This house is right on the beach, and it was so easy to go in and out whenever we wanted. The house is pretty nice, though the dining room table was a bit too small to fit everyone. All in all a good rental and we would go back.

Unfortunately I was extremely underwhelmed and disappointed by this unit. There was an extreme lack of kitchen supplies. And the entire unit is dirty as if there was no cleaning done at all between us and the last family.

We were very pleased by the location of this property on the beach. The views of the sunrise and moonrise were spectacular! And being a the beach in late April early May was terrific!

We spent a week at this property and loved it! Location is amazing - oceanfront and central to all the best places in Dewey - and the property was plenty big for our 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog. Also the included beach gear was a huge bonus! Agree with other reviews that the house needs some TLC but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

This place was right on the beach which was really nice. The interior shows wear but didnt interfere with our fun. This was one of the only vacations weve been on with comfortable living room furniture. So our family game nights were awesome. The beds are a lil stiff but manageable. Downstairs bathroom sink drain doesnt open. There was an issue with the listed address and getting our towels delivered. We were told 3(n.o. st) but it is actually 2 (unit3). But that too got sorted out. Great ac unit and well kitchen.

Great oceanfront stay with plenty of space. Love the furniture and dining options inside and out. Only negative is that the Upstairs bedroom (for kids) didn't get great circulation and was a little hot. All things considered would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay - the house is exactly as pictured. Check in by email. Two decks with comfortable chairs overlooking the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to restaurants. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

Without going into explicit detail, the house was not clean which left a very bad impression for me and my family. All in all we had a great vacation but for the amount of money spent, there should be a cleaning service that cleans thoroughly. Things that were moldy should be replaced or cleaned. The communication with the property manager was very good when reached out regarding a clogged tub drain, she was very quick to respond and fix the issue.

Property is on the beach. Quiet, even though it's near restaurants and stores. Layout is comfortable and kitchen has all necessary implements. Communication with host was excellent- easy check-in/check-out.

Our family of seven adults LOVED our stay at this beautiful beachfront townhouse. Just steps from the beach, it is well-furnished, clean, spacious and within walking distance from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. All of our questions were answered promptly. We highly recommend!

Our second time staying here and couldn’t be happier with the place and of course the location, on the beach!. Clean and comfortable and roomy for all 8 of us. And the owner responds right away to any requests. Highly recommend this place to get away from it all but to also be close to it all! Dewey stores, restaurants and bars one block away and Rehoboth just a hop skip away too. We had the best time and we will come back to this lovely townhouse on the beach

This was a great location for three of us to have the first getaway together in decades. I recommend it. Do this with your brothers/sisters (and nobody else) some time. It’s important. Do it at this property if that works for you. Easy to walk to food, etc.

I stayed at this place for several weeks to celebrate my retirement. It was me and my dog with a series of visits from parts of my family. The place was perfect with a clean beachy feel. I especially enjoyed the view of the beach from the master bedroom and its deck on the second floor. We enjoyed meals around the table on the deck on the first floor. And folks who stayed up on the top floor appreciated the view of the beach as well. The place was clean and well equipped. We got an immediate response when we asked for help getting the sliding doors and screens to work smoothly. We could easily walk to restaurants yet we had the privacy and close access to the beach and the ocean. I would come again.

We had a great week at the beach. 6 adults, 2 children, & 2 dogs fit perfectly in the home and the location to everything was perfect! The size of the beds is slightly different then listing, on the second floor it’s 2 king beds and the queen is up on the 3rd floor, but other then that the listing was accurate and well kept.

Our extended family had a wonderful time in this unit. We were as close to the beach as we could be. Despite being only a block away from Dewey's "downtown" it was exceptionally quiet. The web page needs to be updated; there are now two king beds, and a new standard-sized refrigerator. The views of the beach from the second-floor balcony were amazing. One down side--the third-floor bedroom with the two twins houses the air handler and is noisy. Our daughter likes noise to sleep so it was ok. Would def come here again if we returned to the Delaware shore.

Absolutely loved our stay! You can not beat the location of this property. It is beach front and easy walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the Jolly Trolley for rides into Rehoboth. There are plenty of beach chairs for use in the lower storage area. This lower area also has a private outdoor shower and a convenient hose for rinsing sandy feet or dogs. The view from the balcony of the master bedroom is truly spectacular. The owner is easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly. One of the perks is that the door is keyless entry. It is super convenient to not have to worry about keys when headed to the beach or out to dinner. My family definitely looks forward to returning next summer!
