It was a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Access to parking and condo was easy and communication was great . Property is close to beach with a great view and easy access to beach and pools. Within walking distance to Pier Park with lots of food and shopping choices.

The furniture was dated in our unit

I was very unsatisfied with our stay. Also had to get someone come fix the bunkbed in kids room. The ladder was broken a

The only things I liked was the fact it was water/beach front and the pool was .

Our gate barcode didn’t work, had to call for someone to open gate every time we left and came back and also the elevators really sucked. Very long waits

So perfect we loved it and we are going to book it again.

The location was amazing. Right on the beach you can watch the water and sip coffee and its amazing.

The only thing we really wanted more of was big blankets that were comfy.

It was incredible, relaxing, and clean!

What didn’t we like! Everything was amazing! The only thing I do wish they had was an indoor pool, but the heated outdoor pool was just fine for our kiddos! Haha very clean and well kept place to stay with a very, almost Victorian/old timer feel. But very clean!

Only wish there was an indoor pool. But hey, it’s FL!

Very nice unit. Had 1 broken Living room Lamp.

Walk way to the rooms. Plenty of carts to get bags to the room.

My Unit said it came with a parking spot. I had to pay $20.00 to park in the lot.. On the early morning departure, the bar code would not let us out of the Lot, ( Said Expired), I was stuck on the phone until someone came to help us. Defintily need more Handi-capped parking for us Seniors.

kind of pricey but worth the convenience of being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, a

location was great. walking distance to Pier Park and right in the beach

the unit was a little dirty. also. there was a broken glass tabletop and broken lamp stashed away in the pantry closet. at the cost per night (after adding up all the fees and taxes) the unit should have been cleaner and not have broken glass stashed in the pantry.

The best locations.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is very good. The building design is not attractive though. Too many rules for a tourist.

There is no lobby that you can hangout with or place to standby. The sofa bed is not good, there is a dent or shallow in the middle. The elevator don’t have any chairs or decorations when you go up to the rooms.

Would never stay there again.

The furniture was old and dirty. My wife put a sheet over the sofa. The floor hadn't been cleaned in weeks maybe months. The sink faucet was on backwards. When we arrived the room temperature was set on 75 degrees and fans didn't work. They did come the next day a fix the A/C and fans.

This condo was great!

Great view of the beach. The condo was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed staying here. The pool area was also very nice.

These are very minor comments, we could have used a couple dryer sheets. We were provided with laundry soap, the dryer sheets would have been nice too. And also minor, the paper towels and toilet paper could be a little better quality.

Can’t wait to rebook!!

Incredible view and enjoyed feeling like I was “at home” while I was on vacation.

There was an issue with ants in one area of the condo but it was quickly addressed by the management company. Very impressed.
