Magnificent home On The Beach, click on the video tab to your left to see this one of a kind home.! A Wonderful View! This luxury house has been recently updated with new flooring and paint so it is like a new home. Professionally decorated , contemporary luxury home sleeps 14. The home is a three story, 3200 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with an elevator. The third floor has 4 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, three masters with king beds and private baths with showers, the bunk room sleeps four and has a bathroom with a tub, all rooms have televisions. Two of the master bedrooms have access to a third floor shared balcony with an amazing beach view. The main entry to the house is on the second floor. The second floor is the common area with sleek modern leather couches, a 55 inch TV with access to internet, bar, large granite table that seats 12, stainless steel kitchen appliances, additional eating or game table for eight, a sitting area of rattan and a covered porch with beach views, a full bath with shower completes this floor. The first floor has two bedrooms, a king size bed, a second room with bunk beds, and a shared full bath. This floor has a central living area with a foosball game table, kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and television. A seating area and exit to a back porch make this area great for a kids or adults that desire extra privacy.
Other amenities include exterior showers, 5 parking spaces in total, close to downtown shopping, restaurants and the marina.

First time in 13 years of us doing family beach trips did the weather steal beach time. We had one full great day on the beach and 2 days of house time. Luckily the house is large enough that we had space to spread out. This was our second visit to this home, and it is perfect for our large family especially if you have a disabled family member where the elevator is so very helpful! Communication with the owner was outstanding. Reached out to check on us a couple time due to the inclement weather.

We take an annual family trip each year and decided to go to the beach. The house was a perfect fit for our family- age ranges from 6 weeks to 71! And it was a first time beach trip for several of the children and they loved it! There is a pack & play for babies but there is not a booster seat or high chair. If you need one you will need to bring it.
Luckily there is an elevator as the house is 3 floors. We primarily used it for luggage but it was available if needed. The main living area is on the 2nd floor and sadly, the sand berm blocks the ocean view. There is a balcony on the 3rd floor and standing, you can see the ocean. The chairs are low so you cannot see over the railing to get an ocean view- that would be my only suggestion for improvement...higher chairs so you can enjoy the view during morning coffee or nightly cocktails.
The boardwalk to the beach is very close to the house. We rented a golf cart to make transporting our tent, chairs, toys and children easier.
Lucy was very attentive and checked on us during our stay. We did not have any issues, but if we did, I am sure she would have responded quickly.

Our stay was wonderful! Comfortable, great location, and everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Owner was prompt answering any questions we had and truly cared about our stay. If you are questioning whether to book it, just do it! You won't regret it.

Our extended family of ten, 8 adults and 2 children had plenty of space in this home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the island was the perfect size for dinner and games. Short walk to the boardwalk and beach made it easy with little ones to pack up and have to come in quickly for breaks/naps. There were no beach toys unfortunately for the kids. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our group of 7 had plenty of room at this beautiful property! The location was ideal -- just a few steps to the boardwalk over to the beach. Watching sunrise from the deck(s) each morning was perfect. And the communication from the property manager was top-notch. We hope to be back!

Our family of 9 ranges in age from 20 to 87, so having an elevator is perfect for our group. We have stayed at this location for a number of years and plan to go again in the future.There is a wonderful large island around which all our family gathers for meals; however, the only item on our wish list is a separate table large enough for our family to play games and work puzzles. Having a walkway to the beach just steps from our door is a real plus. And the location could not be better. The property manager is receptive to immediately handling any problem that might arise. We LOVE this home and are so grateful it is available for us to use!

This is our second stay at this house. Lisa is wonderful to work with and communicates quickly if you have any questions. House is spacious with wonderful gathering spaces for a large group.

Home was exactly as advertised. Great location, short walk to beach and a mile to all the shops and restaurants. The layout of the home was great for our family. The 1st floor private suite with a king bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom and living are was perfect for 3 year old and parents. The kitchen was well appointed and the large island easily accommodated all 10 of us. Many laughs were shared around the island. The bedrooms were all spacious with great bathrooms. Amazing views of the ocean. We were there for a full moon and spent evenings on the balconies watching it rise. Property manager and owner were very easy to work with and very prompt to reply. This just might become an annual trip!

This house is wonderful for the 12 ladies that stayed at this house. Seven of us met at college 40 plus years ago.
We had an awesome time playing games at the big island
and having our meals.
When looking for a house, I always look for a table that will accommodate everyone at one table to enjoy our meals together.
At one point, we had people watching football, putting a puzzle together, some shopping and some sitting on the porch.
We had a really good time visiting, eating and enjoying the beach and pool!

The house was great for our family! The front door was not coded properly. The back porch was covered in grease. But overall everything was great.

