About this apartment rental

One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. The air conditioner did a decent job of keeping condo cool to 74 degrees. Very quiet location with designated parking place. The condo was over 90 degrees when we arrived and took all night to cool the place down. There is one restaurant “Scramble” which was about a mile away otherwise everything else was 10-15” drive. Little Miss BBQ great place to eat! Hot tub was not operating and pool at times looked like it needed to be cleaned. Clean BBQ at poolside which was very nice to grill on. We only used half of the condo on the first level but there is a king size bed/bathroom and daybed on second level. Numerous stairs to get to the condo and impossible to find without the help of the kind local contact person. She was very helpful in showing us where the condo was and gave us a brief orientation to the place. The laminate floor needs to be cleaned but other than that it appears to be taken care of.

We came to Phoenix for a family wedding and enjoyed this property and unit. Tracy is phenomenal! When we landed in Phoenix she had sent me an email letting me know the pools were going to be closed the next due and refunded 1 night stay. That was very gracious of her and continued to provide feedback as to when they would be open. This unit has everything, spices, toiletries, etc. if you forget something, wait to buy it because it’s probably already at the unit. Pools were nice and it is a gated community as well so we felt very safe.

From the moment we checked in and communicated with Tracy our stay went by without any problems. The condo had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The unit was very comfortable, right from our morning coffee overlooking the pool, the time spent at the pool and even relaxing in the evening which made every aspect of our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this VRBO in terms of cleanliness, comfort and the secure gated location.

The beautiful condo has all the comforts of home. We loved the two story floor plan and the view overlooking the pool. The condo is pristine clean and very comfortable. The complex is attractive quiet. We enjoyed the location near North Mountain and the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Very scenic! The condo is centrally located relative to many Phoenix attractions. Highly recommended!

Tracy‘s place is absolutely fantastic. All of our needs were provided for… From linens, to kitchen wear, to pickle ball and tennis rackets! A crib for the baby and lots of towels and sheets as needed. Very comfortable. we were able to have our son and daughter and their baby stay in separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs while we had our own bed and bathroom downstairs on main floor. Pool was in front of condo and tennis rackets and pickle ball courts a short distance away. Lots of places to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy the beauty of Arizona in February.

We have been to Phoenix many times to visit family and stayed at various different properties. This condo, by far, had the most amenities of any others that we have stayed at. Traci thought of everything. A short drive to hiking, many restaurants, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the heated pool during our cooler than normal week.

My family and I visited my son in Phoenix this past weekend and your condo was a huge part of an amazing experience. Communication with Tracy was immediate and appreciative. The condo had everything we needed plus more. The description of the condo was very detailed and the reality surpassed my expectations. This was our second time staying at Tracy's condo. Again, it was perfect for our family. The condo is nicely decorated, close to the pool, super clean, and has everything you need for a stress free vacation. It is close to central phoenix restaurants, Lucy's at the Orchard, and close to Piestawa peak for an early morning summit hike!

Great place that was accurately described in the ad and very nicely stocked! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!! One note - it’s not noted in the instructions but the condo is down around the corner and up the stairs by the pool. That was a little confusing when we first arrived and were trying to find it.

This was our first VRBO and it was a great experience! The owner quickly responded to my questions and was so thoughtful. Instructions for getting in the unit and closing it up were detailed and accurate. We had just about everything we needed and was very comfortable and homey. The property is quiet and the community residents were friendly. The only drawback was the parking. The one reserved spot is as close to the unit as you can get which is great, but if you have an additional vehicle, parking is a bit more challenging. We always found a spot but was usually a bit of a walk. We would definitely recommend or book again in the future.

We had a great stay! My husband and our friend that cam in from Tennessee went into the hot tub every day for a long soak. We went hiking 3 days out of the week that we stayed and the location was perfect for all of the stuff we wanted to do. We went grocery shopping and there was most everything we needed to cook and bake in the house. So that was great. I would recommend this place to my friends and family We had a wonderful time! This was the perfect location for my family to stay while in Phoenix for Christmas. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and it was nice to be so close to North Mountain for a hike. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Phoenix.

We came to visit our son at GCU. This was a great vrbo! Good proximity to the university and all of our activities. Very clean and quiet. The vrbo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condominium complex seems very well kept. Pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing! Check in and out was a breeze. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
