About this house rental

White Deer is our cozy cottage in the woods. Located in a private, gated community, you can watch deer from the back deck. Our newly renovated home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, all on one floor, and boasts new appliances, carpet and living room furniture. Enjoy a fire in the fireplace, or a leisurely soak in the outdoor hot tub. Take a relaxing walk along the gently sloping road, or walk to Spruce Island Lake for a more vigorous hike. Our home has cable and wireless internet.

OLD TIMBERLINE -

A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.

You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

The place was not very clean and showers didnt have much pressure and not much hot water outside was growed up not veryer kid friendly the front porch has places in it that is dangerous boards are rotating out

White deer it's centrally located in old Tmberline. There are plenty of opportunities to explore nature. White Deer is private surroundings to enjoy the hot tub under the stars. If you are looking to relax and enjoy nature this is the place. This was our second time staying there.

Nice little house - 1 floor was good for my older dog. The best feature was the seclusion and piece and quiet, hot tub was not bad either not much interaction but Becky quickly answered my initial fe questions - Check in was simple

Was a great experience, we will be returning. We were surprised to find a "hot tub" on the property - we enjoyed relaxing in the tub. Also was nice to see all the board game selection the property had - the kids had some old fashion fun! :) I didn't get to talk to much with people but , the times we did, very helpful and nice.

The houses in cabin mountain are secluded from each other, you are near the Lakes, you are near Timberline, it has a hot tub, it is pet friendly, and it is a smaller house for smaller families! So many rentals are so HUGE and not what we need at all! It was great. We will come back to Mountain Top Rental again and rent this unit again!

We had a great week with our family enjoying different winter themed activities ever day. The cabin was very relaxing with the hot tub and fireplace! The fully furnished kitchen made it easy to prepare our meals as well! We will definitely be coming back! Everyone was friendly and helpful and easy to contact!

Our two boys used the dresser the twin room and said that the bottom drawer was broken - they couldn't push it in or out. Also, we could not figure out how to get the DVD player to work. We kept trying different Inputs with the remote but the TV would not register the DVD player so we watched Netflix instead. This was a great location that we would consider renting again.

Perfect location for trips to multiple state parks for hiking and biking. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with supplies, nice little side yard for pets, hot tub was great. We will stay here again if we have a chance to come back!

Only quip would be that when we arrived, the lid to the hot tub was up and the tub was 45 degrees.

Very nice place. Very clean...felt very secluded. Perfect for a couple or smaller family. Becky is wonderful each an every time. I come down once a year with a very large family and once or twice with just my husband and myself,and she is always so helpful in suggesting which houses are best. Also very friendly.
