Nuit à Phoenix avant vol retour

Situé dans un cadre agréable à proximité d’un golf, piscine agréable, logement de bonne taille, personnel accueillant. Pas vraiment de restaurant, mais possibilité de manger au bar. 2 boissons gratuites en soirée (happy hour).

Overall I was very pleased with my stay here and look forward to staying here again

The staff were super friendly and super helpful. The room was much nicer than i expected and nicely cold which was very nice dealing with the heat. Breakfast was also delicious and the pool was very nice.

There wasn't anything that i didn't like, everything was excellent

Excellent stay, comfortable and perfect location for my needs.

Room was excellent - and bigger than I expected. I didn't realize that breakfast was included, so that was a bonus - and the omelet was good! It was handy having the golf course next door.

The shower controls were very tricky to get right, they didn't follow any logic and were not well marked, so required a lot of playing around to get the temperature right. There was no English Breakfast tea - only Earl Gray and green teas. But to be clear, these were only minor points in my overall satisfaction.

Good value and made for a nice weekend getaway to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

We loved the made to order breakfast. The chefs working the omelet bar were very personable and definitely showed they enjoy making the food.

Our room had a musty type smell. The white curtains in the bedroom had some rips and tears. Generally looks like some upkeep was needed in our room.

We overpaid for a luxury experience that we did not have.

Breakfast was really good. Made to order. The actual area and the amenities outside of building were nice.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, I booked a golf course view and didn’t get the right room.

Not worth the money.

Breakfast.

The bed was like sleeping on a board. The GM had 2 mattress pads put on the bed so it did make it a little comfortable. Still was not great. Hotel has really gone down hill. Needs renovation badly. Was not worth the money at all!

The staff was great and our room was nice.

Our bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to shut on both sides and it was annoying doing that in the middle of the night while the other person was sleeping.

Great stay for the weekend

The hotel is great. Nice breakfast and complimentary happy hour. I loved the fact the hotel has a living room so my 18 months baby could sleep well while we were in the other room talking without bothering him. I just would like to add that the rooms in front of the pool/golf course were a bit noise because (from the people at the pool and loud music all day) so if noise bothers you (or you have a baby that likes silent to sleep as I do), chose a room with parking view. We asked to change rooms and they were great in doing that for us. So ai can't complain of anything. I would recommend and would definitely come back

The golf course

The staff !!!!! If your not white or present your self as wealthy they treat u less than !!! Hot water didn’t even work in the shower . Not once was I asked if I wanted my room cleaned or asked if we needed towels on a 3 night stay . Worse money ever spent .
