Good place to stay, recommended

The place is good, only walking distance to explore around. The staff is friendly, especially when they have a good breakfast with an excellent view. We found our favorite lunch place only 2 minutes by walking to the corner of the street.

There are lights coming from the TV that we need to cover with the towel. Overall still a good place to stay.

Если бы не локация и терраса поставила бы отелю плохую оценку

Локация и терраса просто вау 🤩. Терраса открыта круглосуточно .

Чистота номера ужасная . Ремонт старый . В ванной плитка отваливается . Когда мы заехали в ванной на кафеле были прилипшие чьи-то черные волосы . Я попросила убрать . Мои просьбы игнорировали . Номер не убирали три дня . В итоге когда я разозлилась и ЕЩЁ раз напомнила о уборке у нас убрали . Но волосы так и остались висеть на месте . Прикреплю фото.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt optimal

- Sauberes Hotel - super Lage - nettes Personal - Frühstück war gut und hatte sehr viel Auswahl

- Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und wir mussten konstant heizen um es warm zu bekommen - Toilettensitz nach 2 Minuten in der Hand gehabt, weil er so locker war - so gut wie nur kaltes Wasser !!

Not bad, but could have been better

I liked the friendly staff and the location of the hotel.

I was not too fond of the services. The rooms were not cleaned daily, and the bathroom we had in our room was tiny. There was no toilet paper. The hotel was a bit outdated and needed an upgrade to the amenities. The breakfast could have been a little better—maybe a more modern and welcoming atmosphere.

Nice hotel, recommended.

Nice hotel with perfect view to Suleymanie Mosque. Also you can have breakfast every morning- there are a few kind of cheese and olives, tomato, cucumbers, topings and other things. And also boiled eggs, omelet, sausages and other things. Room is big (on the 3 floor).

Location. Too long way to the city center, about 20 minutes. It was dangerous in the night.

Good for short stay

Hotel is ok, close to Suleimania mosque , small , but cosy .

For 8 days my accommodation they not changed bedding and only 1 time did cleaning room . I asked to do it. Second time only changed the towels . The mattress and pillows not comfortable . Otherwise the hotel is very budget so this a balance . Location is between Lalely and Eminonu . For old people could be difficult go up on a hill.

- the location is great - the rooms look nice - rooftop terrace has a great view

- dirty rooms: the bathroom was full with toothpaste splashes, towels were dirty (more than once), the floor was not clean and dead mosquitos on the walls - low quality bed: polyester bed lining which makes you feel like in plastic foil while sleeping in summer. Also the beds are hard as a rock - bad customer service: once i came back from a night out at midnight and I was told I had to change my room because there was an issue they had to fix there. The concierge gave me 5 minutes (!) to pack everything and move. After discussing he gave me 10 minutes more so I have time to grab all my stuff. Then he didn't show up for half an hour, which meant I was forced to wait until 1 o'clock until I could finally go to bed! - the breakfast consisted of cereals, some warm cheese (no cooling of the food which is very unpleasant in summer), packed butter and jam and a few other things. It is not worth the money at all.

Great staff, cleanliness, location and price.

The room was clean and the A/C worked fine. Staff was great! The terrace was a great place to spend some time after a long day walking. Coffee and tea was always available in the terrace. The room size was ok. It had a fridge and all the toiletries. Location was great!

I would prefer a better view.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Chose the property on location and previous reviews. The staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful. We had suites which were of good size, very clean, comfortable beds, amazing shower. 1 had a much better view than the other. Free breakfast 8:30~10:30 was basic Continental but perfectly adequate and tasty to set you up for the day.

The lift was not working when we were there and a delay to fix it due to Eid holiday. This was problem as 3 out of the 4 of us have medical issues that made the stairs to our top floor suite daily a painful struggle.

Great value for money, nice room!

The room was big, clean and spacious. The staff was attentive and providing all the information needed. The view from breakfast is really nice and they had coffee, tea and water any time.

The breakfast options were not many. The rest was great!

Excellent place to stay, very authentic!!

We loved this hotel. I traveled with my children, I booked family suite, it was very authentic and spacious. The area of this part of old town is unique, protected by UNESCO. Our windows were faced to Suleymaniye mosque, it’s gorgeous. All historic sightseeing places are in walking distance or you can choose tram (2 stops to Blue mosque). There are a lot of cute cafes. It is a very quiet and safe area. Breakfast is on the top of the building with a splendid view on the city. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing view of Sulumaniye Mosque 🕌

The accommodation was excellent, the staff were super helpful and kind. The location was perfect for what we wanted to explore and the bed was super comfy. Being vegan the breakfast had enough to accommodate us.

The only thing we can think of, is having a sign outside to help with locating the hotel.

Good location and breakfat. Good helpfull staff. All historical attraction can be reached on foot. Metro, bus, tram statioms are really close. The neighborhood is silent therefore you can rest after loud Istanbul.

Superb

It is a cozy hotel with good location. Located next to the Sülemaniye Mosque. On a quiet street, so it is quiet and peaceful there. While walking distance to Sultanahmet. There is a tram and metro nearby. Good wifi, kettle with tea and nescafe in the room. Nice breakfast terrace with beautiful view to mosque. You can drink tea, coffee or water throughout the day. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Some problem with hot water in the bathroom. In the double room the windows didn't work well, hard to open and close. But these were small things and for me not a big problem.

big indoor terrace where you can work and drink tea and coffee.

the shower was clogged. I asked like 3-4 times to fix, no result. windows look at a parking lot. when I arrived I was given a room that was worse than that on pictures, only after asking why he give the right one. staff could have been nicer.
