Hotel quasi al centro , personale accogliente,pulizia lasciava desiderare,colazione buona

Era molto vicina alle cose principali del Istanbul, moschea e palazzo toptaki

Pulizia lasciava molto desiderare, Bagno non pulito , carta igienica non sigillata , water non sigillato, polvere ,, e arredamento abbastanza vecchio Il transfert aeroporto hotel e viceversa pagato in anticipo al hotel però il tassista ha voluto lo stesso 200 lira perché secondo lui ha fatto in altra strada per evitare il trafico ,, cosa che non ho capito cosa centrava con me .., beh pazienza

Nice

Hotel is nice cleaned and people are nice they try to help as a best. They provide free informations about the old city over the turistic map and they help with organizations with discounted price such as boath tours on the Bosporus and the other kind of for out of Istanbul. Cleaners are nice and terrace is good. Have great work for everyone.

Overall, it was a good stay, perfect location close to most attractions.

We liked everything provided by the hotel. We just wish the terrace was air-conditioned because it was very hot during breakfast time and the sun was striking almost every table..

The terrace being not air conditioned.

Vacation in Istanbul.

Stuff was great and very helpful.

The room inside have a damaged hole on the walls,towels was very old probably are from the time the hotel is in the business and the blankets having a huge hole and not even sheets under the blankets. Very disappointed.

Best location for visiting the most famous mosques

The room was next to the elevator and the rooftop bar/restaurant. Therefore it was often noisy till late night

The breakfast was so bad, we couldn’t eat it so we had to eat somewhere else.

Small hotel with hospitality staff, very good breakfast and very closed by walk to the main turistics attractions in historicaly part of old IST town. Near the tram station conected with underground for exploring IST other parts of town including boats trip on Bospor and Gold Horn.

All about hotel fullfil my expactations takingin in account the hotel accomodation price.

With great employees the stay was very nice.

The location is great and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from. Employees always happy to help.

I liked every minute.

the location great, room was comfortable and clean. The view from the rooftop nice I liked it. Staff were perfect, kind and polite they care about their guests.

The stay was comfortable with the perfect location. Booked a triple room which was far too small. Equipped for 2 people.

The location was perfect

Shower head not fixed and kept falling off stand, had to hold in hand and shower. Breakfast not much variety.

The bedsheets and towels were a bit old with stains.

Superb

Excellent location, very close to all the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was very nice and great view from the hotel of the Blue Mosque.

The room was a bit small but I think all hotels in that area that way.
