Located just west of Route 1 in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, this 2,100 square foot home is just over a mile to the beach and boardwalk. This home is central to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer, yet is quiet and private.
This family-friendly community offers convenient access to many of Rehoboth Beach’s local attractions. Grab the beach chairs and umbrellas, and head over to the beach and boardwalk. You can easily get there via driving, walking, biking, or take a 5 minute walk to the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) and avoid the local traffic and parking meters. Take the back road to The Fresh Market for a quick grocery run, dine at Blue Coast Seafood or Big Fish Grill, shop-till-you-drop at the Tanger Outlets, or have a great day out with the kids at Jungle Jim’s – River Safari Water Park (Seasonal). Head over to Rehoboth Avenue for additional shopping and restaurants, or take a stroll down the boardwalk. Super easy access to all Route 1 has to offer! You can also grab the pool passes and enjoy a sunny day at the community pool or tennis court. So you don't have to pack your car to capacity, we also supply 8 Beach Chairs, two umbrellas, a beach cart, four collapsible chairs, and an assortment of outdoor games!

Relax in the semi-private backyard, and grill some dinner on the brand new 5 burner stainless steel outdoor grill, or play cornhole, ladderball, frisbee, etc. Plenty of grass to sink your toes into and room for outdoor activities! Unwind and read a good book in the beautiful four season sunroom. And, thanks to the newly installed tankless water heater, even with a party of 10, everyone gets a hot shower/bath whenever they want!
When your busy day has come to an end, you can finally drift off to sleep or watch HD Smart TV in the first-floor bedroom suite with a brand new comfortable pillow-top king size mattress, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs you’ll find the second bedroom suite with a brand new queen size mattress, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, both with brand new queen size mattresses and large closets, and a loft that has a daybed with trundle. A full-size bathroom is located in the main hallway. All bedrooms include flat-screen smart HDTV’s and ceiling fans. Loft has a smart HDTV too.

We had a fabulous time for our family vacation down in Rehoboth!! Andrew’s home is a beautiful and modern rental decorated with solid simplicity. Incredibly spacious, it fits 10 people beyond comfortably - whether we were all having dinner together or whether we all needed some peace and quiet to ourselves throughout the week - there was enough space for both scenarios! It was perfectly clean upon arrival and a great convenience to have the linens and bath towels included in the rental - not to mention the community pool, beach chairs and beach umbrella that are available for guests👌 We have been renting in Rehoboth for years and this has been our unanimous favorite! Andrew was quick, helpful and friendly throughout our communications!! I highly recommend this rental- you will not be disappointed!!

We had a great stay, and the house was perfect for our needs. Easy drive to the boardwalk, and at least if you go on the early side (10 am), the parking there is really easy. If you ride bike and don't mind crossing a few interesting intersections, there's a really really good loop, 15 miles that we rode almost every day. We are looking forward to going back to this house again. Thank you!

This is our second year in a row staying here and it’s always a perfect time. Upon arrival the house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. This house is really in a great location. You can get to Fresh Market, Exxon, and one of the outlets without red lights, and it’s easy to get to the beach and downtown rehoboth. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and there seems to be a lot of permanent folks in the complex. Andrew is a great host, always responsive to text messages.

Our group enjoyed our stay very much, the place is beautifully decorated, bright, clean and roomy for 9 of us. The kitchen was well appointed, we cooked most nights and the location was excellent, 5 min walk to bus stop to the beach. Linens and beds were comfortable. The house is very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen and baths are up-to-date and well appointed. The art work is "beachy" and fitting. Andrew was excellent from initial contact through check out and follow-up. I've rented often in Edgewater, Canal Corkran, Rehoboth Crossing and Sanibel. This was one of the best choices I made. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room and everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. The house is even better than the pictures, the location is perfect, and Andrew is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This is our 3rd year at this beautiful home and we will be back again next year!

The house was perfect for our family get together. The space allowed our party of 8 to socialize , cook and sleep in a comfortable setting. The house is in a great location, close to all the action. Andrew was very accessible to answer our questions and respond to our needs. The only downer was the fireplace was inoperative.

This beach house has exceptional amenities and includes beach gear and linens, which saved use from traveling in two cars this year. The owner, Andrew, is extremely responsive and checked in at the beginning of the week to ensure everything met our expectations. The kitchen is well stocked and the gas geill worked like a charm. The house lived up to all of our expectations, not to mention the pool that was within a block of the house, the great shopping within walking distance and great restaurants.....all within a short distance to the beach! I was a bit nervous that the neighborhood would be quite loud given its close proximity to Jungle Jim's (walking distance), but I couldn't have been more wrong. This property is tucked away far enough that it's very quiet and peaceful. Given that we stayed there with children, we did enjoy the short walk to Jungle Jim's during our stay and were able to pop out for a quick lunch back at the house and walk back to finish out the afternoon. House was fully equipped with what we needed, including linens and plenty of towels for everyone. We could have used a couple more comforters/blankets for the beds but we also like the AC blasting, so we ended up compromising on the AC setting. This place is also walking distance to Fractured Prune, for the best donuts, and a really short drive to the beach. We took full advantage of the community swimming pool and tennis court. Overall really happy with this location, will consider booking again for future family gatherings.

Andrew was a great host! He was very accommodating and welcoming upon our arrival. The house is exactly as described in the listing. We traveled with two younger children and they had a blast. Even though it was rainy most of the weekend they really enjoyed being in the house and playing the games that were provided. One day we ventured to the beach and appreciated the beach items that were in the garage for us to use. This is our second time at this property and will not be the last!

This is our 2nd year at Andrew’s house and we will be back again next year. The house is everything in the description and more. It’s well equipped, great location and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Andrew’s home is beautiful and spotless. The home was very spacious and we never felt crowded even with 6 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and 13. Keys of Marsh Harbor is a nice neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. The location was perfect. The home was located off Route 1 behind Jungle Jim's close to all the outlets, restaurants and beaches. It was so nice to come back at the end of a busy day and unwind in this lovely home and quiet neighborhood.
Andrew's home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, TV’s in all the bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer and plenty of parking.
It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and linens were provided. Andrew was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Andrew checked in by text during our stay to make sure everything was good and we were enjoying ourselves. Bob his property manger was also great to work with. Andrew’s customer service is top notch. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Andrew and his beautiful Home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home. Andrew, thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our 2 daughters, son-in-laws and grandsons, We had a wonderful time!

Honestly, there’s no real constructive criticism I might impart here. Our stay was perfect. The neighbors were quiet, the location was accessible to the beach and town. The furnishings were similar quality to what we have at home; very comfortable and the beds were nice and cozy. We were so happy that we chose well, as choosing ‘wrong’ can, in my experience, dampen the experience for all.
