Recently purchased, this well maintained condo has incredible Chattahoochee River views from the spacious top floor covered porch and only a short walk to the heart of downtown, this is an ideal Helen getaway. The king size bedroom has a see-though gas-log fireplace, flat screen TV and door that leads out to the large fully- furnished outdoor covered deck. Large bathroom includes a jetted tub, a separate shower and a linen closet for extra storage. Being a top floor unit awards the best views of the river and also assures a very quiet stay. This spacious 980 square feet condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable leather couch and loveseat, Flat screen TV, Gas Fireplace (winter months) all new artwork and accessories. The well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a pub style table and chairs. Washer and dryer also in the unit.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Helen, GA. This condo was right on the banks of the river. We enjoyed watching the people going down the river in their tubes. The location of the condo was great. We walked to everything in town and didn't have to hassle with or pay for parking.

We had a great time time in Helen, and this spot was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. It's walking distance to really anywhere you might go in Helen. Easy parking if you need to take the car out. Clean unit, comfortable furniture, space to stretch. 10/10 would recommend, we'd definitely stay here again.

This property is situated within walking distance of the town from one end to the other. The town is only 1.0 miles wide, so we left the car in the convenient parking space and walked everywhere. It turned out that the time between Christmas and New Years is nuts in Helen, so pack your patience for the crowds. We highly recommend this condo. Hosts were extremely responsive to our every request for information. The unit was very clean, modern and had everything one might need!

This condo is in a great location. You get the peace and tranquility of the river in back and the beautiful lights of Helen and the Georgia Mountain Coaster out front. It was very clean and spacious. It’s within walking distance of almost everything. The owners were easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions for entering and exiting the condo. As a frequent visitor to Helen, I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in perfect location. Close to Nature with river in backyard and close to action where Helen is walkable. So very close to Festival Hall- just two buildings away. Super comfy king bed! Super comfy reclining sofa. Fireplace in living room and bedroom. Beautifully decorated! We loved it!

Walking distance to dining, market, coffee, festhalle 3 buildings down, watch tubers float down the river from your private deck. King bed comfort perfect for a couple. Two-sided fireplace for chilly evenings. Check-in and parking instructions clear. Good communication with owner.

Property close to town, easy walk. Enjoyed morning coffee on back porch. Spacious bedroom. Wi-Fi is spotty due to the surrounding mountains and seems to be common for the area. Not an issue for our trip.

I absolutely loved the property! I desperately needed some down time, and this was the perfect atmosphere. It was very clean, safe, convenient (short walk) to the activities in town. The fire place was wonderful (the timer could be set for a longer time). The bed was comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked (including a Keurig🎉). Lisa (owner) was very attentive and kind. I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. A huge bonus for me was the ice maker! The condo was attractive and very comfortable for the two of us. Rich and Lisa answered any and all questions we had about the property promptly. We didn't have any trouble with the WiFi. Location was great...we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We really appreciated the covered parking space in the rain this AM. We will be back!!

Very clean. Nicely decorated and appointed. Perfect for a couple. Just the right amount of space and the covered porch is wonderful for relaxing. This is a fantastic rental right in the middle of downtown Helen walking distance to most everything and right on the river. Easy check-in/check-out process. Property was even better in person than in the pictures although the pictures are a pretty accurate representation. The wifi and tv are a little spotty, no cable in the area. But this is expected as you are in the mountains and is no fault of the owner. The only thing I would note is there are 36 steps to get to the rental, so if you have mobility issues, ask about the elevator which I believe is available if needed. The steps are easy though, in sets of 5 or 6 and are interior carpeted steps. Nice covered parking space also. The owner is very responsive. Believe me when I say, Helen is full of poor rentals. But this place is an absolute gem! 10/10 - would stay again and again.

Walkable distance from main town. Pretty views of river. The river is busy with tubers on weekend. Nice balcony to sit and have breakfast. Condo was spacious. Nicely decorated. Most everything was new or in good shape. Only negatives were black spots in bathroom grout and really loud guitar player across the road.

If I could make just one suggestion - It would be nice to have a full length mirror on the bedroom closet door to check yourself before going out. Otherwise - the unit was very nice and we would definitely like to stay there again.

We really enjoyed the Condo. Couldn't have asked for it to be any better. I was sick most of the visit, but it was like being at home it was so comfortable. We were able to get in the last few days of getting out. This location is perfect. My husband was able to go right out the back and drop his line. We are interested in booking for next year also, same time. :)

Overall it was great! Just a couple of suggestions....... It would be helpful to print and laminate directions on how to access the tv stations since there is no cable TV. We found a small post-it note in the living room and in the bedroom but the note was limited and directions were not the same on each note. It was our first time in Helen so it would have been nice to have a city map or magazine on all the restaurants and activities available in the condo.

My husband and I visited Helen for our Anniversary and this rental did not disappoint. It is literally in a perfect location for visiting Helen and for being able to walk everywhere. Being right on the river was a huge plus for us, as it was so relaxing to unwind out there in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing. The rental itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The bathroom is a great size and the water pressure was excellent! The kitchen was a good size as well and we enjoyed all of our breakfasts in the nook area. Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for an updated place in Helen with a great location! 5 stars all the way!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and had everything we could want in the apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated with some extra perks…jetted tub and a gas fireplace that you could see in both the living room and bedroom. The town was very crowded because it was the annual Trout Festival but it was fun sitting on the porch watching all the people wading in the water fishing. Overall, a great experience.
