Pleasant

Location is great with view.

Staff are old and not nice, hotel is old. There is no ramp to pull our luggage up from entrance.

Good hotel to spend one night in Jeju city

Great location, close to the city center and to the market. There are dining options and convenience stores at walking distance, very convenient for spending only one night in Jeju city and getting to see the downtown. The room was quite standard, a bit old school, but spacious, clean and provided of everything needed.

It's not a fancy hotel, but it's a good option for one night. Our stay was good!

Very good

The room was clean and nice. It had a nice view of the sea.

The hotel was not on the ground floor so you had to lug your bags up a flight of stairs to reach the lobby. The location was also off the city center and not near the main bus lines.

The staff was rude with us and don’t speak English. There is not free parking, despite they say so in booking

Well received on arrival. Highly recommended & will stay again if I return to Jeju

You might consider placing lights near each bed for reading.

Clean hotel just in front of sea.

Excellent views. Clean rooms, excellent location, friendly staff.

The hotel did not have a drop off point and it happened that it was raining heavily when I was about to leave. So I had to lug my heavy baggage down the stairs.

Superb

Overall is really good.

The hotel does not support children and disable people care to bring stroleror wheelchair, such as there is no proper way to go the receptionist. It is just difficult stair to go.

Great location and clean rooms

Awesome location. Very clean, especially the shower.

Parking was an issue. No spaces available, had to park at another location.

Tricky with a car

The location.

The hotel site said they had parking, but the parking is a public lot across the street, free only on weekends, gets pretty crowded. We only found out about it after driving around the hotel a few times trying to find a temporary spot somewhere on the street so we could at least check in and ask where the hotel parking was located. Also it was forbidden to bring outside food or water.

My preferred place to stay

It’s close to the shopping district, and the staff is always helpful and nice.

The pillows are thin and the aircon doesn’t turn on in the winter.
