Exceptional

The property was located in a perfect location. All the main attractions where near the hotel such as The Blue Mosque , Hagia Sophia , Topkapı Palace. They were walking distant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange taxis , airport transfer, also arrange a trip for the night cruise. The hotel has a Turkish spa which was fantastic. Near the hotel there are alot of local takeaway/ restaurants as well as gift shops.

Old world charm, central location, walking distance to all major attractions, nearby restaurants are good value. Air Con was great.

Not much to moan about. Central location does lend itself to some road noise but the building is very well sound proofed.

Decent stay. They need to fix a few simple things before I will be willing to return.

Friendly staff and great location..helpful about finding tours. Despite what other reviews said, I found the breakfasts satisfactory.

The room always stunk, and the bathroom smelled worse. Besides our insistence to staff, the AC didn't work and we were uncomfortable. I had to keep the windows open, which was loud.

location and reception staff nice duvet got the room I requested as well as an hour later checkout

small room bad lighting BAD breakfast no cups/spoon in the room had to ask for coffee/milk on my second day after housekeeping was in the room shower leaked paperthin walls

didn’t clean the room at all for the whole duration of my stay. bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom all the time filled the room that will not clear all the time, was hard to sleep from the smell and the reception won’t change the room for us.

The hotel has a quiet location, very close to tram and metro stations, within a few minutes' walk of all historical places. Everything in the hotel is very new, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is really great, they also organize airport transfer services and tours at reasonable prices, I recommend it to everyone. The staff was perfect, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was different and delicious. The restaurant (breakfast place) was new, it was quite different from the hotel part, it is on the top floor with an amazing view. The room was decent. The bed was very comfortable with clean, nice sheets.The location is perfect. Our towels were changed every day. Greetings from Bulgaria

The bathroom was not very clean. There were quite a few broken things in the room, such as the hair dryer, the minibar door. The hotel needs refreshing and minor repair. But these are minor things. Our stay was wonderful.

An amazing place in the best location!

The people working at this hotel are the nicest. They gave us the room early and even offered us a complimentary breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious. The rooms were sparkly clean and cleaned every day.
