Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Just 4 blocks away, guests can access Camp WaterColor, an outdoor activity center with 2 pools, waterslides, a lazy river, an outdoor basketball court, and the Canteen Restaurant & Bar.
DETAILS: Welcome to the Boathouse! This fabulous 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury WaterColor home is ideal for relaxing and taking in the Florida beach life. Located in Phase I of WaterColor, it's just 3 blocks to the Gulf of Mexico and 50 yards to Seaside with its many boutiques and dining options. Guests will enjoy the pristine sugar sand beaches, award-winning tennis facilities, nearby state parks and preserves, and multiple community pools.
Nostalgic seafarer decor flows beautifully through the Boathouse. The first floor is comprised of an open family room, dining area, and kitchen, providing plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Also, a quad twin-bedroom suite with a private bathroom is on the first floor.
On the second floor, guests will find 3 additional bedrooms, a laundry, screened porch, and a private porch off the primary bedroom.
Detached stairs behind the main house leads to the large sunning deck of the carriage house, equipped with a living room, kitchen, laundry, king bedroom, and a private bathroom.
Whether visiting Florida's Emerald Coast for the first time or the twentieth, Boathouse is a charming escape with plenty to do. Use the 5 adult bikes provided with the property to visit acres of parks and gardens or stroll nearby footpaths.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