The house was perfect for our large family and checked all the boxes! The easy access to the beach, balcony view of the sunrise every morning and of the beach was an added bonus. Having an elevator made it easy for my mother to not have to go up and down the stairs. This house will be our first choice every time we come back. Thank you, Lucy, for all of your help!💕

We had a good stay. The house is laid out well for big groups and has lots of amenities. The beach access and beach view are great! The host was very responsive and communicated with us during our stay. I would recommend this house for a fun beach vacation with friends and family.

We are a family of two retired teachers, my wife's three kids and our five grandkids. Age 16-32. This house was perfect for our large group. The views of the ocean and beach are fabulous. When we first entered, the house was spotless and they just had a new washer dryer installed, so we were able to keep all the towels clean. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary plates, bowls, silverware and pots and pans. The gas grill is downstairs and works great. The host is the best, great contact with her throughout the reservation process through our stay, then follow up comments. As close to the beach as you can possibly be located. Recommend this house to everyone. Enjoyed it for four fantastic nights.

My children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay at your house! This is our second stay here. The house has everything we need! It is perfect for our family of 14. Everyone has their space and privacy . The adults love sitting on the balcony at night to talk. The older children can walk to the beach as it is a close walk. We plan on returning!

Beautifully appointed home. We brought three generations of our family and enjoyed the house. Furnished and equipped to a higher standard than expected.
And the views from the balconies was stunning!!!
In addition the Property Manager was attentive to any needs or questions that arose.

We were a group of 4 small families and this house was perfect for us! As soon as we arrived house was clean and A/C was cool! We had questions through our stay and they were very responsive. Had a small issue with grill and they took care of it. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with the views we had. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed the week in Port Aransas for our daughter's graduation from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Family and friends came from Georgia, Indiana and Texas. Had a total of 13. The overall experience was amazing and so relaxing. The layout & atmosphere of the house was great and extremely comfortable for the whole group and the interior elevator makes is so easy to move luggage. Cannot say enough about the location. Morning sunrises and walks on the beach. The check-in process was a breeze and the host reached out several times to make sure everything in the house was good and if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again

This is a lovely home that feels like you are in someone’s home and certainly not at a rental.
The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you might need well organized.
There’s even a commercial coffee maker with a pot filler that finally makes sense!!

What a great house! We 4 couples had plenty of room and each couple had a private bath. The kitchen was perfect, and the location could not have been better. The boardwalk to the beach is just a few steps from the house. Thank you Lucy for being so responsive to our questions!

This is our 6th year holding our Easter family reunion at this beautiful property. Everything is always clean and well-supplied. The house is large enough that everyone has their own space. The large kitchen gives us space to all be together, as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had 4 generations get together for Spring Break. This home was perfect as everyone had plenty of space. The home is beautiful and well maintained. Nicely appointed, it had everything we needed and more. Breathtaking views from both balconies and such a short walk to the beach. Close drive to all of the attractions. The kids also enjoyed the pool. We would definitely come back to this home!

Home was perfect for our group of 10 adults.. each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen island is huge so easy to gather around, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, good grill for our grilled fish dinner night. We enjoyed the decks, easy access to the beach, birding center, dining. Spent a day at USS Lexington and the Botanical gardens. Lucy was our contact and she was great, answered all questions quickly and checked in via text to see if all was good, she was fantastic!

Having stayed at various properties around the country for the past 10 years, we're used to encountering places that are less-than the photos in the advertising. Not the case with this gem. Spacious, well-appointed, and direct access to the beach. Could not have asked for more. We will certainly be coming back her many more times!

Customer service is superior. Home well stocked and different living areas allow for private and group living space. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Weather was cold during our visit and home remained cozy. Lucy is wonderful to work with and was so responsive to any issues that arose.

We were blown away when we walked into the home as the beach was much closer and kitchen island much bigger than expected. Our family consisted of ages 5-72. There was lots of space to spread out and the home was well stocked. We appreciated the easy code access, beach towels, game room, gas grill, quiet neighborhood and top of the line coffee station. Details were well thought out! Thank you for the hospitality!

Can’t beat location. Size and style is great. Communication outstanding. Perfect place to celebrate a 99 year old father, or any celebration actually. Kitchen is great, we have all our meals and enough seating at the island for 10. Love this home.

A beach front property is the type of house our family looks for each summer. This house was great. Close to the boardwalk, beach. Community pool and town amenities. The elevator was sooo nice while unloading and loading. The home was really well-stocked with kitchen items and linens. Lovely bedrooms. Bathrooms in every bedroom was super convenient. Cozy family room. One little suggestion- maybe lighten up decor in family room but rooms over all were lovely.
