfy. We had several items break during our visit, but the responsiveness of the management was quick to take care of the issues.There also were a lot of small bugs in the bathroom and kitchen that we didn't care for.

This is by far the most quaint little condo on the beach. The unit has everything you need including a most spectacular view of the ocean, beach and world renowned sunsets. If you are looking for a perfect piece of Heaven on Marco Island, then this is the condo for you. Andrew with the Property Management Co. is the most professional and kindest young man ever and the condo owners are the most delightful individuals that we have come to know. We frequent this condo multiple times per year for the past 10 years and will forever call it our home away from home!!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was perfect for my wife and I who wanted a get away from the cold weather and desperately needed a break from our kids and work life. Great location to watch the dolphins in the early mornings from the beach front patio. The condo fit the two of us comfortably with plenty of space in the living room/kitchen area. It was great having beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and more provided by the condo owners. Great location next to several amazing restaurants and shopping centers. The only thing negative I have to say about this specific unit was the door lock to lock/unlock the front door was a little difficult but other than that, this definitely gets a 10/10 in our book. We will for sure be returning and requesting 302!

My wife and I had a great time here for a quick get-away. The condo is perfect for such an occasion. There are a good number of restaurants about a half mile walk away. I saw on some reviews that people were concerned about the smell of the restaurant below. We did not experience that on our trip. Overall, this was a solid place to stay and my wife and I would stay here again.

When entering property the first we noticed was the smell of fried greasy food in the apartment. The view and apartment we exactly as expected. The smell was horrible. I sprayed febreze, no help. I boiled vinegar still no help. Bought a glad plug in and still could smell the grease. After 2 days of trying I asked for a mop and they provided one. I mopped the floors for found dirt, everywhere. After mopping the smell was gone and the rest of our stay was great. From what I saw the maid never really cleaned corners or mopped just took a broom to the apartment. The apartment comfort level was adequate but the view was so wonderful it really made our stay great. Small things to make staying better would be new pans and also silverware. There was only 3 forks when we arrived and 2 were dessert forks. We got a couple at the thrift store that we left.

Super location on Marco's South Beach. Easy access to Sunset Grille (same building). Wifi and cable worked well. Checkin and out super easy. Everything needed for our duration of stay, including beach stuff! Only ding would be that mattress was a bit firmer than we like.
